Bobby and the team were absolutely AMAZING! From our very first conversation, Bobby truly understood my vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful way. The flowers turned out exactly how I wanted — actually, even better than I imagined! Every single arrangement — from the bouquets to the ceremony arch and reception centerpieces — was stunning. The colors, textures, and overall design were absolute perfection. You could tell how much thought and care went into every detail. Not only is Bobby incredibly talented, but also so kind, professional, and easy to work with. He made the entire process stress-free and fun, and I felt completely confident putting everything in his hands. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous the florals were, and neither can we. We recently had our wedding at the Muttontown Club and using Spitz and Peck to decorate the entire venue was, by far the best decision we could have made. Bobby, Brian and the rest of their staff exceeded any expectations of how they could create an incredibly magnificent vision.. Whether it was our gorgeous chuppah, the place card table, the aisle, the spiral staircase or our wedding cake, each was decorated with incredible detail and finesse.. The dining room completely exceeded anything we could have envisioned as the dome's lighted hanging floral decor and the overabundant centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous.. Bobby and Brian's attention to detail began with our first meeting and continued with a number of appointments about every detail, including approving the bridal party bouquets right before the wedding, to make sure that they were everything and more that we envisioned. Their entire staff including Michael and Martin, as well as everyone else that they employ are outstanding. It was truly the most perfect decision to have Spitz and Peck decorate our venue on our wedding day.

I wish I had more photos of the amazing florals already and can’t wait for the professional photos since my pics don’t do it justice. They made my dreams come to life! Bobby was a pleasure to work with, and is a true artist! You can trust they will bring your vision to life and work with you until you are beyond happy. I don’t know how he reached into my brain to give me exactly what I wanted. They were able to do so much more within the same budget than any other florist we spoke to. They just have the experience, know how, craftsmanship and professionalism to get the job done!

We worked with Brian from Dalsimers Spitz and Peck, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, meeting with us multiple times to make sure the colors of the florals were right and giving incredibly helpful tips and advice on the layouts and colors. He kept it real with us as well, telling us there are things we probably don’t need to get to save us money in certain areas. Their entire team was great on the day of. They helped set up the whole venue, prep our flower petals in bags for the ceremony sendoff, and even set up ceiling decor in the ceremony. They went far and beyond, and we are so happy we worked with them for our wedding.

I recently had my wedding at the westmount country club and worked with John from Dalsimer spits and peck. He was amazing from start to finish. He was so accommodating and really brought my vision to life, more than I could ever imagine!! They really outdid themselves. 10/10 recommend

Brian and the team at Dalsimer Spitz and Peck were AMAZING! I’m not a big flower person and really didn’t know how to articulate my vision, but Brian figured it all out, listened to everything I wanted, and executed it beautifully. While taking my pictures, I walked into my ceremony space and was floored by the incredible attention to detail. My reception centerpieces were BEAUTIFUL, more than I even imagined. I still cannot believe I walked into my first meeting with Dalsimer Spitz and Peck not wanting much, to having my amazing flowers be a highlight of my night!

We used Dalsimer Spitz and Peck Florist as part of a package with our venue. Our initial meeting with Martin was positive. He accommodated us with a Saturday meeting and agreed that since we weren’t having a bridal party, the four bridesmaids’ bouquets included in our package could be reallocated toward centerpieces. This brought our total to 14 centerpieces covered by the package. With a guest list of 150 people (including us and the vendors who wouldn’t need seats), and a mix of tables seating 10 and 12 guests, we weren’t initially sure if we’d need additional centerpieces. When we asked if we needed to put down any extra money, Martin assured us that we didn’t need to until we confirmed whether we’d need more than 14. Everything seemed fine at this point. Then, in June, we received a call from the owner, Robert, followed by an email demanding an additional $200 deposit for what he assumed would be $500 worth of extra centerpieces—even though we hadn’t yet finalized how many we’d need. In the end, we only needed one extra centerpiece, which cost $100—less than the deposit he was requesting. During this same interaction, Robert also argued with me about the ceremony time printed on our invitations. While our ceremony was scheduled for 6:00 PM, we expected it to start closer to 6:15/6:20. He insisted we list it as 5:30 and even documented that in their paperwork, despite my explanation. After that frustrating interaction, I spoke with Michael, who was delightful, professional, and understanding. He recognized why we hadn’t put down additional money earlier since we weren’t sure if extra centerpieces would be needed. From that point forward, I requested not to deal with Robert again. Once our headcount was finalized, I called and paid for the one additional centerpiece. Closer to the wedding, we discussed bouquet details over the phone. I was told my bouquet would include five succulents, which I was excited about. However, on the wedding day, the bouquet only had four succulents, and the leaves were browning, possibly due to improper handling or storage despite being in water tubes. Additionally, the blue hydrangeas in the centerpieces didn’t look as vibrant or fresh as expected — a few guest actually told us as much after the wedding. Thankfully, flowers weren’t a priority for me, so these issues didn’t ruin anything. However, I wouldn’t use this florist again, at least not for smaller events. Their portfolio suggests they excel with larger-scale events, which may be more of their specialty.

Dalsimer Spitz & Peck are everything you want in a wedding florist. From carrying out my "fall blue" vision to helping us make decisions on so many of the little hard choices, they were amazing. The chuppah, ballroom, bouquets, and everything in between looked unreal. I got so many compliments and I will never stop obsessing over how they brought everything to life. They know what they are doing and have for a long time, they even did my parents wedding too. From generation to generation, I can't recommend them enough!

My flowers were absolutely STUNNING. DSP did an incredible job. My flowers were gorgeous. I had little direction to give them outside of my wedding colors and they absolutely nailed it. We received so many compliments.

Brian and everyone here were great to deal with. The flowers looked amazing and for that reason I got over my bouquet not being what I asked for right away. I asked for a cascading type of bouquet just for me as the bride and did not get that the day of (and was sure to reiterate that at the last meeting) either way the flowers were gorgeous and great quality so it was just a minor hiccup in the day. They do amazing work and delivered seamlessly.

The fabric draping and crystal chandeliers were the talk of the wedding. My daughter cried when she saw them as it was a surprise. Her wedding was at the Barn at Old Bethpage Village Restoration and Bobby and team outdid themselves!!! It will be a day we will never forget!
