s a godsend. The food was incredible. We ended up with an indoor ceremony because of the weather and it was perfect. I wouldn't change a single thing about the day. We were so well taken care of by the staff. My guests were still raving about how wonderful it was weeks later. I honestly had so much fun I wanted to do it all again next weekend. They are such pros there and worked so well with all my vendors. Their recommendations were spot on. I recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone looking to get married.

Paid approximately 20k for 100 guests (6 hours and 30 min total event time). The positive aspect was that the staff was very nice and professional. They were able to decorate the venue with the decor I provided exactly how I envisioned it. The food was good during the cocktail hour. The meal served (fillet mignon was salmon) during dinner was okay. The coordinators and the managers were very caring on the day of the wedding which was a great plus. The negative aspect was certain issues with communication. Among others, one included timing of the reception. Before signing the contract we were told that we could extend the reception for however long we wanted as long as we paid extra $500 per hour; a deal that worked well for us. After singing and submitting the deposit that changed and we could only extend the event for one hour. The venue also does not allow shots, which was not communicated before we signed the contact and submitted our deposit. Another issue was that the bartenders were rude to my guests during the wedding. Even when I spoke to them (as the bride) they did not have an excellent customer service toward me or my guests. I had to prompt my husband to notify the event director. There were also other issues that were communicated to us two weeks before the wedding and by then it was too late to fix them or change the venue. Overall the wedding reception was still very beautiful and I enjoyed it. I don’t think I’d book it again if I had to get married all over but it’s still a good memory for me and my husband.
