On the wedding day, Jaclynn and Lauren were absolute rockstars. The entire day was truly seamless. My husband and I were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because they handled everything behind the scenes with calm confidence. At one point, we realized we had forgotten our wedding bands at my mom’s house. Without hesitation, Lauren drove from the venue to my house, grabbed the rings, and made it back with time to spare, and somehow managed to do it all without disrupting the flow of the day.
My family had endless compliments about Jaclynn’s professionalism, preparedness, and overall command of the day. They were genuinely blown away by how smoothly everything ran.

The process was so streamlined it felt like magic. She and Jessica set up a group chat and shared Google Drive, kept us organized, and made everything feel doable, even on such a tight timeline. They coordinated with our vendors, finalized all the logistics, and somehow managed to understand our vision instantly—even though we were showing up, like, “Hey so here’s everything... help?”
On the day of, they ran the show. From setting up decor and seamlessly managing the playlist, to gently herding guests and checking in when the mother-of-the-bride-zilla briefly disappeared to buy cigarettes (!!), they handled every moment with grace and humor. Every inquiry was answered in a timely professional manner. They were able to stay on top of every deadline and detail leading up to the wedding. But the real magic was the day of! They made sure to be on sight and took care of every detail. They interacted with everyone with cheerfulness and kindness. At times if we were confused what was happening next, they magically appeared. They come fully prepared with all the things you don't know you will need. At the same time, some how they were also unobtrusive and did not interfere with family interactions. By the end of our weekend, CTD felt like family. On the day of the wedding they were truly amazing and honestly feel like your best friends. I’m a naturally anxious person and they took care of EVERYTHING and calmed every nerve or worry I could’ve had. My mom is the same way and they managed to do the same for her. I (the bride) was able to go about my entire day without having to worry about a single thing because they were taking the lead and handling it all. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. All my expectations for the day that I had talked with them the months prior to our wedding were met and exceeded. There were only a few small bumps to the day and they immediately diffused the situation and quickly resolved it, all while being so kind and professional.
