Highly recommend Cutting Edge! We had our wedding catered by them, and Jeremy and Jessica were amazing to work with. Our reception venue unfortunately cancelled on us within ~3 mon...

ths of the wedding and when updating Jeremy & Jessica to let them know that the reception venue would be changing, without us asking, they immediately began reaching out to venues to help us out which was so unexpected and greatly appreciated. We attended a tasting which was very well-organized and made our selections for both the cocktail hour and dinner. We have guests still raving about the food months later! For cocktail hour, we selected the grilled cheese bites with tomato soup, beef wellington bites (this was especially a big hit), and bruschetta. For dinner, we had the ricotta, herb, & spinach ravioli as a vegetarian option, salmon with a lemon dill beurre blanc sauce, and filet mignon with garlic butter. We also had some guests who were vegan or had allergies and Cutting Edge was able to work with us to accommodate them easily. The sides and starter salad were delicious as well - highly recommend the whipped potatoes as one of your sides! Beyond the food being great, working with the Cutting Edge Catering team was wonderful. Jeremy and Jessica went above and beyond and made us feel like we were taken care of every step of the way. Thank you again!!

Choosing Cutting Edge Catering Services for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made, and selecting their Platinum Package made the experience even better. From the moment...

we began working with Jessica, we felt supported and well cared for. She was warm, approachable, and incredibly thorough in explaining everything included in the package. She answered all our questions with patience and helped us tailor the options to exactly what we wanted. Her kindness and responsiveness gave us so much peace of mind during the planning process. On the wedding day, the Platinum Package exceeded our expectations. The food was flavorful, beautifully plated, and truly memorable. Our guests loved every dish, and many of them went out of their way to tell us how impressed they were with the dinner. It added such a special touch to the evening and really contributed to the joy of the celebration. The service was excellent as well. The staff was respectful, attentive, and incredibly organized. They kept everything moving at the perfect pace and made sure we were taken care of throughout the night. It was clear that they were experienced and genuinely committed to making the evening run smoothly. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing they had everything under control. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful experience Jessica and the entire team provided. The Platinum Package was worth every bit of it, and the service we received made our wedding feel complete. For any couple looking for reliable, delicious, and beautifully executed catering, we highly recommend Cutting Edge Catering Services. They truly helped make our day unforgettable.

My wife and I worked with Cutting Edge Catering for our wedding in March, 2025. From the moment we first exchanged emails, Jessica and her team delivered outstanding service. Her...

team was extremely communicative, worked diligently within our budget to build out a menu of delicious food that catered for all our dietary requirements. Jessica was very helpful in arranging a taste testing for us and we knew very quickly that we had made the right choice. Our waiter took time to explain each course, he was friendly and attentive, and worked effortlessly to address our questions and feedback. The high level or service culminated when the chef came out and met with us, answering more of our questions in an engaged and personable way. CEC offered competitive pricing that didn't mean a compromise on the food decisions. They source great quality produce as well that that left us inundated with positive messages from our guests about how delicious all of the food was. On our wedding day, the staff were organized and the flow of service was smooth. Extra care was taken to ensure that my wife and I were catered for, with the staff ensuring we didn't have to think about anything. We also received many compliments on how well the service was the day of our wedding. We would love to thank Jessica and her team for contributing so warmly to our wonderful day and we would recommend Cutting Edge Catering to any couple looking for great food and excellent service.

We used Cutting Edge Catering for our wedding in October 2024 and had an excellent experience! Jessica, Angel, and Jeremy were extraordinarily helpful in every regard, from sending...

multiple quote options; making adjustments as we tweaked our menu; and generally being responsive to any questions we had. Our guests really enjoyed the food-- especially the spinach artichoke dip (which we knew would be a hit, having tried it at our tasting months prior)! I would absolutely use Cutting Edge Catering again!

We cannot say enough great things about Cutting Edge and are so thankful we hired them as our wedding caterer. They were listed as a "preferred vendor" at our venue and, after an i...

ntro phone call with Jessica, my husband and I quickly knew they were the team we wanted to go with. She was so helpful from the start, answering all of our questions, and made us feel really comfortable with the services and flexibility they offered. On top of that, their prices are incredibly reasonable. Throughout the coming months, Jessica, Jeremy, and Angel were great about communicating with us. The tasting was one of our favorite memories from being engaged - such a fun experience (in the most gorgeous venue!) and we were all completely blown away by the food. The hardest part was narrowing down what we wanted to include on our menu... Fast forward to the wedding, where the entire staff knocked it out of the park. Our guests raved about the food, service, and presentation, and it was such a relief to know the Cutting Edge team had everything taken care of. One guest even told us they mistakenly assumed a waiter was on our wedding planner's team because he was just that helpful and knowledgeable! Talk about someone going above and beyond at their job. It's very clear that Cutting Edge cares about its clients and will do whatever they can to make your "catering dreams" come true. We're so grateful to the entire team and hope we have a chance to work with them again in the future. Thank you, Cutting Edge, for all you did to make our wedding day amazing!

ss of developing a quote and proceeding through the tasting Jeremy was incredibly responsive and attentive to the bride and groom's requests. As a wedding planner I work with many different caterers, I rarely get the level of responsiveness as I did with Cutting Edge. I would definitely hire them for your wedding, you won't be disappointed.

Based upon the recommendation of our wedding planner at the Houdini Estate, we hired Cutting Edge Catering and are so happy we did. We had over 220 guests (plus another 20 vendors...

) to feed and they did an amazing job. We had opted for "stations" instead of formal sit-down dinner because we did not want our guests to sit so long before they were fed. Working with Jeremy and Angel has been a blessing during this very stressful time (especially since we live in Florida and we were planning a wedding 3,000 miles away in Los Angeles). Lots of conference calls to make sure everything was in order. These guys are awesome! The food was great and the service was amazing! Thank you so much for catering our daughter's wedding at the Houdini Estate!

sy for me by answering every little question I had. Her responses were always so fast! Up to the day of my wedding jessica made me feel at ease with all of the efficient emails she had been sending me that when the day of the wedding came I felt 100 percent confident that they would perfect the day! My guest were raving about how amazing the food and drinks were and everyone loved Cameron the bartender because of his professional and friendly service. He was not shy with the drinks he was making for my guest! We are so happy with the service from cutting edge and will most definitely book with them again in the future!

rds to communication and service. Sugar especially was a hit amongst our guests and had such amazing positivity throughout the evening. The tasting was more food than we could've ever imagined and we left feeling happy and excited for the menu that we had selected. The appetizers were an absolute hit with guests during our cocktail hour and I will forever remember the insanely good tomato soup shooters and grilled cheese. Highly reccommend this company! They will work with you on price and make everything you want and need happen. xx

s day continue to rave about the quality of the food (from the incredible passed apps at cocktail hour to the steaks, chicken, and halibut dinner, to the desserts and late night bites) -- all perfect and WAY exceeded expectations. We've already recommended Cutting Edge to all our friends and hope to work with the team again soon!

Do not look any further! This is the best catering company out there for your wedding! We worked with Jeremy who is an absolute dream! They went above and beyond for my special day...

. The food was amazing and my guests are still talking about how good it was. My family does our own catering events so it was so important we found someone who met our standards which Cutting Edge Catering did and actually completely exceeded my expectations. The wait staff were incredible and very attentive to every guest. If anyone left hungry it was their own fault. If you want a vendor who pays attention to every detail, offers fabulous food, and goes the extra mile you have found them!

I hired cutting edge catering for my wedding and cannot recommend them enough. Jeremy & his entire team were incredible to work with. The food tasting was such a fun experience. It...

was located at a venue and other couples were there as well. We were able to bring our families and the food was phenomenal. For cocktail hour we opted for beef Wellington bites, Mac n cheese balls & coconut shrimp. For the maim course we did a mixed berry salad with a delicious vinaigrette dressing, lemon herb roasted chicken & tri tip, rosemary Parmesan roasted potatoes & asparagus. They also cater to all your needs! We had a handful of kids & 2 vegetarians. Got no extra charge, they swapped out those meals for me. For dessert we did an ice cream sundae bar & it was a HIT. Everyone RAVED about the food. The 2 most important things that make a wedding in my opinion are your food & music & cutting edge knocked it out of the park! I have nothing but great things to say about them! I would recommend them 1000xs over & hope to use them for other events in the future someday

I was looking for a catering company to take care of my great grandmas birthday on Memorial Day weekend. We wanted to book a company that was seasoned in wedding catering. I went t...

o the knot and wedding wire to submit the request. I also started a Yelp project looking for caterers. I had a few responses back but was very confused by the set up of the menu and pricing. I found Cutting Edge Catering on the knot and decided to inquire on the phone. Jeremy - the owner answers and to my luck they were available on the day we needed. Yaay. We looked through their Yelp/knot/google reviews and based on their high caliber of review, we decided that they were the one. I submitted the catering request on their website and Jeremy responded a few days later with the price quote. It took him several days to respond back to my via email, most likely because they were so busy. I then spoke with Angel on the week before our event and she was awesome! She quickly and efficiently answered all of my questions and got back to me very quickly when she didn’t immediately have an answer. They arrived on the day of the event with three trucks filled with equipment, food, table settings, furniture, and linens. They cooked everything on site and were extremely organized and tidy in the way that they prepared and set up. The appetizer service began at 6pm sharp as we discussed. They were extremely flexible and accommodating any time we needed to make a change. Their servers were personable and friendly. One of them even helped us to place the center pieces on the table even though that wasn’t a part of the service that they were hired to complete. The hors’deuvres were absolutely delicious. The prime rib was tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. The bartender was professional and happy to serve. Claudine -one of their servers was my favorite. Angel was there every step of the way. We ended the event at 10p and they were out by 11. Their price point is not the cheapest that we found, but the value that they provided, the service, and the food quality significantly exceeds the cost by far! OMG I can’t say enough about how amazing everything was. I would definitely book them again :)

Brianna C

They were absolutely amazing! Made our day so much better and we’re so professional and responsive! You’d be happy to work with Jeremy and his team.

ike we were working with a friend rather than a vendor. He handled my THOUSANDS of questions and emails with such grace and patience and eased my mind at every turn. The food was absolutely fantastic - cooked perfectly, delicious and served by professionals for our 180 person wedding. I cannot recommend them enough - I am forever indebted to them for pulling off such a fantastic event.

I'm so so impressed with Cutting Edge Catering and Jeremy that I don't even know where to begin with my review! Can I leave more than 5 stars? LOL I was most excited about this co...

mpany based on their reviews; contacted them right away and was very impressed that the owner called me directly! Jeremy listened to my needs and concerns and addressed them accordingly. I was then invited to a tasting - which was so much more than I would have ever expected. All the food was so good that it was hard to choose what we would serve at my daughters wedding. I knew right then and there that I wanted Cutting Edge to cater my daughters wedding and contracted them on the spot. From that point forward Jeremy was overly accommodating, and yes, I AM "that client"; calling him several times throughout the months leading up to the wedding and even more text messages. I was hosting the wedding (approx 160 guests) at my home and needed a lot of help and guidance which Jeremy gladly provided for me. He not only recommend rental companies, he played the middle man by contacting several of them and sending me their quotes. He also got me in contact with a wedding coordinator, who also knocked my socks off! They visited the wedding site several times leading up to the wedding to go over all the details and set up for the big day, putting my mind at ease. The wedding day was AMAZING! Jeremy and his crew were unbelievable from start to finish and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD DELICIOUS. The meats were cooked perfectly, the side dishes lived up to my expectations and all the food was HOT! The staff at Cutting Edge were professional, friendly and hard working. I not only give them my highest recommendation, I will gladly speak to anyone that wants more details - because I could go on for hours. FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS!!! Thank you again Jeremy for playing such an intricate part in making my daughters big day better than we could have ever hoped for!

This is the team of my dream! Jeremy was always helpful and opened for communication, always had a solution for any problem. On our wedding day unexpectedly it started to rain and ...

the weather was pretty fresh. I am so thankful to Jeremy for bringing us the canopies les then in an hour. I should say that he didn’t even think, he went to bay the right away. Also he was able to bring us outdoor heaters at last moments at no charge. So our guests didn’t get wet and felt cozy. The food is perfect, the team was very attentive and helpful. Thanks to Jeremy and his team we have very good feedback from our guests. Thank you so much! If you are looking for a good reception team, they are here for you!

up a contract and within a week and a half, our wedding venue through (3 months away from my wedding). Jeremy was extremely helpful and accommodating with further questions and concerns. Unfortunately, we could not find a venue in that short of time that would allow an outside caterer within our budget. We reached out to Jeremy and he was nothing but kind and understanding about the ordeal. As promised, he refunded us our full deposit without question. It was such a relief and I am so happy with his communication and honesty. Although I did not get the pleasure of working with him on my special day, I have no doubt he will follow through on everything he promises. Thank you Jeremy for being so kind, helpful and understanding through the entire process.

ckages that you can negotiate with them. They are SO prompt: from the reply to my "interest" email to the drawing up of the proposal to the actual delivery of the food...Everything was done in such a timely manner. Their food is GREAT! So thankful that they were available for my small pandemic wedding.

ommodate our every request! Jeremy and his team went above and beyond at every step of the process and took a genuine interest in helping us get everything just right. From the tasting in Pasadena, to changing our minds about the menu a couple times, to helping secure a tent due to bad weather. When the big day arrived, we were curious to see how everything would actually come together... We went with some passed apps during cocktail hour, the charcuterie platter, the buffet style pasta bar and their signature breadsticks. We also had open bar all night with two signature cocktails. Once again, Cutting Edge exceeded expectations and the food was fresh and delicious. Also, the servers and bartenders were fun, friendly, and stylish. They did such a good job and Jeremy was so great to work with that I really can't recommend them enough!!!

I reached out to Jeremy with some questions around catering, and he was quick to respond and extremely helpful!

cerns then every so often I would get asked to write a review. I said I would give one star if they didnt stop bothering me but I also did not want to rate a negative review because they couldnt bother to read my concerns. this might work for someone else. my intentions were to not harm their ratings. but the asking of being rated and then reviewing on Google can get a little annoying because with all that asking, they still didnt answer my questions.

Jeremy, at Cutting Edge Catering spent a lot of time with us customizing our perfect wedding dinner and bar package. We were able to do full tastings with them months in advance, ...

through The Maxwell House, and he even gave us a break on minor modifications, worked with us in advance to triple check the menu and bar choices, and made everything very stunning for our wedding. One of our guests had a dairy intolerance, that I had not told him about, the kitchen staff whipped her up a custom plate, and ensured every guest was cared for. Cutting Edge Catering is not just another catering company, they are like family to us now.

first requests we made he said "absolutely" and as a result we got pot roast, sides of green bean casserole, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and spiced apples. We also got a martinellis toast and a cappuchino bar that was already in the pavilion space.
