We had to book last minute and Tracey did a great job with all of our songs! They were great to announce each step of the wedding, directing guest and kept the dance floor full. They were flexible during this difficult time. Worked with our photographers very well.

At first, I was very pleased with how Dan and his wife communicated with my husband and I. They were very kind and waived a couple fees for us because our wedding and reception were at the same venue (in the same room). However, that kindness and professionalism all changed. Last minute, we decided to use there newly purchased photo booth, because it was a good price. However, come the day of the wedding the photo booth did not work and none of my guest recieved their pictures. When we asked for our money back for their failed photobooth, they came back and tried to charge us for the fees that they waived, although we signed a contract noting the waived fees. So I am very upset because of that, and not to mention they lost my music list and at a young adult wedding the DJ totally missed the mark on the music. I was not too upset by the music, but when they tried to keep my money over their mishap that's what irritated me. Lastly, I never write reviews by but I didn't want another bride bamboozled like I was. Note to brides, sometimes it is better to pay more for better quality.
