SCAM. FRAUD. OUT $400. Should be 0 stars. They have not paid us back our deposit since bailing on us 4 days before our wedding. We booked 7 months in advance & they canceled on us 4 days prior to wedding day - looks similar to other issues - said "mechanical issues" but did not have any other vehicle to give us. Worst customer service ever. They give you other numbers to call, hang up, dodge calls. It's been over 4 weeks & still no refund.

Absolutely do not book this company. Our experience with them has been a disaster throughout. We booked the trolley for our wedding. We made the booking 10 months in advance and paid a deposit, for which they emailed a confirmation of the reservation and a separate confirmation of the payment. I contacted them 2 months in advance of the event to discuss logistics of the day and they had absolutely no record of my reservation. None. No record of ever having made the booking or deposit. I was told "my boss says it was probably cancelled because you never paid your deposit." I called multiple times to sort this matter out, I was assured each time that they would call me back to sort it out and of course never did.
Once I was finally able to discuss the matter further with them I made a grave mistake--I made the mistake of letting them rebook me. 3 days before our wedding I received a call that they needed to cancel due to "mechanical issues" with the trolley. I asked what the back up plan was and was informed that there was none, they claimed to have no other vehicles available. After a bit of conversation they finally admitted that they had overbooked themselves for the weekend and did not have enough drivers to cover all of the booked events, and therefore could not offer me alternative transportation as they did not have a driver. I then asked what about the driver that was scheduled for the trolley which was now allegedly broken down as that driver would seemingly now be available and they informed me that he would be driving for another event and was no longer available for us.
I was assured I would receive a refund of my deposit which has not happened. I have contacted the business countless times and to no avail. Each time I call I am told "my boss is out of the office and I don't have the ability to do the refund, try to call back tomorrow." After this happening numerous times I asked how it can possibly be the case that every single day the boss is out of the office at which time it was finally admitted "well I actually work from home, so there is no office so he is never here." I had been lied to all along and told to "call back, he should be here tomorrow" when in fact there was no chance of them ever being there.
The woman who does their bookings and office work is rude, unknowledgeable and clearly does not care about their clients or their business.
Whatever you do, do not book this company. If you do happen to make the same mistake and book them I would make sure you have comfortable shoes because you will likely find yourself walking to your own wedding.
I called countless other transportation companies to find an alternative 3 days before our wedding and on multiple occasions was told by the other companies that this company is known for being unreliable and last minute cancellations or no shows. I was specifically told "it's better they cancelled on you, their trolley breaks down all of the time and shouldn't even be in the fleet anymore." It is well known in the industry that this company is unreliable and should be avoided. Don't let them ruin your day.

RUN RUN RUN AWAY!! Party bus never arrived on our wedding day. When we were frantically calling them, after several calls, the driver answered to let us know that the bus had broken down. There was no answer throughout the morning from the office. This was truly a horrible experience - I highly suggest using another vendor. I wish we could have!

The trolley never picked me up on my wedding day! Driver texted me at the time he was supposed to get me to say the trolley broke down and won't make it. I said OK what are you sending its in place, you have a whole fleet. He said nothing was being sent and I needed to call D&G myself, he was just the driver.
I had a pick-up at my hotel to my ceremony (this is the one they never picked me up for), then from my ceremony to my venue. The trolley did end up showing up for my second ride, except the AC was broken; the trolley couldn't be turned off because it wouldn't start if they did; there was FUMES everywhere so we couldn't take any pictures off the balcony; there was no red carpet; the driver was in regular clothes not a tuxedo; there was no water bottles or champagne/flutes - all of this is in your contract!
I fought for 4 months to get a refund. They weren't calling or emailing me back. Then finally mailed me a $200 check. For a $1,300 trolley and only completed 1 of my 2 rides (aka half the job) and almost having me miss my ceremony, you'd think they'd given at least half a refund if not all.
There's a reason their reviews are so awful. Check out their Google and Yelp reviews. Do not use!

I hired D&G Limousine for my daughter’s recent wedding. We booked a stretch limo and a party bus. The driver of the limo, Howie, called the day before to go over details. He was super friendly and assured me that he would take care of everything the next day. The day of the wedding, the vehicles arrived early and waited for us to be ready. Once again, Howie was extremely friendly and efficient. It was raining when we arrived at the church, and he walked us in one by one with his umbrella. He could not have been more helpful. The party bus driver, Big Al, was also great. I didn’t really have contact with him, as he was driving the bridesmaids and groomsmen. The two gentlemen also opened the church doors for my daughter and my husband to walk down the aisle. There was red carpet service and champagne for the bride and groom, which Howie had all ready after the ceremony. The party bus had champagne ready also. I highly recommend D & G!!!!

On my wedding day my new husband, wedding party of close family and friends and I almost died in a trolley on fire on the Garden State Parkway South in a vehicle we rented from D&G Limo.
As we were heading to take our pictures after the wedding ceremony, the trolley started to smoke. The driver, Mike, was not going to pull over but my husband advised otherwise. By the time we made it to the shoulder lane the front of the trolley was engulfed in flames.
The back door of the trolley was locked, so we all had to risk our safety to run out the front door of the vehicle. We thought it was going to explode so we stood far away.
There we were, a bride, groom and wedding party stranded on the highway during our wedding. The emergency response workers had to split us up and drive us to our venue in different vehicles: police cars, tow trucks, etc.
And I had already paid in full and tipped the driver - never saw any of my money back.
That trolley is not road safe. Even before the fire the seats weren't bolted to the bottom and people were shifting all around.
Riders be warned.

We were extremely disappointed with D&G. We reserved a vintage Rolls Royce months in advance and were told the morning of the wedding that it had mechanical issues and they wouldn't be able to send it. They did offer an alternative... which wound up breaking down in front of the hotel, right before we were supposed to leave for church. They then sent ANOTHER alternative- a 2016 Maserati- not the classic car we had in mind! At that point we decided to cut our loses and my dad and I decided to ride in the trolley (that we had gotten from a different company) with the rest of the bridal party and asked the D&G drivers to leave. Much to our surprise, they showed up at the church with a 4th car - a classic Rolls Royce, dirty with busted hubcaps and one of the other Rolls Royce's that had broken down. They insisted on staying and were inappropriately pushy about us using their cars for the backgrounds of our photos. We weren't interested and they wound up really upsetting us when they wouldn't leave. I understand mechanical issues- these cars are very old- but it was the fact that they were so unprofessional that bothered us the most. I have nothing but great things to say about our other transportation company and all the other vendors we worked with that day, but I truly would NOT recommend D&G. And, it's three months later and I still haven't seen that our deposit has been refunded.

I used D & G Limousine for our wedding on November 25, 2017 and everything went very smooth. They were easy to deal with and all of the details were taken care of. Jonasz was our main driver and he made sure everything was perfect! From coordinating my arrival at the church to our exit from the church and our champagne toast...everything was beautiful. This Limo company was wonderful! They were very responsive from the start until our wedding day. My husband and I went with a Yukon Denali limo to accommodate our entire bridal party, and it was perfect; very clean and spacious. Our driver was excellent and made sure that no one saw me (the bride) while we were waiting to enter for our ceremony. She continually came to check on me and made sure the doors were closed after people came in and out during the waiting period. We will use this company again for our transportation needs.

BRIDES BEWARE!!!!!!! I wish I could give this company a 0. Our wedding was July 1st 2017 and we booked the trolley with them in March of 2016 Well in advance. On the morning of our wedding I get a phone call around 1030 am letting me know that the trolley would not be coming because there were "mechanical issues". I tried really hard not to let this bother me even though the trolley was going to be the focus in our photos. I was told by the girl on the phone that they would give us an option of 3 other vehicles to choose from and they would send them for a discounted rate due to the inconvenience we agreed. They send the limo hassled my bridal for the money (I had the money in a separate vehicle) and then I came to find out that we were not given a discounted rate AT ALL. In fact we were charged more from the original quote that I was provided. I made 3 or 4 phone calls that went un-responded to as well as numerous emails. When I finally got an email back I was told that I would be refunded my money with an apology for all that we went through. (Oh I forgot the mention that on this 90 degree day the a/c in the limo they sent was broken). Anyway its been almost 3 months not I have no received a check, a phone call, or an email and upon reading reviews from other people ESPECIALLY people who booked the trolley, I have found more than one instance of this. This is horrible business practice and a horrible company to deal with on the day of your wedding. Unneeded stress.

We had a horrible experience with D and G Limo for my wedding this summer. Looking back, this is the only thing I wish we had done differently. We had chosen to use the trolley months before and had paid in full for it, however, on the day of my wedding the driver showed up with a party bus. He said that the power steering on the trolley had gone, but I had received no call or notice that this was the case. Additionally, the driver appeared unkempt and was very rude regarding the whole situation. We tried to remain positive and make of the best of it and managed to enjoy our ride on the party bus. However, when driving the bridal party to the reception, he pulled over twice and said that an alarm was going off. Despite no one else hearing the alarm, he requested that all windows and doors be checked. We were late to our cocktail hour and when we pulled into the venue he pulled the bride and groom aside and stated that we pay him an extra charge in cash because we went over on our time. This was after he stopped twice and made us late! We did not pay him in cash and instead we requested that he have the company reach out to us, which they never did.

TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE. The company is run by a person who does not care AT ALL about making you happy or giving you what you ordered and paid for. We went with this company based on the specific limos we wanted for our wedding day - a stretch Range Rover and Trolley and we got NEITHER. They didn't bother to call or tell us about either and said the "A/C" broke. On both? The day of? I don't think so! Safe yourself the trouble if you have any preference on what limo you receive. Called multiple times to try and have the owner make good on this and he keeps ignoring it and saying he'll send a check. Horrible customer service!

We booked a limo for 10 ppl for a wedding. Limo was new and in great condition. Driver was on time. Took us to our destinations at ease. We were so excited that we finished our champaign bottle prematurely. The driver was kind enough to drive to the store to pick up an extra bottle during church ceremony. Great customer service. No complaints.

8o and HUMID with NO A/C. The main question I asked as the groom (knowing it is a warm time of year and would be wearing many layers is -- "Does your vehicle have air conditioning". We were assured that it would and that we would be comfortable. Now I know -- get it in writing in the contract and when they show up with a sweltering hot vehicle, send them on their way without payment and instead get an Uber. It was very hot and uncomfortable in the trolley. The excuse was "a fuse blew". That's nice -- but I pretty much sweated through my tux and all of the bridesmaids' hair ended up looking like a bird's nest after a 35 minute ride with the windows open. A horrible, hot experience that I do not wish on anyone for their wedding day. Oh - and after all that our driver left without giving us the champagne toast that we paid for. My advice is to look elsewhere and get the fact that they have WORKING air conditioning in writing.

Leading up to our wedding day, we were confident that this limo service would be good for us. Andre was our driver and he was very helpful with getting people on and off the bus and then came into the church to even help me with my dress. He was very nice and all was good. We left the church to go to the venue right on schedule. We might of even left a few minutes early. Andre drove incredibly slow and when we finally got to our venue, he pulled my husband and me aside to tell us we owe him money. He said, if we were only 5 or 10 minutes late, he would let it slide. But we were 15 minutes late so we owed him $120. We were totally shocked and didn't know what to do. We planned on tipping him $100 so had to give him that as our "late fee" and then my cousin gave another $20. We assume he drove super slow to get that extra money because we were right on schedule when we left the church. This left us with a really bitter taste in our mouths when Andre took the money and left. It was all great other than that :/

Cars were neat and clean. Two of the three drivers were very sweet and helpful, however one of the drivers was EXTREMELY rude and pushy. He came into our church while we were finishing up taking pictures multiple times pressuring the Best Man to "wrap it up so we don't sit in traffic." After having to politely tell him to back off, and then not so politely, we arrived right on time to our next destination. The wedding package only accounts for 3.5 hours, anything over that is extra. We were charged for an extra half hour, which we asked them to put on my credit card, but they insisted we pay cash. Clearly, as the bride and groom we were hardly carrying any extra cash on us as tips, things had been allocated to our best man and maid of honor. Unfortunately, being that they refused to just use my card on file, which to my understanding was for situations like these, my dad had to cough up the cash. Then the main driver, the rude one, had the audacity to claim that they "were not given enough of a tip." I believe his exact words were "you want us to split $110 between 3 people, seriously?" He was unaware that we had tipped each driver separately, as we were instructed to do so by the administrative person at their office so that "no driver would steal from other drivers." Overall, the aggression and rudeness of the one driver really dampened our ability to confidently recommend their services to other brides/grooms.

One of our limo drivers arrived looking like he was dressed for a BBQ. (i.e. shorts, t-shirt)
The air conditioner on the stretch Range Rover barely worked. Driver told me it was “cranked” and said something about the compressor not working great. He also waited until everyone was inside to turn it on, so most of the ride was sticky and uncomfortable. The same driver also attempted to charge one of my groomsmen a $120.00 overtime fee, except we were actually on-time. When my best man asked to see the paperwork, he pointed that out to the driver. The driver apologized for the error, but it all seemed so shady. Also, if you’re expecting the driver to pop the bottle of champagne for you and your bride or guests, this isn’t the company for you. While opening and pouring the champagne myself, I pulled a napkin out of one of the glasses that had a large coffee stain on it. At the end of our night, another driver charged me a $15.00 fee for waiting an extra 15 minutes at the pick-up location, even though we still arrived at our destination within the scheduled hour. On a more minor note, the receptionist/manager at D&G isn’t the most cordial person. Her negative attitude wasn’t appreciated.
All in all, no awards for customer service here and while everything was on-time, I’m not sure I’d use them again.

Very happy we selected D&G Limo for our wedding day. I previously used them for a friend's bachelorette party in NYC and the drive, Jonas, was awesome! I rented the 22 pax limo bus for our bridal party and it was perfect! It was extremely roomy, comfortable, and came with a few bottles of champagne. The driver was great! He arrived on time, kept us on schedule, and made the day a complete breeze for us. We filled out a schedule for the day-of and the driver really stuck with it. I'll never use another limo company!

We used a party bus for our wedding 9/13/14. D& G was helpful in the planning process, answering all of our questions. The day of our wedding it rained, but the driver helped to shield me and others so we did not get soaked. Very professional, and would definitely use their company again!

For service, I would give D&G 4/5 stars; for usefulness, I would give them a 1/5. Let me explain. I rented the Rolls Royce Princess for 3.5 hours at a cost of $603.25. The driver was quiet but friendly and on-time. The champagne was excellent, we got where we needed to go on schedule, and it looked great in the pictures.
Now, if I had to do it all over again, would I spend money on it again? No, I would not. I would have rather taken that money and done some more fun honeymoon excursions than shell out $603 to have the car around for a few hours. To me, it just wasn’t worth it. Plus, the car moved at a snail’s pace. I know it’s an antique but my husband and I were sure it was going to poop out on us as it went uphill. My brother who drove the groomsmen’s SUV behind us thought for sure that he was going to have to jump out and push us. The car did stall once, but it recovered quickly. And to be fair, I never wanted to rent the car in the first place, but it was the only thing in the entire wedding that my husband asked for.
So, if you’re on the fence about renting a fancy car and you’re on a budget, I would definitely skip it. We rented some shiny SUVs from Budget to transport our wedding party with my dad and brother sitting in the drivers’ seats, and I would have been just as happy to ride around in my mom’s car. Plus, our hotel did shuttle service to and from reception. So my advice to any bride looking to cut costs is to look seriously at transportation. For me, it just wasn’t worth the high price and my bridesmaids liked that they had access to the SUV for the entire day and that they could safely store flat irons, makeup, and purses in it from start to finish of the big day.

To start with he was early which was a big help in gathering everyone together. When it was time to get in he made sure the train of my dress did not touch the ground and taking my seat inside was done gracefully. It was well stocked with sodas and waters which we all greatly appreciated. It fit 8 perfectly which is usually hard because my husband is 6'5 . They confirmed with me to make sure all times were correct and flowed smoothly. I have to say the greatest thing I appreciated was when the driver used his jacket to block me from being seen while walking it. I couldn't thank him enough for that surprise on everyone's face when they saw me for the first time.

Had my wedding on June 7. The limo was a few mins early whice was good. He helped me get in and out the car. We rented the Dodge challenger which was amazing inside the only thing I didn't like was that he didn't make a speech when we walked out. But other then that it was a good time.

I mean as outstanding as a Limo company can get! They were very detailed through the planning phases and the limo itself (I believe 12 pax) was in excellent shape! (I've been in some pretty beat up ones... the ones missing lights and clearly "raged" in. This was NOT one of them!)
Our Driver was awesome. He even popped the champagne for our first cheers as bride and groom! Loved that!!
Wonderful service all around I have to say. Very pleased.

Wonderful! The drivers were so courteous and sweet. Everyone was picked up on time and dropped off on time exactly as they promised. We flip flopped people between the limos we rented and D&G was very accomondating. It downpoured on our wedding day and the drivers were ready with the umbrellas and even let me borrow their jacket to keep me warm before I walked into the church. Everyone was wonderful! I highly reccomend this company. Thank you so much!

D & G Limos were very affordable. However, the Limo driver was a terrible driver and we practically got whip lash. The limo was nice, but needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. The driver was not very attentive and was almost annoyed when I asked him to open the bottle of champagne for us. We took our pictures outside and it was freezing, so we asked him to take us to the liquor store and he did without hesitation, which was nice! They were good for what we paid, but definitely no wow factor here.

My husband and I visited 4 different limo services before finding, and falling in love with, D&G Limo. We met with the owner, Vlad, who is one of the nicest guys. The limo we were interested in was being serviced so we thought we wouldn't be able to see it until it was back. Well to our surprise, Vlad said he would gladly take us to see the limo at the repair shop which was less than 5 minutes away. So we hopped in a limo and he drove us over. The staff is very friendly and gave us beverages while we were getting pricing and info on all of their fleet and never pressured us to sign a contract right then and there. 1 month before our wedding, we had last minute changes and no longer needed a 16 passenger limo, so we met with Laura who is the sales coordinator, and she gladly showed us their smaller fleet and changed our contract for us. They have some of the most beautiful limos I've seen! Our limo was a 10 passenger Buick, which is the only one in NJ, and it was absolutely stunning! And our driver, Jonas, was an absolute doll! We rented a limo and party bus for our wedding in September 2012. The limo driver couldn't drive very well, but what was worse was the party bus. It smelt like crap...and I mean literally crap. The driver attempted to fix it while we were in the church but instead it smelt like crap and industrial cleaner. If I had other means of transportation for my wedding party I would sent the party bus home.
I would never use this company for any limo services in the future.

The limo drivers were on-time and very polite. Both of the drivers did things that we didn't expect -- one took a family member on a quick emergency trip to the store for candles and the other was ready to wipe off the ladies’ shoes after they were walking the grass. Thanks for a good day!

This limo company had great prices, very professional, new cars and were on time. We searched for months and dealt with many vendors and this company was hands down the most easiest to deal with. They contacted me a few days before to confirm our arrangements. Even after signing the contract, they were very flexiable and allowed me to make last minute changes of vechile selection. We rented two Chrysler limos for the wedding and have no complaints. The limos were beautiful and well kept. The drivers were extremely competent and helpful. Billy Carlucci was a phenomenal driver! He was there every step of the way and always let us know if we were falling off track time-wise. He was a prompt and responsible driver with a GREAT personality. We have heard many horror stories about wedding-day transportation, but we really did not have to worry at all!!! We loved our limo service from D&G Limos. They accommodated all of our requests and helped us to our locations in style and class. I would highly recommend them for any occasion.

We used several vehicles from D&G Limo for our September wedding. Rich at D&G was great throughout the process - helping us think through what we needed for our bridal party and guests. When Rich didn't have a big enough bus for our guest shuttle he worked with another vendor to get us what we needed. He took care of everything for us and we didn't have the headache of having to use multiple vendors.
On the big day - all the vehicles showed up a half hour early - big plus! There were no hiccups with any of the vehicles. The streets in Hoboken near our venue are very narrow but all the drivers knew how to handle the area (and the traffic!) no problem!
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend D&G Limo for your wedding transportation needs!

We used D&G for our limo and shuttle vans. The Range Rover stretch limo was AWESOME! And the red carpet and champagne toast after the wedding was super fun! The only downfall was that somehow the shuttles got mixed up during the after party causing delays and some people to not make it. However, that might have just been a result of miscommunication re: logistics. Overall good vendor and professional people.

Billy was our party van limo drive the day of my wedding. He was amazing. He was extremely professional. He was the only person that remembered I had to unbussel my wedding dress before walking down the aisle. He was on time and got us to our locations without any glitches. We also used them for my bachlorette party and getting us to the airport for our honeymoon! They come highly recommended. I would use them again in a heart beat.

D&G Limos did an amazing job with our limo service.
We rented a big party bus to take care of our parents and our wedding party all day, a shuttle to take our guests to the wedding ceremony and reception from our hotel and the Rolls Royce to take my Dad and me to the ceremony and my new husband and me away! The champagne toast after the ceremony in front of the Rolls was a very unique part of our wedding!
The drivers were phenomenal! They were really attentive and helped out in a variety of ways with my dress, getting tissues, water, etc., and were just great guys to have around with us!!! We will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking!!!

We had a Sunday wedding that ended at 9pm- but wanted to continue the party at the shore so we rented their Onyx Edition Excursion for 15 and partied like rock stars. It was so AWESOME! The driver was very nice and the limo was amazing, clean, and well stocked! We had a ton of fun and would totally use again!

Overall they did a good job. They told us they had charged our credit card ahead of time but when they got there they expected cash payment. This got worked out and thankfully when the grooms tire blew out the limo driver went to get him, out of plans. The limo driver was nice but charged us ALOT extra due to going overtime and I think he pocketed the money because it was not on our final bill. Oh well.

Our limo was fantastic, the only issue was that in the pic the limo had lambourgine doors and said it would have that but it did not actually. My husband was really excited aobut that but it was not a big deal when it did not have them. The driver Kenny was awesome and very helpful. They were professional on the phone and i did not have any issues. Overall D&G limo was great!

the driver was great and the service was exactly what i expected. they have great packaged and if you look there always tend to me sometype of deal. they didn't get 5 stars because there was no "wow" factor but hands down i would go to them again for any occasion.

We used D&G for the car to & from the airport for our destination wedding & to & from my sister's wedding. No issues, great drivers & cars.
For our reception, the limo driver was great. The shuttle driver, not so much. He called to say that the shuttle broke down & he was running 10 minutes late. He showed up at the hotel 30 mintues later. Then my sister-in-law had to text me because the driver didn't know where the reception was. I had confirmed the address with D&G via e-mail, phone call & their special wedding form.
I had arrainged for the shuttle to drop some family off at my house & then take my husband & I to the hotel. They charged us $50 extra, but that was fine. We waited & waited & the shuttle didn't come. I called D&G & they said they would send the driver back. He must have forgotten us & started on his way home. They were willing to charge us OT if we needed the shuttle to make extra trips, but since the driver never checked the hall, how would he know?? That was disappointing. You expect that from a "free" hotel shuttle and that's why we hired a private company. But they did fix the issue quickly.
We would use them again for car service.

Our driver Kenny was amazing with the brides maid....he had his emergency kit with him...help one of the girls out. He made sure that we got out the car without getting dirty. Very nice people.

Our driver was the nicest guy and was on time & helped in so many ways. He calmed me down right before the ceremony and so many nice things to say after the ceremony. I gave him detailed directions that he followed perfectly and he was on time for all pick-ups!
