Crystal Springs Florist was phenomenal to work with. They gave me great options within my budget and were very flexible with any changes I made. Communication was great and very quick, which was helpful since most of the communication occurred through email. They provided bouquets, corsages, and all the centerpieces. They matched my vision exactly and I would highly recommend them. They do have slightly higher prices than some other florists in the area, but the professionalism, experience, and expertise were well worth it.

Crystal Springs is amazing! We were SO happy with the flowers at our wedding. Trevi was so helpful and easy to work with. Her recommendations were outstanding & she was able to provide many different options to accommodate budget/styles. The bouquets, centerpieces & arch arrangements were beautiful. We received several compliments from guests. I would highly recommend Crystal Springs for a wedding or any other event!

I recently had a wedding, in which we used their services. They were able to bring to life my vision of what I wanted my wedding day to look like. They nailed it.

We couldn't have asked for a better team for our wedding than the one at Crystal Springs. Their arrangements were stunning, and Shaya was a dream to work with. All of the processes were seamless and by the time we arrived to the venue on the day of, Shaya and her team had already set up the room to perfection. Every single pedal of every single flower was immaculate, and it provided a gorgeous visual for our day. We would absolutely recommend exploring the group at Crystal Springs for your big day!

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with the manager Shaya. She was completely unprofessional and has been the only vendor thus far I’ve had an issue with. It worked out for the best that we went with a different florist but future brides I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I loved my flowers! Shaya really took the time to make sure that they were exactly what I wanted. We even gave her a challenge with our boutonnieres, my husband is an avid fisherman and wanted a fishing lure as his boutonniere. They turned out perfect and the magnets that made it so much easier for the guys to attach. My flowers were fresh and vibrant! If you are looking for a florist in the Benton Harbor/St. Joe area, you will not be able to find anyone better!

Wonderful communication throughout the planning process. All of the flowers turned out gorgeous. I LOVED my bouquet. I could not stop staring at it. They took what I envisioned and made it a reality.

Absolutely amazing experience working with crystal springs for our flowers for our wedding. Shaya was a delight to work with and very quick email responses and would update our flower plan every time we made changes right away. We couldn't have been more happy with our wedding flowers and we got many compliments on them too. Highly recommend their services!!!

Shaya was easy to work with and was able to work within our budget. The centerpieces looked pretty. The downside was the bouquets. Mine was not what I wanted (both color and shape) and the bridesmaids were not what I envisioned. My MOH called the day of to ask about the color used in my bouquet. She was told that they had been in communication with their supplier all week and the supplier didn't have anything in the color I wanted. I just wish someone had called me ahead of time to discuss other options or at least give me a heads up so it wasn't a complete shock on the day of.

Crystal Springs Florist did an amazing job with our wedding flowers. Shaya is the wedding coordinator for them and is so sweet and completely understood my vision. We are so happy we choose them and could not have been happier! They even dropped the flowers for us 2 hours earlier than I had asked at first but our schedule had changed. I was planning my wedding from a couple states away, so I was not able to actually meet and discuss the options. We planned it all through email and pictures and the flowers turned out EXACTLY what I wanted, if not more amazing. Most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen!

As a artist and graphic designer I had a very specific style and vision for my wedding. I also did not want to blow my budget on flowers. Shaya and the other at Crystal Springs florist worked with me to refine my vision, had brilliant suggestions for keeping cost down and even scavenged the shore of Lake Michigan to find the beautiful large pieces of driftwood for unique table scapes. Shaya is a true artist, she knows her flowers, she is creative, has a great sense of color and is upfront and honest about pricing. I wish I could post pictures with this review because the flowers and table scapes were spectacular!

Shaya was great with working with our budget but when it came down to the final product and actually seeing it, it was not good, the flowers were very small and some where broken, my bouquet was not much bigger than the bridesmaids and I paid much more for it. We never received our toss bouquet and the centerpieces were also very very small but expensive. Overall not happy with the outcome.

Crystal Springs Florist was great! I went to them with my ideas and they were very happy to oblige even though my order was kind of small. They treated me wonderfully, and my bouquet was beautiful! It was different, and full of color. I would recommend this vendor to anyone, they were very reasonable, and nice.

All flowers were delivered on time and looked beautiful! Shelly was great to work with. However, one thing that was missing was my toss boquet. However, it worked out because I used one since one of my bridesmaids didn't come.

We used Crystal Springs for our ceremony flowers, and were very pleased! They took the photos I provided and created beautiful bouquets. My only regret was that I wish they were more communicative; planning a wedding in Chicago, I often had to communicate via email, and it was tough to get a response at times. Otherwise, a wonderful experience!

Shelley (who does the weddings) was very helpful and accomodating. She was very patient with me, even after I "changed" flowers multiple times. I was very diasppointed with my bouquet. I had asked for DARK purple calla lillies (which were only in the bridal bouquet) and specifically stated that they needed to be dark. It does state on the contract that they can't guarantee the exact shade of the flowers, but she assured me it wouldn't be a problem. I used to work a florist, and know that these can be found if they need to be. Needless to say, when the flowers arrived the morning of the wedding, my calla lillies weren't dark, but were instead a light purple. I was really upset, but there's nothing you can do at that point. I would've driven around the state the day before to get them myself if they had just let me know, I only needed about 8 of them! That being said, I was otherwise very impressed with the service (the delivery was right on time, even though the location was hard to find).

The flowers were all very beautiful!!! My bouquet was wonderful except I want 3-4 Orange gerber daisies. But without them it still was very well done and beautiful!

I would STRONGLY recommend this florist. They were very helpful and worked with my budget. The flowers were beautiful and lasted the whole day! They were dropped off on time and they provided vases to keep the flowers in water until they were needed.

I only used Crystal Springs for the altar pieces, but they worked with my budget and made the florals look wonderful in the chuch.

Absolutely stunning flowers!!! I really enjoyed working with Shelly and she made everything so easy for me! Was very helpful suggesting flowers to fit my "vision" and executed everything beautifully. They were exactly what I had hoped, and I did not see any mock ups. Very high quality flowers at a very reasonable price. Everything stayed in tact and the hygrangea centerpieces are still alive, almost 2 weeks later! Just gorgeous- tons of compliments. I would highly recommend.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I loved my flowers. Shelly and her team did such an amazing job. We had talked about a ton of different ideas and Shelly took everything and made it reality for me. I have no ability to visualize what we discussed, but I was more than pleased with the results that day. I cannot say enough about Shelly and Crystal Springs. They definitely go above and beyond to make your wedding day special.

Shelley, the wedding person at Crystal Springs was great. She worked within our budget with no pressuring us to spend more. They do wonderful creative work and were excited to incorporate some of our ideas. My bouquet was so pretty I was sad to leave it when it was time for the honeymoon.

One thing that was very important to me was the flowers for my wedding day. I am not a girly girl so I wanted flowers that were unique and more "me". Shelly at Crystal Springs was fantastic to work with and totally "got me". My bouquet had succulents and berries and scabiosa pods- all things that are a little uncommon for a bouquet- and they were beautiful! The flowers were all fresh and blooming and the guests raved about the bouquets and decor at our ceremony and reception. Shelly also worked with me on budget to make sure we got the most for our money...she was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. PS. Dont be fooled by the Benton Harbor address or exterier of the greenhouse, the inside is beautiful and everything is so classy!
