I brought my wife into D. Geller and Son last week to look at upgrading her engagement ring & wedding band. I bought her ring here 35+ yrs ago and upgraded 2 years later. But, even after all these years, I never really considered going anywhere else because of how special Stan made us feel. But, truthfully, I wasn’t sure if time had changed D. Geller and Son….and I wondered if we would receive the same kind of “we want you to be a customer for life” customer service like we received 35+ years ago.
Well, I am happy to say, I was not disappointed.
We were warmly greeted by Fatima Bejarano, Assistant Sales Manager. Even though there were others in the showroom, she quickly made us feel welcome and special. She made my wife feel as though she was the ONLY customer in the showroom. She helped us feel “like we were part of the family” once again. Fatima spent over 4 hours (skipping her lunch break) helping my wife peruse the wide selection of diamond rings. My wife was so overwhelmed with the large selection of rings. But, Fatima skillfully helped her narrow the options down until my wife discovered “the ring”. My wife fell in love with the perfect engagement and wedding band, and after 35+ years she was willing to let go of her original wedding ring set. Fatima made the entire experience so much fun. We enjoyed shopping for my wife’s rings so much that I found myself (unexpectedly) looking at upgrading my wedding ring as well. So, we came back the next day. Fatima was off that day, but we were assisted by Connie Lewis (Operations Manager). Like Fatima, she was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable too. She patiently helped me find the perfect wedding band upgrade that complimented my wife’s rings. Now, we are both happy customers!
There are many diamond showrooms in the ATL area to chose from. But, none compare to D. Geller and Son. They may be one of the south’s oldest jewelers (open since 1939), but they STILL offer a large selection of high quality rings and gemstones at a great value, and yet, they are small enough to provide genuine unmatched personalized customer service. I am so thankful they are STILL in business today.
Fatima and Connie are proof that “customers for life” still means something and is very much alive/well at D. Geller and Son.
They both exemplify the highest qualities and skills in jewelry sales, and they honor the founder Dan Geller and his son Mike in their “genuine” customer service. They made my wife and I feel like we were the ONLY customers that day….as a result, D. Geller & Son earned our trust and loyalty once again. We are happy/satisfied “customers for life”….even after 35+ years !!
