Dallas Palms is a beautiful full-service event venue featuring three spacious ballrooms, each with its own private outdoor garden, conveniently located just north of Dallas in Carrollton, Texas. Each ballroom is elegantly designed with a flexible open floor plan, spacious bride and groom suites, crystal chandeliers and a full catering kitchen.
The Bel Air Ballroom, the largest of the three, accommodates more than 500 guests, includes a mezzanine level on either side of the room. The Malibu Ballroom will accommodate up to 200 guests for your ceremony and 100 for a seated dinner , has two stairways, a magnificent central chandelier and lovely garden with a water feature. The Melrose Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests, features a center staircase and opens out onto a large, covered patio and garden.

The Dallas Palms did an excellent job hosting our wedding this past November. We cannot say enough great things.
First, the decorations were fantastic. We had a vision for a Day of the Dead wedding, and they really did a great job. I would say, since we went with an all-inclusive package, some of the decorations seemed cheap (Dollar Tree candles I buy every day, for example) - BUT, they made it look beautiful. Both the reception AND the ceremony. I was nervous because of the rain, and the ceremony decorartions went up just hours before the ceremony, but WOW. I loved it.
Food - 10/10! We still hear rave reviews from our guests about the food. We had the salmon and the chicken, with jasmine rice, vegetables, and mac n cheese. Everyone loved them, and they were so well-seasoned. We wanted more of Mexican flavors, and they delivered them so well.
Reception - everything went great. There were minor details that didn't go as planned, but nothing our guests knew about (like champagne not being served before the first toast). The room did get very, very hot. Of course, we're having a great party, but the room was so hot and everyone was sweating. I think I asked for them to turn the AC higher and higher a few times.
Our planner - we worked with Cathy, and she was absolutely great. Not only was she kind and helpful, but she provided a lot of great ideas. Cathy has done this for so long, and she truly is an expert. I think that expertise sometimes overrode some of our ideas, so we did have to be firm in our vision several times, but we understood Cathy is a wealth of knowledge. We loved working with her! She was handling three weddings the same weekend like a PRO.
If we could do it all over again, we would, and we'd do it at the Palms for sure! Thanks for everything!

I truly hoped to never write a review like this. After our wedding on March 29, 2025, and a follow-up email to Dallas Palms on April 10 (to which we’ve still received no response as of April 22), I feel it’s necessary to share our experience to help future couples make an informed decision.
While our wedding appeared beautiful, it was largely thanks to our family’s effort and the flexibility of our 500+ guests—many of whom traveled internationally. Sadly, behind the scenes, our experience with Dallas Palms was disorganized, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing.
• We were promised the full Bellaire room but were only given half due to construction we weren’t properly warned about—causing layout issues and added vendor costs.
• Several power outlets didn’t work, impacting our DJ and other vendors.
• The restrooms were never cleaned during the event and lacked hot water—guests described them as filthy.
• A tent was discussed as a weather backup, but the day before the event we were told it would cost $10,000 and required a week’s notice. Guests were caught in rain with no coverage, and staff offered no meaningful support.
• Mopping during a storm created slip hazards with no wet floor signs.
• Our detailed seating chart was ignored, despite being confirmed via email and in a walkthrough. The coordinator falsely denied receiving it to family members that inquired. We were utterly confused.
• We paid $811 for six TVs to show our wedding film and seating chart—none of which worked. There was no A/V technician present, and we were told during the event that our DJ was supposed to manage their equipment. Needless to state, our short film was never filmed and TVs were never used.
• Only one of the two promised security officers showed up.
• The day-of coordinator, Cathy, was mostly unavailable, leaving our guests and family to manage logistics during inclement weather.
After paying over $35,000+ for solely the venue, we expected a level of professionalism and accountability that was simply not delivered. I spent parts of my wedding day overwhelmed and in tears. The lack of communication before, during, and after the event left us with stress and regret during what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives.
If you’re considering this venue, I urge you to ask very specific questions, get everything in writing, and have back up plans despite what is agreed upon to ensure your wedding is executed properly - Dallas Palms simply just did not execute. I wouldn’t wish this experience on another couple.

I had my Sangeet at Dallas Palms, and it was absolutely amazing! The venue is gorgeous and has such a great vibe, it really set the tone for the whole evening. The staff was super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly, which let me actually enjoy the night without stressing about anything. So many of my guests told me how much they loved the place and the overall setup.
Big thanks to the team at Dallas Palms for making my Sangeet so special. It was a night to remember, and I’m so glad we chose this venue!

We recently celebrated our engagement party at Dallas Palms, and it was an amazing experience! The venue is absolutely gorgeous, with beautifully maintained gardens and elegant ballrooms. We chose the Belair ballroom, which was perfect for our guest list and had a great mix of indoor and outdoor spaces.
From the start, the staff at Dallas Palms were incredibly helpful. Cathy, our event coordinator, was a lifesaver. She made sure every detail was just right and really brought our vision to life with her creative decorating ideas. The chandeliers, wood flooring, and tasteful decor added a touch of class that everyone loved.
The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. We felt so well taken care of throughout the entire process. The staff were warm, friendly, and made everything run smoothly. I am all in to do my upcoming event as well.

All I'm going to say is. We are having a 2nd Wedding/Vow renewal because our experience was not the way we imagined only good part of my wedding day was walking down the aisle to marry my husband other then that nobody checks on you I agree they want your money. Lessons learned though this was 5 years ago and I was much younger and didn't know my full options at the time ket alone planned everything in short time. The venue looks beautiful but to get married here no thank you even though I did but I definitely did not have a ideal wedding I tell everyone that wasnt my wedding because in my heart it wasn't.

This venue is quite beautiful. Our ceremony was outside in a garden, and the reception was inside. You get quite a bit for your buck. Food and decor is also included in your package which is amazing and takes away from having to do extra.

The Dallas Palms team will go the extra mile to make sure they take care of your special event as if it was their own event. The decor for the event was so magical.. almost out of this world. One of the best decor I have seen. The hall was decorated beyond beautiful!!! I will always remember that set up.

My wife and i had our wedding reception at the Dallas Palms. From the moment we first met with them, the entire team was supportive and did everything to ensure our event was spectacular.
If you ever need a venue for any event, do not hesitate to contact them. The decoration was superb, the food was delicious, and the management was friendly.

Thanks for the management of Dallas Palms for the venue setup of last night. The things were all well prepared and organized and Cindy the organizer was too early there in the hall and very helpful and supportive. The attendants (the servers) were very helpful too. The AC was cool and the colors were all matching in the dining tables. I appreciate the kind standing of the management behind all that.

This is beautiful venue and we enjoyed it the day of our wedding but we weren’t 100% satisfied. They have bad communication after we booked and we weren’t treated as we had deserved especially all the money we paid for. They had one person doing everything from food taste to helping decorate our wedding. It seemed like money is all that matters to them. You get charge for every little thing. I wished I knew that or else i would looked for a different venue but it is what it is. It was ok but I was not WOW! I recommend doing your research first

They over promised and under delivered. They were very unorganized the week of the wedding and didn't recall any of the alter decor we had discussed (which further stressed me out). Some of the things we paid for weren't there the day like the large fans, and they let people in the reception prior to the ceremony

First off we could not go inside of the venue we paid for for rehearsal, we were told to stay outside because clearly this venue only cares about money and tries to have something going on every hour on the hour and does not pay attention to quality. The venue was beautiful, but the coordinator I believe Cathy or Nadia were disrespectful to my guests. Also my guests complained that we ran out of appetizers, which shouldn't have been the case since we paid for 200 guest to eat. Also after our ceremony, another party/ceremony started immediately next door so while taking pictures we could hear everything that they had going on outside. Oh and there was a ladder propped on the building next to us that made the venue look tacky and was seen in some of our photos. For what we paid for this venue the service should have been top notch. The rooms where the bridesmaids and groomsmen got ready were extremely hot with no air flow. I think they need to pay more attention to their quality of service and not just the money because it was more than obvious that's all they cared about. A wedding day is someone's special day and should be treated as such.

Rehearsal's are a complimentary service at Dallas Palms and our guests do not pay for the rehearsals. I am sorry if there was any confusion. Cathy and Nadia communicate solely to party coordinators. In the event that a message be delivered to a guest, our Dallas Palms team will report directly to the party coordinator, not the guest.
Our team at Dallas Palms provide food and beverages based on the number of guests predicted to attend the party. For your party of 200 guests, we adequately prepared 2 appetizers per guest. I am very sorry to hear that it was not enough.
Dallas Palms is not responsible for noise levels, nor do we turn down parties because they are scheduled on the same day and time in different venues as another. All of our venues and gardens are separated by privacy fences and walls.
Unfortunately, the ladder was left by the party decorator who was hired by the guest. Dallas Palms performs thorough checks of the ground prior to decorators and party planners setting up to ensure everything is in top condition but do not do check again if the bride hires someone else to decorate, as that is the new coordinators responsibility.
At Dallas Palms we truly put our guests first. Our service to our guests is the most important factor for us. We strive to help create memorable experiences for everyone. Had a tour at the Dallas Palms and I was very disappointed. I sat in the front for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. then when I finally got someone to give me my tour it was all of 5 minutes. I was not shown all 3 venues and no information was given to me. I felt like I wasn't a priority and that was a bad feeling. So for future reference, Dallas Palms please have better customer service and have your tour guides make their guest feel welcome. Even if you don't want to be there act like you do.

I absolutely love this venue! I was very honest with them about our budget, expectations and my Nigerian wedding was a huge success! Cathy was a great coordinator and the decorations and flow of the event were perfect! Fahad worked with us and met with me regularly to address my concerns, needs and supported me through this process! I'm very greatful for this team! As long as you keep accurate records for yourself, you won't have a problem here! Thank you Cathy and Fahad! My family and friends are still talking about how beautiful everything was! Book this venue!

We have been searching for a venue since May. One venue cancel after we had given a down payment, another one double booked us and wouldn't be able to fit both weddings and the third I've been waiting for a response or proposal for the last 3 weeks. After leaving a voicemail they called me right back scheduled a tour the next day they waited for us after hours since we work) and they gave us all the attention in the world and most importantly hope 😊 CANNOT WAIT TO PLAN AND CELEBRATE THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF OUR LIVES WITH DALLAS PALMS!

First of all, I am a meticulous list maker and CPA who had a lot of sticker shock when looking at venues. My fiancé and I have huge families so our invite list is easily 300 people. I quickly found that hotels were insanely priced for that kind of head count and many venues weren't large enough for our guest list.
I was frantically sending out web inquiries for everything on the knot and wedding wire trying to stay within my budget but still provide an amazing "worth the trip" experience for my guests. When you have been to 20 + weddings in the past 3 years you start to feel a lot of pressure to provide all the things you wished for or appreciated as a guest.
Then I called the Dallas Palms and spoke to Nadia. Can I just say, this woman made me feel so at ease on the phone and after I wrote an -extremely- detailed email about all my wants, needs, and concerns, worked quickly to put together a COMPLETELY custom package for me. I was floored. Just the night before I was pouring over my guest list stressed to the max about cutting 10% of it to save cost and space.
I am not a crier but when I received their email with my package perfectly tailored for everything I wanted, I was actually near tears.
I went to visit the venue and fell in love. They have three ballrooms, all beautiful with amazing bones to transform into something incredible. Nadia and Tariq were even more wonderful in person and I instantly felt I could trust them. We were right on the same page when discussing plans and my thoughts and I never felt like they were pushy or trying to make me tack on anything I didn't want. They recognized me in our next meeting, remembered my parents were supposed to come even though I had only mentioned it off handed, and gave us all the personal attention we could expect from a full-service venue.
I am so pleased with them and can't wait to see the amazing work they do come wedding day. You can really tell how much they care about their business which they bought only recently (in the past year). They have years of experience event planning beyond that and have made so many improvements to the property that are so well done. Don't just look at the pictures online. Go see it in person. They made me feel like a family friend and their warmth won them my business!
