Kara was absolutely amazing. She worked with us from the ground up and curtailed our wedding dance to our personalities. She found what worked for us both, incorporated our country song, and even helped us with a fun lift. It turned out to be a perfect combination. Everyone was blown away and we got so many compliments. We purchased the wedding package plus one. Definitely worth every penny. Plus she's a sweetheart. Thank you, Kara!

Kara was so so so lovely to work with! She was patient, kind, and made every session so much fun, even when I was a little nervous! She challenged us in all the right ways, and we got SO many compliments on our wedding dance! She thought about every tiny detail- how I could dance in my shoes, my dress, etc. She helped us edit our song length, figure out how we'd face the audience, etc. Honestly, it was perfect. We're grateful to Kara for her expertise and guidance!

Kara Frenzel

Owner

Kara twirled around the house as kid, but started her dance education in high school and in college at BYU-Idaho. She has studied swing, ballroom, salsa, Latin, jazz, ballet, contemporary, and choreography. Kara has been teaching ever since she first worked for a well known Ballroom studio in 2005. Kara is a world renowned Champion dancer on the West Coast Swing circuit. In 2019 she was ranked 21st in the world after over a decade of traveling to teach, judge, compete, and perform. She runs a local swing night in SLO and teaches private lessons in Atascadero where she lives with her Fiance.
