Troy, Vanessa, and portions of the event team were kind, professional, and helpful throughout the event itself. Amanda also stepped in during the final weeks before the wedding and did her best to assist. However, if I could give future couples one piece of advice, it would be to pay very close attention to the planning and communication process. The biggest challenge for us was not the wedding day itself it was the months leading up to it. Communication became increasingly difficult as our wedding approached, and there were periods where it was challenging to get timely responses, updates, and clarity on important details. We experienced a transition between event managers, which created additional uncertainty during a time when many details should have already been finalized. Several items that had been discussed throughout planning either changed, were communicated late, or were not executed as expected. These included venue access limitations, overlap with another wedding taking place simultaneously, décor discrepancies, bridal suite concerns, signature cocktail execution, and communication surrounding bar operations. One of the most disappointing aspects was the disconnect between the experience that was communicated during the sales and planning process and the experience that was ultimately delivered. We expected a more proactive level of communication and coordination given the investment being made and the expectations that had been established throughout our planning journey. What made this particularly frustrating was that many of these concerns surfaced during the final weeks before the wedding—when couples should be focused on enjoying the process rather than chasing answers and revisiting details that had already been discussed. To CrystalView's credit, leadership did follow up after the wedding, acknowledged our concerns, apologized for the planning experience, and returned our security deposit in full. I appreciate that they took the time to listen and review our feedback. Ultimately, our wedding was beautiful, but the planning experience fell short of what we expected. Future couples should make sure all expectations are documented in writing, ask specific questions about shared spaces and concurrent events, and confirm details repeatedly as the wedding date approaches. CrystalView has a beautiful venue and talented staff members, but for us, the communication and coordination experience did not consistently match the level of service that was presented during the booking process.

now about this place? He said, you like it because it has all those crystals and chandeliers! I instantly hit the contact us button. I began communicating with Pura who was very personable. I said OK let me go look at these reviews. I went on every page I knew that had reviews and they were 5-star no complaints. I said well let me book to go see it in person because pictures can be deceiving. We scheduled a tour of the event and when I tell you this place can't be touched with a 10 foot pole. I have not found a Venue yet that can TOP this one. From the time you walk in, to the ballrooms, the best dressing area and even the bathrooms are so clean you can eat off the food (not that you would but that's how clean and neat the place is). Pura thanks for all the phone messages day or night one thing for sure she was never too busy to get back with me. She was very accommodating. Farah the decor was gorgeous. Andrea thanks for pulling things together as the coordinator alongside Pura. Every time I visited; they made you feel welcomed. My family talked about the level of hospitality that you all provided at the rehearsal and wedding. They made sure all my vendors were in place to take the stress off of me on my wedding day. The overall service gives you royal and rich vibes.

w right from the first day of tour to the my wedding was seamlessly stress less. They were all round efficient. Communication was active. They worked with me even on pricing. Iman from the beginning told me, tell me your budget and we'll try to work with you. And that is exactly what they did. We received the discounts they had available as at when we started enquiring with them. Farrah went above and beyond to make our decoration a memorable one. She also worked hard to make sure she worked with and accommodated our budget. Then there was Cliff, always communicating with me and my event planner and updating us with how preparations were going. He even took time from his busy schedule to wait an hour or 2 later for my bridal party and I on our rehearsal day because we ran late. What about the day of, they were there to make my day amazing. They staff who worked with us were courteous and polite even to the wedding guests. Everyone who came to my event were in awe of CrystalView. It was Magnificent. I got so many beautiful pictures. In all, Crystalview is the place for your event not only for the beauty of the place but for the people too. They won't stress you. Give them a chance and you won't regret doing so.
