Carlos and his team were great, incredibly responsive and wonderful on the day. He even managed to deliver the full video on Christmas Eve, 2 weeks early and an amazing surprise. We got a beautiful wedding video that captures every moment, big and small, from the day, and we'll treasure it forever. Can't recommend CMV enough if you're looking for a straightforward and professional videographer!

Carlos did an amazing job at our wedding capturing video the entire night. He was responsive leading up to the wedding and answered all questions to help the day go with ease. He was seamless to the point of not even knowing he was there with his assistant recording us. Highly recommend him!

Carlos was incredible! We only got to meet the day of the wedding thanks to the pandemic, but he was as good as I was imagining! Carlos was wonderful to work with. His personality was welcoming and friendly and his work was very professional. My husband and I had multiple friends and family members providing the music at the ceremony and the reception. We had stressed to Carlos the importance of capturing them performing. It was a difficult task since we had a large number of guests too. When we saw the final product, we were so pleased to see that he took our request to heart and captured not only the traditional aspects of a wedding video, but also took time to highlight the rotating musicians throughout the night.

My husband and I got married this past October and we had Carlos do videography for our wedding and I am SO happy we did! I thought I only wanted the ceremony to watch over in the future but all the aspects of the day that he recorded for us were so precious, from our first looks, to our toasts from our wedding party! Working with Carlos was great from the start, he was very informative and attentive to our needs. Even though our package didn't include any video from before the ceremony, Carlos offered to come early so he could capture my first look with my dad! Though it took a bit longer than we expected to receive our edited video, his website was great in letting us know the status of production and the final product was amazing. After hearing from a few friends that they wished they had their wedding professionally videoed, we knew instantly it would be worth the investment. We met Carlos from CMV at a wedding show before having our first meeting with him. At the first meeting, he showed us one of his videos from our venue location and we booked him on the spot. We were impressed at his professionalism, his attentive nature, and his professional yet friendly approach. Our first meeting with him was close to 3 hours long; we had a blast and from that first meeting, we were able to get more ideas for our own wedding we would have never gotten from anywhere else. We saw him in action for my husband's best friend's wedding (which was about 7 months before ours) and knew immediately we wouldn't be sorry. For our wedding day, we never saw him slow down for a second. He worked so effortlessly to make sure nothing was missed and every moment was captured. Everywhere the photographers were, he was. Every time there was something big happening, there was Carlos. Deciding to hire a videographer is on the list of best decisions we could have made for our wedding day and it couldn't have been done without Carlos.

Carlos and his assistant Anthony were very accommodating the night of our wedding. From the ceremony to the end of the night they were on top of every special moment we had. They assured us that even though our reception ran a little longer than the package we had chosen they would make sure to be there until the end of the night. If you are on the fence about hiring a Videographer for your wedding, JUST DO IT! And make sure Carlos is your man to do it! We just got our video back and it is unbelievably amazing. Carlos and his team work along side the Photographers to make sure they don't miss a moment. I did not realize how many cameras Carlos actually used to capture our beautiful wedding. He got every angle of our ceremony and on the dance floor the shots were amazing and you wouldn't even know they were there filming you! We are so happy we went with the video, Carlos is so easy to work with and he keeps in contact with you and gets back to you right away on any questions. The DVD case is beautiful, using photos from our wedding provided by Picture This of Danbury. The menu screen was very easy to navigate and footage is outstanding. Also, DO THE PHOTO BOOTH CAMERA! We had our wedding on 2/14/16 and Custom Made Video was our videographer. Carlos was beyond AMAZING! From the minute he arrived he was helping to make the day a success! I used Custom Made Video as my videographer for my wedding. Carlos was AMAZING. Our initial consultation was like 2 hours long, because he let us pick any random video and watch it, to see what the whole thing would look like, versus a compalation of a bunch of videos smushed together. I felt at ease with Carlos from the first second, he really took the time to answer all of our questions. Carlos was super responsive, super accomidating, funny, wonderful, and so helpful. Carlos was not interested in nickle and diming us either, he didn't have strict time limits with his packages, and wasn't (and didn't) charge us by any amount of minutes over the package or anything like that. He was willing to go the extra mile for anything and everything!! I thought I was going to have an issue transporting the guys to the venue, and he even offered to pick them up for me! He was worth EVERY SINGLE CENT that we paid! The video was beautiful, and far exceeded my expectations. He also paid immense attention to every detail. The case was beautiful; the pictures and everything. The disk itself had our picture and names on it, an insert with pictures and names. Everything about the video/carlos/experience was wonderful, I could not be happier!

Carlos from Custom Made Video is great! He brought an extra videographer to our wedding at no extra charge to make sure he got all the shots we wanted.
