We worked with Krista, Gabriella, and SeaAnna in our wedding planning process. We hired Curate for month of planning. The gals helped us with some design ideas in the earlier planning months and then really killed it on the day of! Everything on our wedding day was perfect! Krista and Gabriella even managed to make a miscommunication napkin switch out last minute (and we were on top of a mountain too) and the correct napkins were on the tables before guests sat down!! Blown away! I was never without the day of! Water/wine at the ready and anything else we needed! Appreciate these gals so much!

Gabriella & Krista were a huge help to us in the months leading up to our wedding. Our day went off without a hitch and it's a huge thanks to the CURATE team for making things run so smoothly. They had a great line of communication with us, and did an amazing job bringing together all of our vendors to make the day a true success. We are so thankful for them!

To say that I loved working with the Curate team would be such an understatement. From our first meeting, I knew that they were the perfect people to help me plan my dream wedding. I absolutely loved working with SeaAnna and Krista, as they made the process so easy and FUN! They’re knowledgeable, experienced, insanely creative and yet somehow still realistic about how to fit a bride’s dream plans into their budget. Despite planning the perfect wedding, we unfortunately never got to go through with it as our original wedding date was cancelled due to the pandemic. SeaAnna and Krista worked tirelessly to help us reschedule all of our vendors for a new date but my husband and I ultimately decided not to wait and instead, went through with a much smaller family ceremony. SeaAnna and Krista were still involved, though this time from afar and I truly felt that they had a hand in making our eventual wedding day so special. There’s no doubt in my mind that the April wedding we originally planned would have been truly magical and while I’ll always wonder ‘what if,’ I’m eternally grateful that I was able to work with the Curate team. I would HIGHLY recommend Curate for any wedding/event/design planning needs. They are a joy to work with and will help make all your event dreams come true!

Planning a destination wedding ain’t an easy task but SeaAnna and Krista made the month-of our wedding go by smoothly. Despite the numerous emails we sent loaded with questions and multiple comments, they got back to us swiftly with answers that definitely made us feel calm as the wedding date approached. Their attention to detail along with the timeline execution was amazing and definitely made our intimate wedding perfect for us and all our guests. As a person who likes to be in control, the ladies at CURATE made it so easy to hand over the control in order to enjoy and be in the moment of what has been the most special day in our life. Krista and SeaAnna are the best!!! If you are looking for an amazing and reasonably priced wedding planner in Colorado, look no further than Curate. Curate helped us with some design elements, as well as month-of/day-of coordination. For the design, they came up with great ideas and suggestions and put together a beautiful design board based on my preferences, which was super helpful to convey my vision to all the vendors. They also did great work coming up with designs for various paper products (signage, menus, table number cards, etc). They really have a good eye and know how to make things look good! Their coordination was flawless and everything went perfectly the day of. It was so nice having them there to handle all the logistics so that we could enjoy the day with our family and friends and not have to worry about all of those details. They even made sure I had a chance to eat and was drinking enough water. Whatever I needed, they were right there to handle it. Krista and SeaAnna were both very professional and also genuinely nice--I felt that they really cared about me and making sure our day was everything we wanted. We met a few times leading up to the wedding and I feel that they really listened to what I had to say. They also had really good recommendations when it came to things I had no clue about. I have absolutely zero regrets about our wedding and that wouldn't have been possible without the help of Krista and SeaAnna.

From their calm and fun demeanors to listening and bringing my very scattered vision to life, these girls are amazing. They kept us organized and on track throughout the entire process and went above and beyond with communication with all of our vendors. Many of them even noted how they've never worked with more organized planners. Also, throughout the day of, all I have to say is WOW! Our day wouldn't have been the same without their attention to detail, their go-getting personalities, and their organization of all people and things. The little things did not go unnoticed– like spending time finding our Grandma when she was missing or the waters they brought us during our photos. CURATE Events + Design were a true dream to work with! Being an only child, my parents and I did a lot of research on the best wedding planning packages and planners in the Denver area. My husband and I live in Dallas, and CURATE's exquisite customer service, communication, and overall wonderful demeanor made our wedding planning experience one to treasure! Not only did CURATE plan a spectacular wedding for us, they also created all of our paper goods and signage throughout the process. CURATE is incredibly talented, and I truly cannot recommend them more to anyone looking for two wonderful wedding planners in Colorado!

Me and my husband traveled all the way from Indiana to Colorado to elope. We opted out of a big fancy wedding but still wanted to day to be unforgettably special so we contacted Krista at Curate. Krista went above and beyond helping us plan every aspect of our special day. She asked us all the right questions to help us narrow down an impossibly long list of potential vendors for hair & makeup, photos, flowers, lodging, and more. She was knowledgeable, professional, and organized. Planning something this important from so far away would have been impossible without her help. Krista was by my side the day of our elopement. She was instrumental in every facet of the day. She picked up my flowers and my cake (among a couple other things I had forgotten), made hair & makeup suggestions, worked with the photographer to get some beautiful shots, and even snapped a few photos herself that I'll cherish forever. She even stepped in to hold my 9-month-old, Elliot, when needed. I am so glad I worked with Curate Events + Design for my elopement. On a day that I expected to be the happiest but most STRESSFUL day of my life I felt at ease. Aside from her professionalism she was also simply great company. These guys know what they're doing. Trust me.

100/10 would recommend! I would book them 10x over. I am an event planner myself and wanted to make sure I didn't feel the need to plan or take charge on my big day. When I met these two, they immediately showed how genuine and kind they are. They went out of their way to ensure they understood my vision but also fully let me have ownership of things I wanted to plan. My day would have been far more stressful if it was not for them. If you're looking to enjoy yourself on your wedding day - hire these two. Plus they're a lot of fun :)

What an amazing wedding weekend we had - Krista and SeaAnna did an INCREDIBLE job making our vision come to life! They were a great team and had such creative talent and were so in tune with us every step of the way. We truly couldn't have done it without them with our crazy busy schedules. Knowing these two ladies were behind the scenes making sure things were running smoothly was such a weight off our shoulders. They took the anxiety of making sure every detail of having a successful, smooth, beautiful, memorable wedding of out of the equation, so THANK YOU for that, ladies! They were very organized and kept us on track. They created a personalized budget and checklist which were very nice to have for us to keep track of the progress. We also really appreciated the reminder emails in the last few weeks to make sure we were taking care of final payments and the seating chart, etc. I can't say enough about how much we loved the decor. We loved all of it, from the candles with hurricanes to the chairs to the napkins to the ribbons and thank you cards on the tables to the seating chart, mantle decor, and everything in between. Based on the overall vision we discussed, they gave us a few options (not too many to be overwhelmed but enough to have different options) on different vendors to choose from, which was exactly the amount of work/involvement we were looking for. We had ordered wax seals for our invitations and they were so thoughtful that they ordered similar wax seals for our dinner menus - they truly personalized our decor and thought about all the little details that tied it all together. Their creativity and artistry were totally in tune to the feel we were going for, from the color scheme to all of those thoughtful details to their beautiful calligraphy on the welcome board and seating chart names. It felt SO cozy at dinner, exactly how we wanted it to feel. We were particularly grateful for them going above and beyond to communicate with a new coordinator at our venue. It was a bit frustrating communicating with this coordinator and we truly appreciated them talking with her on our behalf, especially since she was not someone they had worked with or someone they recommended to us. They also were able to help us sort out our signature drink requests with the venue which ended up saving us almost $1000. The rehearsal the night before was very helpful for my family and wedding party - I thought it was crucial for everything to run smoothly for the big day. Finally, Krista and SeaAnna were extremely professional, understanding, and kind. They were both so pleasant to work with and they make a great duo. It is obvious they care deeply about their clients and take great pride in their work, and it shows in the amazing weddings they create. I definitely 100% recommend Curate to anyone looking to work with an easy-going, thoughtful, creative duo to plan a beautiful, personalized, unforgettable, stress-free wedding.

SeeAnna and Krista were amazing! We needed a planner last minute and they were incredible to work with, professional, fun, and detailed! They came highly recommended from our florist, The Ruffly Rose, and the combination of them working together took any stress we had away. We are so grateful for their expertise and how they made our special day such a huge success! While professional they also felt like friends and were people we could easily communicate to-we felt like or ideas and thoughts were understood and executed greatly. They also offer calligraphy services that are beautiful!! We'd recommend them to anyone getting married!

Having Curate there as our day of coordinators made our wedding day perfect. It was such a smooth and fun experience to work with them. They helped make sure everything turned out better than imagined. So happy to have them!!

My husband and I hired Curate for their full planning design package 9 months prior to our wedding to help with everything from venue selection through coordinating the wedding day and breaking down decor. SeaAnna and Krista are a fantastic team! They always had a positive can-do attitude to handle whatever came up. They had creative design ideas and were responsive to our needs. We would never have found our remote venue without their research. We felt like we were in the lead for planning, with their support and ideas. Only minor suggestions to improve the process because ultimately were a total pleasure to work with. Krista and SeaAnna also created a beautiful welcome sign, seating chart, and programs! On the day of, we worked with Krista and her assistant Gabby. Krista picked up our cake and cookies and hauled our arch and other items into the mountains for us. Some things on the day of didn't go according to plan, but I'm sure many more would have gone haywire without coordinators. I can definitely recommend hiring Curate!

Both Krista and SeaAnna were wonderful in making sure they understood our vision and asking questions to ensure everything was organized and ready to go for our big day. They even wrote a beautiful welcome sign on an old mirror we had for the wedding. SeaAnna and her assistant, Evelyn, were there on the actual day and were key players in keeping things run smoothly not only with guests, but also making sure vendors knew where to be and when so we didn't need to worry about being the day-of contact. Krista and SeaAnna understood my vision and executed it perfectly. My theme was "spacey elegant mountain wedding", and whenever we discussed it they were as excited for it as I got. Every meeting was fun and exciting and I left looking forward to my wedding day, instead of dreading the giant checklist. Aside from their charming personalities, they took care of *everything* the day of my wedding. There were even some hiccups like: the cake bases that I rented didn't arrive and they went into the storage area of the venue to find bases to match; and I totally forgot to iron the veil (YES I KNOW!) and they worked a lot of magic in the hand dryer in the restroom. I had the package that worked with me 2 months before the wedding, but i asked a couple of questions before the time frame and they were willing to help me no matter what. They even worked with the florist to setup pickup of my flowers to start arranging them the day before and they turned out a dream. All the decorations look so great, and they made it all happen. Oh! And they made a beautiful welcome sign. Fantastic team of hard working ladies!

We can’t say enough great things about Krista and SeaAnna! They created some super cool water color invites, menus, escort cards, signs and hand addressed our invite envelopes. Everything was gorgeous!! We received so many compliments and they captured the modern look we were going for effortlessly. They promptly answered our emails (and my million questions) and are reasonably priced. We definitely recommend them! :)

Krista and SeaAnna were our saving grace and were a huge part in making both our rehearsal and wedding day perfect! Leading up to the wedding, they would meet with us to brainstorm together and focus all our many ideas. Before the wedding, we were struggling with the wedding coordinator at our venue and they drove to Grand Lake to meet with her, took over most communication with her and had our backs the whole time. They also made all of our paper goods (invites, programs) and many of our beautiful signs to display that weekend. We had ideas, they would take them and recreate them with even more style. During the wedding weekend, they were there to set up the whole rehearsal dinner with all our decorations and to work with our vendors that evening. Then, the next day they were at our reception venue the whole day setting up and working with the vendors to get everything placed when they came. Throughout the reception, they took care of our immediate families and all of their needs, loaded up decorations or materials as we were finished with them into our cars and handled any issues that came up. The morning after the wedding could have been stressful as we didn't know where much of our things were but because of their diligence and hard work, that morning went much smoother. Not to mention, they spoiled me with small little presents throughout the entire wedding planning year and would send encouraging text messages as the weekend was approaching. We are so grateful for all they did and we were very impressed with their skills as wedding planners. We highly recommend these women as your wedding planners, not only are they a great support during the most exciting time of your life but I consider them both friends now as well!

Krista & SeaAnna are my heroes! They did day of planning for my wedding so I could just hand off everything to them and not worry about timelines or paying people. They were so organized and made everything on my crazy detailed to-do list happen. Whenever Krista needed something from me day of, she was calm and patient, just the energy I'd want out of a planner. They set up and cleaned up so quietly in the background, they were never in the way or behind on timing that we saw. I can not recommend these girls enough!

Krista and SeaAnna were an all-star team handling all my day of coordinating needs. They are professional, timely with email correspondence, and fun to work with. They thought of all the little things that I didn't and made sure the day went off with out a hitch. Krista offered to pick me up coffee, and SeaAnna was running and taking pictures of the event decor to show me while I was in hair/make up. I was 100% able to enjoy my day and not worry about a thing because these girls were on top of it! They went above and beyond by helping me with some decor details and helped me through a few last minute freak outs. Adding a wedding planner was a list minute decision and it was hands down the best money we spent. I confidently recommend this power duo to anyone looking for a stress free wedding day!

Curate made my wedding invitations and they were an absolute pleasure to work with! You cannot beat the price or the quality of their work. I had gone back and forth several times to make sure that the coloring was perfect for my invitations and they provided nothing but absolutely amazing customer service! Highly recommend!
