Everything turned out so beautiful! We met Andrea at an open house at Aurora Farms in December, and it was the easiest decision to work with her from that point forward. I showed her pictures I liked out of her portfolio and discussed what colors we wanted. She handled the rest from there! She set everything up exactly how we had discussed, and it was perfect. If you want a stress free floral experience, I highly recommend using Culpepper Designs.
Andrea & the entire Culpepper Team were a dream to work with! I honestly do not know much about flowers, so Andrea patiently sat with me and let me show her pictures of things I liked. From there, she brought our vision to life, and I could not have dreamed up a more beautiful display of flowers. Thank you, Andrea!!
Culpepper Designs prepared our bouquets and Boutonnieres for our wedding. I gave them pictures for inspiration and they gave us more than perfect flowers for our wedding. They looked beautiful and were fresh that day. Would 100% recommend.
Andrea and her team are amazing! When I started searching for vendors outside of catering, I was a bit lost and confused. I submitted a request to her for my florals, but she ended up handling flowers, rentals, decorations and day-of coordination. It was so comforting and stress-free to work with one vendor for all of those needs, and Andrea and her team are so creative, caring and GREAT at what they do. The wedding day was breathtaking and so enjoyable thanks to this team, and I couldn't recommend them more. Give them a call!
My dream wedding day came true thanks to Culpepper! Not only were my flowers beautiful, but all of the rentals and coordination added so much to our day to make it perfect.
Culpepper Designs was my dream florist for over a year before I even got engaged. I had been following them on Instagram since a photographer I followed tagged them in their post and I was in love. I had the shortest engagement on the planet (3 months) and I first met with them before we had a budget plan for our big day. Andrea was so helpful and encouraging. She worked with us within our budget and she made everything beautiful. Even with a small floral budget, she made my wedding feel like a dream. I had the most beautiful, natural flowers and the warmest feeling decor. Flowers and venue is really what makes your wedding FEEL like a wedding, and Andrea works wonders. I cannot stress enough how accommodating Andrea and her team was, agreeing to meet with me several times to confirm and complete planning and the small details, and everything was more beautiful than I expected. By far, the best wedding/event florist I have ever seen. Love Culpepper Designs! Very happy I went with them for my wedding.
DO NOT BOOK WITH CULPEPPER DESIGNS! You will not receive what you are quoted for! A brides wedding day is the most important day and you should be able to count on your florist. Culpepper Designs did not follow their signed contract and did not communicate with me through the whole process! I was quoted for pink, white, red, and orange flowers and they failed to give me what was quoted to me and argued with me regarding my concerns and have ignored my emails. Also, the owner, Andrea Culpepper told me she would be at the shop at 8AM so that my husband could pick up our flowers at 9AM. No one was there (second time we’ve had a scheduled appointment to meet and no one was in the shop), my husband had to call numerous times for someone to show up, was almost late and the flowers weren’t even ready for him to pick up and were wilted (we used them right after they were picked up). Culpepper Designs is not dependable and has horrible customer service. Save yourself some time and do not book with Culpepper Designs, or else in the end you will have to end up getting a refund like myself and will have a very disappointing day. If I could go back, I would’ve booked with someone else.
Update- Have not received my refund, nor an email back. The refund was supposed to be in the mail on 3-15-18, I and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not book with Culpepper Designs, I can’t stress it enough!
My husband and I were planning a wedding in South Carolina from New York City. Culpepper designs made things so much better for us.
They had everything organized and communicated with the vendors which took a huge burden off of me. Their floral work was gorgeous and everything turned out way better than I ever pictured in my head. On the day of, they were the first people I saw and they made the day run super smoothly.
An extra thing to note is that in the planning process, the quote for everything turned out a little higher than we expected. They were very willing and happy to discuss and get things to where we wanted them. My mother in law wanted to do a lot of work to keep the price down and they were awesome being willing to work with her and staying organized in the process.
Thanks Andrea and Cassidy! We had the best wedding day ever!
If 10 stars was a thing, Culpepper Designs would get that from me! Angie was with me the day I said yes to the dress & then followed me all the way through our "I dos". All of my vendors were taken care of & she attended every vendor appointment with us so we were all on the same page for the big day. Andrea made sure that our floral design was everything that I wanted and more. Everyone always told me that Pinterest weddings were just a dream but when I walked into my church & reception venue, all of my dreams had come true. Thank you Culpepper Designs for making sure that March 11 was our favorite day ever!
I can't thank these precious ladies enough for all of the hard work they put into my wedding day! The weather tried to steal the show but the ladies made the day perfect despite the rain! Everything was gorgeous from the flowers to the programs! I had so much fun working with them and would do it all over again in a minute!!
Culpepper Designs handled all of the floral and coordination for my wedding and it was absolutely incredible! Andrea sat down with me, saw my vision, and executed it perfectly!! Floral is so hard (I know, being in the wedding biz myself) because there is so much that has to be done ahead of time in order for it all to be ready the day of, but Andrea made sure my flowers looked fresh and vibrant! She was also there super early and made sure everything was where it was supposed to be, and I had nothing to worry about! They also have a new coordinator that they work with and she was awesome at seeing what details I wanted and making sure they happened! Even down to making sure the remembrance rose I wanted in the front row chair was there for my grandpa to sit next to! I don't know how these ladies do it, but they some how make it all come together. Would recommend them to anyone!!
Culpepper Designs was there for me throughout my entire wedding planning experience. Andrea cares so much about every client and it shows in her work! They are so talented, caring, and willing to go the extra mile. Wedding planning can be so stressful, and having people like Culpepper Designs on your team makes it MUCH easier and more enjoyable.
Working with Angie and Angela Culpepper was a huge mistake. I paid them four thousand dollars to do coordination and floral for my wedding. I asked them to create lush floral centerpieces that spilled over the sides of the tables. Instead, I got sparse green garlands that looked like they came from Lowe's. There wasn't a single flower on the centerpieces. (My mom later hung them from her windows as Christmas garlands, but said that they looked too sad and thin hanging there, so they went in the trash.) The flowers for my headpiece and bouquet were half-dead when they were given to me 10 minutes before the ceremony. The anemones and roses were browning severely and it looked like someone had cut decayed pieces off of the petals haphazardly. Nothing was what we had agreed upon. There were many other small incidents that I would have chalked up to incompetence (My candle-lit aisle was arranged at a 45 degree angle from the door?!), but the flowers were unforgivable. God only knows what microscopic portion of the thousands I gave them was spent on "floral." (What does one even call floral designs that include zero flowers?) When I made it clear that I was unhappy and would like to discuss what had happened, Angie, my wedding coordinator, was suddenly unreachable. I STILL have not heard back from her. Her mother, Andrea, finally called me back. Instead of being apologetic, she insulted me and tried to divert the conversation to how they had cleaned off some tables that the venue was supposed to clean, so really, I kind of owed THEM. Seriously. But lesson learned! Thanks for destroying my willingness to trust people, Culpepper Designs.
My wedding was the most relaxed day I could have ever dreamed of. They took care of everything, and I never had to worry if something was not getting completed. They took my vision and turned it into more I could have ever hoped for. My wedding was perfect, and it was all because of them! They will not let you down.
