Working with Kate was one of the highlights of our wedding planning! She is a fantastic teacher and we were so excited to perform our dance at the wedding. Throughout our lessons Kate did an amazing job building on skills and choreographing a fun dance to the music we provided. She was so thorough and clear when explaining the details! Neither of us had previous dance experience, so we were nervous going into the first lesson. But Kate immediately put us at ease and the first dance at the wedding went so well!

Kate was absolutely incredible. We needed a first dance crash course 3 weeks before our wedding and we could not be happier we chose Kate. She taught us the basics, planned our choreography, and helped us refine the finer details of our dance. She has great energy and is so kind. She was super flexible with timing for our lessons and helped us master our first dance in only 3 weeks. And the dance itself is incredible. I had no prior dance experience and I feel like I can go on Dancing with the Stars now. You will not be disappointed if you hire Kate to help with your lessons. I 100000% recommend.

Kate was absolutely amazing. Such a joyful character and great at teaching beginners. She helped choreograph our entire first dance and we had so much fun learning together! Everyone was in awe at the wedding of how wonderful the dance turned out and I cannot wait to get all the footage of it. Book with Kate!! Working with Kate was a dream!!!!! She choreographed a beautiful and fun first dance for us. Neither of us have dance experience, but we were still hopeful for a dance with dips and lifts. Kate assured us that was possible and gave us so much confidence. She is also incredibly patient. I had a significant amount going on in my personal life that made practicing difficult and sometimes even scheduling the lessons themselves. Kate was very flexible and kind about it, while also gently pushing us to be our best. My husband and I always looked forward to our dance classes with her. I truthfully cannot say enough kind things - Kate is fun, professional, and extremely creative. A month later people are still bringing up our first dance to us and some even said it was their favorite part of the wedding.
If you thinking about doing dance lessons or not - this is your sign to do it, and to do it with Kate!

All my memories of dance lessons with Kate are full of smiles and laughter. My fiancé (now husband!) and I took lessons for our first dance at the wedding and we loved the whole process. Kate feels like family now, I was so proud to show her the video of our dance and confident on the night of when we were in front of our guests! I have zero dance training and always thought I lacked rhythm but Kate helped me to feel confident and beautiful for the big dance. After our dance, our wedding guests kept commenting i looked like a ballerina and that made me feel so good. I have so many positive things to say about Kate and will recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for dance lessons, choreography for a first dance, or to learn a new dance style! She is so talented and great at explaining techniques simply. I’m so happy I found her on the knot!

Kate is amazing! My fiancé and I (who are not dancers) took dance lessons from her to choreograph our first dance. She taught and guided us through the whole thing. She made us feel like pros. She also made the lessons fun and enjoyable for both my fiancé and I.

Kate is the BEST dance instructor. My fiancé and I tried several other dance instructors before and none of them worked for us until Kate! She choreographed the most amazing dance with moves that went perfect with the music. She pushed us just the right amount and didn’t hold us back on our goals for the dance. Scheduling was easy and flexible. Best of all she is so kind and an amazing instructor. Some moves took more time and Kate was plenty patient. In just 3 weeks time we have lifts and spins and dips!

Kate is the consummate professional … confident, classy and kind. She took the most naive dancers and made us look clean and crisp (like possibly knowing what we were doing!!). Scheduling was easy and even rushed to fit our lessons in. And the sessions were plain fun! We fell in love with Kate!! You will too!!

Best instructor ever!!! Positive energy, expertise, and creativity. Kate can match any dance to anyone's style and brings so much joy to each lesson. Kate choreographed the most beautiful first dance for my husband and me. My husband has back issues and struggles with choreographed movement - Kate helped him through every step and was so patient. She worked with my husband until he looked like a pro! Everyone commented on how amazing our first dance was. I can personally say that dance lessons were such a special time for my husband and I to try something new and bond - I miss it already! When working with my dad, Kate taught him the father-daughter dance in an hour. She helped my nervous Dad feel so much more confident that he even came a second time from out of town to practice with Kate. Kate is so caring and helpful to every client. She was my favorite vendor who put so much work in behind the scenes to make our day super special! I will cherish the pictures and memories from our first dance forever.

Kate was full of surprises when it came to instructing our family members who have two left feet where dancing is concerned! She was very patient and kind in helping us develop a simple routine for our son's wedding. Kate has been an awesome instructor and thought my fiancé and I so much. She choreographed a very sweet dance for our first dance song and even helped us with a dance with our parents. Her classes were always fun and we had a great experience. We definitely recommend her.

Kate is an extremely talented dancer and choreographer. She has a special connection with music where she can come up with choreo by lyrics and musicality that is unmatched!

Kate is absolutely amazing! She is an beautiful dancer herself and very experienced with teaching all the techniques regardless our levels. My husband and I had a private lesson with her for our wedding anniversary party. My husband doesn’t like dancing, she was so patiently guiding him and made us feel comfortable. He did a good job at our party!
