t once it came closer to the wedding, the owner Tom called numerous times to try to rebook our reserved limo bus to another larger party. Two days prior to our wedding he put us in a smaller bus that would not hold our entire capacity, despite our protests. With all of the stress of the wedding, I was over the fight and just said OK. Then came our BIG DAY...the bus smelled like a frat party, they claimed A/C was running at full capacity, but we all were dripping with sweat in no time. We had to open the windows to get a little air not to pass out! We were driving from the Crossroads Hotel to the Nelson. Our driver took Main street that was full of construction and had no sense to listen to any of us trying to get him to go another way or even use his GPS. I called the owner Tom and asked for a refund due to our horrific experience, but he said we used the time and was unwilling to do the right thing. We were unable to get to our second location for pictures and we were all a hot sweaty mess! My main goal in writing this is that no one else has to encounter this on a special day!!! Book elsewhere...you don't want the experience we had!!!

om Custom Limousine saying they would like to offer us a free upgrade because they were moved by our narrative about how we had to postpone our wedding because of COVID but still chose to legally get married on our original date. The upgrade was a $250 an hour value and provided a larger transport that allowed us to stand up inside! It was very nice and clean! The night of, we learned last minute that Powell Gardens had canceled their Festival of Lights for that night due to weather. So we last minute changed our plans and asked the driver to drive to KC and around the plaza to see their lights and then to a small bar for nice drinks! The driver was great and accommodating for the last minute changes! Would highly recommend!

looked great on the inside. Our wedding day was hot and humid, but the bus was cool and had a big screen TV for the guys to watch as we drove to pictures. I'd recommend this company as they are easy to work with and want your day to be flawless.

Trolley broke down and they would be using a party bus instead. They framed it as an "upgrade" and acted as though I was getting a favor that they weren't charging me extra. I wasn't please but I could deal. However,, after my ceremony the bus was supposed to be right out front to pick the wedding party up to take pictures. The bus was no where to be found. My wedding coordinator tried to get someone on the phone and after 25 minutes she got the driver on the phone and he was about 15 minutes away. Putting us about 45 minutes behind the schedule. The driver was not familiar with any of the places we wanted to take pictures. We had to rush through our wedding photos in order to get back to our guests. When we got back to the venue we were obviously later than our reservation since the driver was late. The company charged us an overage fee for this. When I called to get a refund for the whole service they told me a owner would call me soon to talk about a refund. Two months later, and I haven't been called. We paid $1200 for about 1 HR of terrible service. On top of it I will now never have all of the pictures I wanted of my wedding. DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY!

She asked if I wanted to precharge the tip. I told her no and asked how much tip is expected and she said just the standard 20%. She made it very clear once they charged my card I could not get money back. After she charged my card she sent me an email verification that included a 30% tip. I called her back and she said it was a simple oversight. I restated that the 20% tip should only be $66 and she said yes after verifying that with the manager. She restated that they thought I should tip more though. I explained that if I wanted to tip more that would be my decision and based on service as a tip should be. I hang up from that conversation and they are supposed to send me a new bill with the $66 stated as tip. I get a voicemail a few minutes later from the manager who said that they would be increasing the tip to $75 to guarantee I have an "A plus driver" otherwise they couldn't guarantee I had a great driver. I decided to just pay it because it was the week of my wedding and I was stressed enough but I felt it was completely unethical business practices. Anything over 20% should be my decision and based on service that day not something you have to do to get a quality driver. They should not have agreed to price match if it meant I would have bad service. Not to mention the hummer that showed up that day did not hold the amount of passengers they stated and it was miserably hot and they promised it would be cool. My bridal party didn't even want to ride in it because it was so hot, and that was supposed to be the relief from the heat while taking pictures.

I was embarrassed to have the first scene out of the church to be a broken down trolley and a smaller coach trying to jump it. We booked the trolley because it was commemorative of where we live and so it would fit everyone. Not everyone could fit in one smaller coach so we had to separate. If they knot the trolleys have these issues, stop renting them. Other local businesses have stopped for this exact reason and this business should to.

wedding this weekend I felt inspire to share my story. I hope it helps future brides. My wedding was 7 months ago. I paid $780 for the American Heritage Trolley through this company. It was advertised on the website that the trolley was air conditioned which was very important to me since I knew it was going to be very hot in early September. The trolley was miserably hot and everyone was uncomfortable. After arriving at our second location for the photos I was informed that the trolley overheated and was out of service. This was about an hour before our scheduled ceremony. A new trolley was en route but we had to redirect the trolley to start picking up our guests at the hotels. The trolley was about 10 minutes late to pick up our guests and we were stuck at our photo location. We had to hire 4 Uber vehicles to drive us to the church which ended up costing approximately 100 dollars. After the wedding I moved out of the country to Japan. I tried to reach the company via email which was my only means of communication and I never heard back from them. I was never reimbursed for the money I paid for the trolley or the additional money paid for the 4 Uber XL vehicles we had to call to escort us to our wedding ceremony. At the end of the night the company did upgrade us to a trolley to take our guests home instead of the mini-shuttle coach that we paid for and I do appreciate that, however for spending almost $800 for 4 hours we should have had a better experience. It was very stressful and embarrassing to be stranded an hour before the wedding ceremony and be late to pick up our guests. Even 7 months later my friends are still talking about it and they make sure they avoid this company when wedding planning. The fact that I was not reimbursed even for the Uber vehicle our groomsmen paid for really left me sour about the company. If you want to go with this company please make sure you fix the contract to include having a functioning vehicle the entire time you pay or else you receive your money back. I assumed that was a given and sadly I was wrong. Best of luck wedding planning!

We had it booked for an hour just for a fun time before arriving at the ceremony. My maid of honor called right after the ceremony to ensure they were close and they were TWO HOURS behind. They were not going to be at the church to pick us all up until after we were suppose to be dropped off at the venue. They didn't even call to tell us this.. We called and found out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? As you can imagine, as a bride, I was so upset! No where to go and the entire get away scene was ruined. The best part of the entire situation.. Well I didn't even get an apology!!!! The company barely had sympathy for me. This was the biggest day of my life and they ruined what was the start of the entire party. To any future bride: DONT CHANCE IT. They didn't even get back with me (when I had to beg for a $600 refund check) until a week later! How unprofessional! Don't let them ruin your day!!!!

However, I heard from our guests that he went in the wrong direction at first, causing him to make a very dangerous turn out into traffic that was not necessary. But he was fine the rest of the night. I think the price was probably a little high for just shuttling people back and forth, but that's partially our fault - we didn't want to go to any other locations for photos or anything. Extra stops are a service they provide and that's accounted for in this price.

l the main line for any additional details. I was quoted for a package that was different than I specified in my initial request which ended up taking quite a bit of time to get sorted out. Also, when we were on the trolley, the driver either got confused/lost or took a very round about way of getting to our picture location. This meant we were incredibly rushed for pictures and arrived late at our reception venue. He also dropped us off at the wrong entrance than what he was told by the venue, so our guests saw us before our "grand entrance" and we had to walk quite a ways to get around to the right side of the venue.
