D. Jay’s Entertainment

I was very happy with D Jay's entertainment for both my DJ, Photo & Video. I found this company by making a few calls from Sydney, Australia. Booking our Las Vegas wedding from half way around the world - you can only rely on reviews and gut feeling. I spoke to quite a few vendors and ended up choosing Jeremy & Tiffany for all 3 of these services based on the value of booking all 3 services together and also the rapport Jeremy & I had built over the phone after just a few phone calls. I tried to communicate mainly through e-mail based on the cost of phone calls from Sydney and I must say the responses I got were very quick and thorough, there wasn't the need for much back and forth. Jeremy also referred us to a limo company which we ended up using for the Bachelorette Party, Wedding and one other night out in Vegas - a great find. The online planning system was easy to use and it was executed perfectly on the day. When I arrived into Vegas, Jeremy met me at the Wynn a few days before hand to go over some last minute details. This was a nice touch to put a face to a name and discuss details of the wedding before the big day - something which could have easily been done on the phone. As for the photo and video, Jeremy and Tiffany were easy to work with and the work speaks for itself. We got so many cracking photos and are so happy with the photography. Also so many comments still keep coming in months later about how beautiful the photos turned out. The wedding Bluray is also amazing. Very different to any other wedding DVD I've watched - it's like a motion picture and definitely very entertaining. Our reception was held at the Encore and we had 52 guests - not the biggest wedding reception. Although it wasn't big we made it clear we wanted a party atmosphere and that is what we got. The DJ kept everyone thoroughly entertained throughout the reception and when it came time to dance - everyone was on their feet. My expectations were exceeded by the DJ - the mixing of songs and MC skills were second to none! Very impressed. I don't think I'll be getting married again otherwise I would be using them again :) ! Saying that, I would recommend D Jay's for any Las Vegas bride looking for a great DJ, Videographer & Photographer!

Tiffany did an Amazing job! From the first phone call, I was so impressed by how helpful she was if it wasnt for her I would probably still be looking for a limo... My husband and I got married in Las Vegas May 18th I was so nervous about hiring a photographer without actually meeting. Tiffany was so sweet and helpful, I felt reasured that she seemed to understand perfectly what we were looking for. She blew my expectations out of the water!!! The photos are indescribably perfect, everyone we show raves about them. We got married at the Paris and of course they have a photographer so we hired Tiffany for after ceremoney and I wish we would have had her there the whole time! The hotel's photos are blah and boring, disappointing to say the least, especially in comparision to Tiffany's work. I am so in love with the photos Tiffany captured I wish I could go back and do it all over again but with her capturing the whole day in photos.

I just got married in April and I was extremely pleased with this company. The owner Tiffany is not only very sweet but also very easy to get a hold of!! They set you up with an online profile that is user friendly. I was able to give them a clear agenda of the reception along with song choices. All of the songs we asked for were played and everyone seemed to have a great time. Highly recommend this company!

I am beyond happy we chose to use Djaysentertainment. The engagment and wedding photos were even more then i had hoped for. The DJ was amazing and our wedding guests had a blast. I would highly recommend you use this vendor HANDS DOWN the best!!

We used D. Jay's for our reception on 8/27/11 and it was a perfect choice for us! Jeremy was FANTASTIC to work with, the whole company really was great. Their online planning site is fabulous and they followed what we wanted to a tee. Our DJ was Rob and he was awesome. My husband can be hard to please and he was super impressed and really liked Rob. We had so much fun and that was definitely thanks to Rob and keeping the party going.

The always say that the DJ is the one who sets the tone for the reception and i have to say that in my case that was definately true. the DJ that we got was amazing, he got everyone up and dancing at one point or another during the night. He helped with coordinating the dances and just made the whole evening fly by. I have to say out of most of the weddings i have been to the past few years my reception was the best. The only down side that i didn't really like was when picking the songs to play i just couldn't provide the list with the name of the song and the group that sang it. You have to search through a database so that they have it on file which is fine but a little time consuming. Overall I would definately recommend hiring this company for the DJ at your reception.

First of all Rob is amazing! The ENTIRE staff at D.Jay's really went above and beyond, and went who knows where to find all of the random unique songs we had requested. Rob could really pick up on the vibe of our guests (which was to have a good time) and he rolled with it and I still have every single guest telling me how wonderful he was! We had a local reception for my husband's family after the wedding, and there was a DJ there and we kept saying the whole night...well he is no ROB!!! Nothing compares to this company or to Rob! If you want a DJ at your event/wedding/anything in Vegas or anywhere for that matter(and trust me I would have paid the man to fly ANYWHERE I was having my wedding) D. Jay's and Rob are the way to go :) We will NEVER EVER EVER forget our reception, and it was 99% b/c of the great and wonderful atmosphere he created :) Much Love Rob!

Their online planner made planning easy. Jeremy is the go-to person and Marte was the assigned DJ for our event. He came prepared and absolutely on top of everything. I love it :)

Our DJ (Rob, recommended by Jeremy and Tiffany) was awesome! We were nervous as we ran out of time to meet him before the big day, but he read the crowd and everyone had a great time.

When my husband and I prioritized the importance of particular vendors, the DJ was the most important. We decided to select DJay’s Entertainment because of all the great reviews on Weddingwire, the 2010 Best of the Knot award, and their website. DJay’s was definitely on the higher end regarding prices, however, believing we get what we pay for we decided it was probably worth the money. Pre Planning: On their website, they state: “personalized event planning service (45-60 minute phone/office consultation directly with DJ about 1-2 weeks prior to event).” At a few weeks out I still had not heard anything from the company regarding the pre-planning so I emailed them on 07/15/10 (3 weeks out) regarding a pre-planning date. He responded on 07/19, and I replied on 07/23. I never received a response to the last email so I called their offices the following Monday. Tiffany answered my phone call and said she would return my phone call promptly since she was busy with customers. Four hours later my phone call was still unreturned, so I called again because we needed to create an appointment. Jeremy answered and we confirmed an appointment for the following Tuesday night. Later that night I received an email from Jeremy cancelling our appointment because he had forgotten his sons’ birthday. I hesitated to reschedule because I was booked solid for the time leading up to the wedding but I cancelled other appointments to open up my availability. When my husband and I arrived to his office we arrived at his house (which was messy), he received us barefoot. We became apprehensive because of his level of professionalism at that point but decided to proceed since it was only five days away from our wedding. At various points he discussed topics that were very unprofessional and made us uncomfortable (exp. politics, clients, fees for other weddings). On their website it states, “One of the many things that makes us stand out from all of our competition is that YOU choose your DJ.” “You can review each dj's qualifications, background, and specialty and choose which one you like best” Also, in the email with the pre-planning documents it states that they would contact us 6 weeks prior to select a dj, that never occurred. They simply selected whoever was available, I booked and placed my deposit with plenty of time and was never contacted regarding the opportunity to select a dj. Prior to us leaving the meeting Jeremy informed us that Marty; the dj he selected for us before meeting us would be contacting us that Wednesday or Thursday. He never called us, I had to contact Jeremy because I was worried that we would not have a dj for the day of the wedding. Marty finally called us back at 10-11pm the day before the wedding, I was unable to answer because I was busy at our rehearsal dinner. We never had the opportunity to discuss anything with Marty. We met him for the first time only minutes prior to him announcing us to our guests. That is VERY far from meticulous pre planning in my opinion. Wedding day: On the day of the wedding we had a mariachi band play, our guests and us really enjoyed that part of the evening. During breaks Marty played dinner type music which was fine and what we had discussed. The mariachi band played from 4:30pm to 7:30 with very few breaks in between. When it came time to announce the father/daughter song, Marty didn’t plan it out. My father was nowhere near and he began to announce the dance while I stood on the floor

It was so funny, after my reception I went up to thank Jeremy for the PERFECT wedding reception and I was out of breath from dancing the entire night (but especially the last 2 songs). Every time I think about how fun and well run my reception was, I smile. I can't say enough how great everything was. It's the memory of a lifetime!

I'll spare a novel and give you the bottom line--- I've been to at least 20 weddings and have NEVER, EVER seen a DJ better than MY DJ! My facebook page blew up the night of the wedding and the next day with poeple saying how much fun they had at my wedding. Its been a while since and people tell me how much fun they had at my wedding. Djays is not the cheapest but no the most expensive and eiher way they are worth every penny!

My fiance and I decided to get married in Las Vegas in Septemeber and booked D Jay's Entertainment for our DJ and photography services. I can not put to words how wonderful they were. Jeremy was our DJ and he made sure it was just how we wanted it. He communicated with us on exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to make our reception a blast. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I don't think our wedding day would have turned out so well if it had not been for D Jay's Entertainment!

Jeremy is what all DJs wish they were. Excellent pre-wedding communication with us and the bride to know her wants. Once there, fabulous...interaction with audience, flow of entertainment. HAd a number of family weddings in the last 2 years and Jeremy is far and away the best I've ever seen.

I was a little skeptical at first, hiring a DJ in the Las Vegas area, I was looking for a personal touch to my reception. Jeremy was friendly and answered all my questions. He showed up to the reception ahead of time and set up. He was well spoken and played music all age groups of my family enjoyed. I would like to thank DJ's Entertainment for making my reception an event myself, my wife and my family will never forget.

Jeremy is great to work with! He had all the music we wanted and took the time to get to know us. He set up quickly and efficiently and transitioned well from the wedding site to the reception. He played just enough of the "DJ" role and helped to make our wedding, reception, dinner and dancing exactly what we wanted. Thanks Jeremy!

I travelled to Las Vegas from Colorado and in my phone calls, I found several DJ companies who just didn't seem flexible. I didn't feel comfortable dealing with them. Until I called Tiffany at DJays! Tiffany put me at ease, it was clear that she had my best interests in mind. They are extremely flexible and went way over the call of duty for me. I was able to choose my DJ and chose Rob who did an amazing job. He was fun but not annoying and his music choice was great. I used their online planning system which helped me out a lot especially with the song suggesions and big database of songs. The online planning made it SOOO much easier for me, then I talked with Rob before the wedding to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted. The wedding and reception went off without a hitch and my guests all comment about how great my DJ was! I must also add that Rob's "dj voice" and the way he acts as a Master of Ceremonies also was great!

He was great but I cannot remember the name of his company.
