OMG MICHAEL IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! I just got married a week ago and went in to have my wedding rings soldered…. originally it was going to take 2 weeks but after how sad he saw i would be without my new baby he had it completed in 3 days!!!!! That was a winner for me but then to see the finished product…. OMG A TIMELESS PIECE…. PERFECTION
Our experience here was amazing! Zain was so helpful, kind, and patient and made our 2 hours there feel like 10 minutes! We picked out some beautiful wedding bands and he was so helpful in helping us find some stuff in our budget!

My husband and I have been customers of D.Geller and Son for over 30 years! He has purchased several beautiful pieces over the years. We recently went in to decide on an anniversary band and worked very closely with Harry Corbett. He was friendly, highly professional, and communicated with us through every step. He did catch that my engagement ring was missing several prongs! So, not only did we purchase a band, we got my ring repaired. Through every step, Harry was there. We won’t shop any where else for our jewelry needs. 5+ rating!!!
If I could give this business more than five stars I would. From the very moment I stepped foot inside this store, I was treated with so much respect and kindness from the ENTIRE staff!!! I was referred to work with Jennifer and she did not disappoint. I came to get an appraisal for a gold chain. Jennifer was extremely sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. She was able to answer every question that I had. All the anxiety that I had walking into the store was immediately alleviated. She was able to appraise and box up my necklace in our first visit. She also gave me instructions on how to properly store/handle my chain to prevent further wear and tear. While I waited two beautiful puppies (Benny & smiles) kept me company lol. Working with Jennifer at D. Geller and Son Jewelry Store was an absolute pleasure. My significant other and I came into DGeller to get the perfect ring so that I could propose. My SO were a little lost at first, but Vicky helped us tremendously. She worked with us and had my SO try on many different styles until we she found one that worked for her! Barbara was such a breath of fresh air for us! Me and my partner had spent Friday morning shopping around for our bands to celebrate the next chapter in our life. We had previously went to a larger commercial jewelry retailer but we were far from impressed by our experience at the previous store - the associate helping us was far from engaging, she seemed actually annoyed by us showing up at their shop so early (mind you, this was at 10am which is their opening time anyway)
and just gave us a really bad vibe. Needless to say we walked right out of that shop. Happy to have discovered D.Geller&Son which was a quick few minutes drive from our original location and the moment we walked into this shop. It was a WHOLE DIFFERENT world.
Everyone in the store was very welcoming, engaging and excited to have us there. Barbara was our SA and she was lovely, engaging, super friendly and very patient with us as we selected and sized our bands to fit. So happy to say that we found our jeweler for life and will continue to give DGS our business from now on. This is the best example of why we should continue to shop mom&pop shops!

Zach was excellent at the Sandy Springs location! Went to several other places throughout Atlanta that were super pushy (like being a car but way worse).
Zach was the opposite. He spent 3 hours answering all of my questions (even my dumb ones). He's very knowledgeable and the staff at D Geller are helpful and not pushy at all. I would recommend Zach or anyone for that matter at this location.

It really pains me to write this and I'm hoping this company does the right thing as they made a HUGE mistake.
My husband and I visited D Geller in Sandy Springs to order a new set of rings. We are coming up on 17 years of marriage and it was time for an upgrade. Marcie helped us. We decided on a Tacori set but there was confusion. I liked a certain ring that was RoyalT, but she showed me another similar non RoyalT since RoyalT rings require 2 Carat or more & the diamond we were getting was slightly smaller than that. Fine. Except after 20 minutes of being in the back Marcie comes back saying the 2nd one was RoyalT but "dont worry we called Tacori and theyre making a special one for you to fit this diamond!" I had to point out I liked the first one better & if theyre making it, can I have the first one I liked better? I was a little put off by the lack of attention to detail of this salesperson but in the end I was glad I spoke up because I was now getting exactly what I wanted. I told her my current rings fit perfect and I need the exact size of them. She measured the rings & told me "Youre a perfect size 5". Rings were ordered and I waited excitedly to get them.
We go in this past Saturday to pick them up. I open the box and WOW. SO beautiful. Except, the rings DIDNT FIT. I asked what size they are and Marcie scrambles to look at the paperwork and states theyre a size 4. WHAT?! How in the world are they a 4??? So she measures my fingers & sure enough Im a 5. I asked how does this happen? Marcie told me the day we ordered I was a 5. How did they write down 4 and order the wrong size? So they get the manager Meredith who was a bit confused and tried to say sometimes rings fit different and I had to tell her no, I am a 5, I was told I was a 5 three weeks ago by Marcie. But she wrote down and ordered a 4. So they tell me they can resize them. I immediately started crying. This is a $21,000 purchase. THEY MADE A MISTAKE. Now theyre going to cut these beautiful rings and try to make them bigger? But they convinced me I wouldn't be able to tell. They promised they'd still be a perfect circle. They said it wouldnt compromise the integrity of the rings. They said their master jeweler is Tacori certified to work on the rings. I reluctantly agreed to let them resize them. They bought us lunch while the rings were fixed which was appreciated. We had a business appointment that afternoon so I was a bit nervous if we'd have them back on time. We get them back and had to rush out since we were already running late.
I look at the rings in the car and they look TERRIBLE. Absolutely terrible. We can see the cut lines. They're nowhere close to perfect circles anymore and extremely uneven. Also the "Tacori" stamp on the inside is now "Tac" on one ring and almost looks like "Taco" on another. It's so bad its almost comical. Meredith calls back and says the owner is also on the line, but he didnt speak. She apologizes profusely and says they will make it right.
My husband just dropped them off and read the notes that were being sent back. They didnt ask for new rings. Theyre going to have Tacori assess them and see if they can fix them to Tacori "quality." NO. I want my rings ordered, new, in the CORRECT size. We paid for brand new custom rings. Its not our fault they ordered the wrong size when Marcie sized my rings and told me out loud Im a 5. They need to make this right by ordering us new rings at this point.
Please do the right thing D Geller.
I called the Akers Mills branch just to see if they do laser engraving. They do not but the sales rep there (AMANDA) asked me what type of ring I wanted and what I wanted to engrave. She was so nice and friendly and sent me the picture of the ring that I wanted via text. Her service made me take an Uber to the store and buy the ring. Her patience and ability to find ways to add value for me was amazing and turned a regular exploratory call into a sale. She's the best!
Always super helpful and friendly. We got our wedding bands and engagement ring here. We would recommend this place to anyone who is about to propose or get married as it's a great place with friendly customer service.
Jennifer really helped me out and went above and beyond. I made an overseas jewelry purchase and had some questions regarding the piece. When I called D. Geller and told them my situation, they encouraged me to come in so they could take a look. Jennifer took her time inspecting the piece and gave me helpful advice. I was astounded that someone would provide outstanding customer service, especially since the jewelry didn't originate from them. Our family has purchased some jewelry items from D. Geller in the past and also had some pieces repaired. We continue to be pleased, but especially appreciate Jennifer's outstanding customer service. We will continue to rely on D. Geller for future jewelry needs.

I just want everyone to know that the Sandy Springs location is amazing. I first went into the store a few months back and was initially assisted by Meta King and Meredith Naggar. They were very helpful with assisting me in figuring out a good ring when I wasn't sure exactly what my now fiancé wanted. They made a great suggestion that I just go with a basic ring and once I propose, my lady would have the option to switch it out (getting a second opinion was perfect because I had not even considered this as an option). This was exactly the advice I needed. When we came in to switch the ring after a successful proposal, Robyn Lehrman helped us pick out the perfect ring for my lady. Being that this was my first big purchase in a jewelry store, I expected the employees to be somewhat pushy. This was not my experience. They were so kind, and so so helpful with great suggestions and insights and were not once pushy. Lastly, Vicky Rojas Smith was extremely prompt with all the emails I sent, was so helpful in setting up appointments and finally when my fiancé and I had a slight issue with the ring we switched to, it was no problem getting the issue corrected the same day.
All in all if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would do so. The whole team was an absolute pleasure to work with and I did not feel pressured at all when it came to purchasing anything! Every time I went into the store, these wonderful ladies made me feel right at home and very comfortable. I will be recommending the Sandy Springs location to everyone!

We hadn’t shopped for our wedding bands since getting engaged over the holidays and only had a loose idea of what we liked. Marcie showed us our options but then let us guide the decision. My husband and I went to D. Geller & Son looking to update my wedding ring for our 30th anniversary (we bought my engagement ring there is 1990!). I had NO idea what kind of ring I was interested in, but Katie was so patient and asked all the right questions to help me find the perfect ring!! I went to other stores (just to do my due diligence) and no one compared to the service we received from Katie! The ring and the customer service were phenomenal!! Katie is so personable, knowledgeable, patient and wants you to get exactly what you LOVE! No pressure sales, and fabulous customer care! You can’t go wrong with D. I brought my wife into D. Geller and Son last week to look at upgrading her engagement ring & wedding band. I bought her ring here 35+ yrs ago and upgraded 2 years later. But, even after all these years, I never really considered going anywhere else because of how special Stan made us feel. But, truthfully, I wasn’t sure if time had changed D. Geller and Son….and I wondered if we would receive the same kind of “we want you to be a customer for life” customer service like we received 35+ years ago.
Well, I am happy to say, I was not disappointed.
We were warmly greeted by Fatima Bejarano, Assistant Sales Manager. Even though there were others in the showroom, she quickly made us feel welcome and special. She made my wife feel as though she was the ONLY customer in the showroom. She helped us feel “like we were part of the family” once again. Fatima spent over 4 hours (skipping her lunch break) helping my wife peruse the wide selection of diamond rings. My wife was so overwhelmed with the large selection of rings. But, Fatima skillfully helped her narrow the options down until my wife discovered “the ring”. My wife fell in love with the perfect engagement and wedding band, and after 35+ years she was willing to let go of her original wedding ring set. Fatima made the entire experience so much fun. We enjoyed shopping for my wife’s rings so much that I found myself (unexpectedly) looking at upgrading my wedding ring as well. So, we came back the next day. Fatima was off that day, but we were assisted by Connie Lewis (Operations Manager). Like Fatima, she was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable too. She patiently helped me find the perfect wedding band upgrade that complimented my wife’s rings. Now, we are both happy customers!
There are many diamond showrooms in the ATL area to chose from. But, none compare to D. Geller and Son. They may be one of the south’s oldest jewelers (open since 1939), but they STILL offer a large selection of high quality rings and gemstones at a great value, and yet, they are small enough to provide genuine unmatched personalized customer service. I am so thankful they are STILL in business today.
