truly such a treat to get to sit back and relax knowing everything was taken care of and I just had to show up and smile.
My parents can be a handful, but they handled the various personalities throughout the day with a smile and ease.
The day ran so smoothly, no hiccups (or if so I didn't even know about them) and they made sure I was always well hydrated and that everyone was able to have an amazing time, including me as the bride.
It was truly a perfect day and having Cue The Details on my side made such a difference in pulling it all off.

up to the wedding. We did not anticipate the workload that occurs a few months prior to the big day, and they were instrumental in navigating that time. They also really helped us with vendor navigation which we are so grateful for!! We had the absolute best day and are so thankful for the time and effort they put into making that happen!!!

rocess, and she was exceptional — incredibly organized, proactive, and always quick to communicate. She created a thoughtful, detailed timeline and coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors, which gave us so much peace of mind leading up to the big day.
On the wedding day, Jaclynn and Lauren were absolute rockstars. The entire day was truly seamless. My husband and I were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because they handled everything behind the scenes with calm confidence. At one point, we realized we had forgotten our wedding bands at my mom’s house. Without hesitation, Lauren drove from the venue to my house, grabbed the rings, and made it back with time to spare, and somehow managed to do it all without disrupting the flow of the day.
My family had endless compliments about Jaclynn’s professionalism, preparedness, and overall command of the day. They were genuinely blown away by how smoothly everything ran.
Their ability to anticipate problems before they even arose, combined with their kindness and professionalism, made our day perfect. We truly cannot recommend Cue the Details enough!

The level of expertise and knowledge they bring to the table is genuinely impressive. It’s clear they are equipped to handle a wedding of any caliber, and we trusted them wholeheartedly every step of the way. They anticipated our needs before we even voiced them and had solutions for things we never would have thought of.
They are also so incredibly organized. I genuinely aspire to be like them. Every timeline, transition, and task was executed flawlessly, all while keeping things calm and joyful.
They handled every detail with incredible professionalism, while still making it feel like they were family by our side. And what’s even more amazing is how hard they work behind the scenes so you don’t have to. Because of them, we were truly able to be present and soak in every single moment of the day without worrying about a thing. That peace of mind is priceless.
Their presence alone on the big day was a huge source of comfort. They were calming, encouraging, and grounding, exactly what we needed, especially in those game day moments when unexpected decisions had to be made and quick pivots were necessary.
Everything that could have been stressful... was not. They know everything there is to know about a wedding, and it shows.
If you're on the fence, let this be your sign: you absolutely must have them. Their care, professionalism, and genuine heart made our day not just seamless, but magical. Seriously…we do not know how we would have pulled it off without them. We are forever grateful.
Jessica, Jaclyn, and Sarah, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for everything. You are truly the dream team.

overlooked. Every time I reached out (and trust me, I reached out a lot), they were there quick to respond, always kind, and ready with solutions, ideas, and reassurance.
No matter how big or small the task, they handled everything with such professionalism and heart. It genuinely felt like they were as invested in our day as we were. Because of them, our wedding day was nothing short of magical. Every little detail was perfect, and we were able to be present and enjoy every moment knowing they had it all under control.
If you’re lucky enough to work with them, know you’re in the very best hands. Jessica, Jaclynn and the rest of the CTD team made our dream day come to life, and I’ll be forever grateful

best way possible, making the entire day feel effortless. Their organization, professionalism, and calm confidence made it easy to fully trust them and actually relax, which says a lot coming from someone who’s normally a control freak!
They were completely on top of every detail, coordinating seamlessly with all the vendors, handling logistics behind the scenes, and making sure everything ran smoothly without needing to involve me in a single thing. I truly got to be present and enjoy my wedding day without stress, and I owe that entirely to them.
Jessica and Jaclynn are not only amazing at what they do, they’re kind, composed, and so clearly experienced. I seriously can’t recommend them enough

ring Cue the Details less than a week before the wedding. Absolute chaos, and yet—Jaclynn jumped in with total calm, clarity, and competence, resolving all our open items immediately.
The process was so streamlined it felt like magic. She and Jessica set up a group chat and shared Google Drive, kept us organized, and made everything feel doable, even on such a tight timeline. They coordinated with our vendors, finalized all the logistics, and somehow managed to understand our vision instantly—even though we were showing up, like, “Hey so here’s everything... help?”
On the day of, they ran the show. From setting up decor and seamlessly managing the playlist, to gently herding guests and checking in when the mother-of-the-bride-zilla briefly disappeared to buy cigarettes (!!), they handled every moment with grace and humor. We didn’t have to think about a single thing—we just got to enjoy.
Hire them. It’s so, so worth it. Ideally well before your wedding... and not like a crazy person the week of. But either way, they’ll make it happen.

dors. My daughter, the bride, found CTD and from that moment on everything shifted! Jessica and Jaclyn are seasoned professionals. They knew what we needed before we did. Every inquiry was answered in a timely professional manner. They were able to stay on top of every deadline and detail leading up to the wedding. But the real magic was the day of! They made sure to be on sight and took care of every detail. They interacted with everyone with cheerfulness and kindness. At times if we were confused what was happening next, they magically appeared. They come fully prepared with all the things you don't know you will need. At the same time, some how they were also unobtrusive and did not interfere with family interactions. By the end of our weekend, CTD felt like family. I will never forget Jessica's smiling face keeping me calm the entire day. We highly recommend using CTD for your affair!

every single thing throughout the process, especially the two months leading up to the wedding. From building our timeline, communicating with all our vendors, and answering all my random little questions, they were great. On the day of the wedding they were truly amazing and honestly feel like your best friends. I’m a naturally anxious person and they took care of EVERYTHING and calmed every nerve or worry I could’ve had. My mom is the same way and they managed to do the same for her. Jess was even on the ground changing my shoes for me lol. There aren’t enough words to express how thankful I am for them. These girls are worth every penny and we are so so happy we had them with us on our wedding day!
Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and ...
put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. I (the bride) was able to go about my entire day without having to worry about a single thing because they were taking the lead and handling it all. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. All my expectations for the day that I had talked with them the months prior to our wedding were met and exceeded. There were only a few small bumps to the day and they immediately diffused the situation and quickly resolved it, all while being so kind and professional. These two allowed me to be completely present on my day and blocked out all the noise for me and I can't thank them enough for that. I will forever be grateful for Jess and Jackie and I highly recommend you book them ASAP!!!

However, thanks to Jessica's incredible attention to detail and her expertly crafted timeline, the process has been nothing short of seamless. With just under a year to go, I feel completely at ease knowing I'm right on schedule and that nothing will be forgotten. Their organization has truly been a lifesaver! I’m so grateful for their support and professionalism. I will definitely be choosing Cue the Details to plan all my future events. Thank you, Jessica and team!

ughter’s baby shower in 2019, then her bridal shower and wedding in 2021, and each event was more beautiful than the last. From the tiniest details to the big-picture vision, Jessica brought everything together so seamlessly.
