ot needing additional decorations. When some issues arose with the catering for my brunch, Andrew Doyle, Director of Event Planning & Operations, worked with me to make everything right and made sure I was a satisfied customer. The Banquet Captain, Adelina Carrizales and her staff were phenomenal the day of the event! They took great care of my guests by making sure we had plenty of food on the buffet and omelet station, which was excellent.
The Marriott also provided a room block for my out-of-town guests which was handled by Kim Sabo who kept me informed on my room block up to the wedding day. Thank you for your excellent customer service skills.
The Front Desk Lead, Charles Craft, was superb working with me to ensure some of our key family members would be located near one another in the hotel. Again his customer service skills and professional demeanor was greatly appreciated.
I am happy to say that our brunch at the Marriott was an excellent way to end a most elegant and magical wedding weekend. I would recommend this facility and this staff to anyone needing to conduct an event in down town Dallas. Thank you Marriott!

out in the end. The valet needs to find a better system. Some of my wedding guests waited for over 20 minutes on Sunday.
