No. Just don’t do it. Our car was parked in some back alley, they lost our key fob inside someone else’s car. They paid for a new fob and tried to make it feel like this was a favor. Didn’t offer to refund the valet fee or any compensation for loss of car for 12hrs, delaying and ultimately changing our plans, and then the owner dropped us off at our car (towed to a dealership) without any talk of resolution. My husband thinks I made him angry, saying that “there’s a breakdown in communication in his company.” How did THAT make him angry? I made the comment on the heels of him repeatedly saying that his brother (co-owner) is an “idiot” for not having the paperwork ready for us. That couldn’t possibly have made him angry, yet off he drove with me in mid sentence. I’m not impressed that he paid for a new fob or that he drove us to the dealership. That’s expected when your employee loses your key. That’s the cost of running your particular business. And, by the way, the owner stated that this employee has done this before. FYI

We used D&P for our wedding at Phipps this past Friday and were delighted with the service. They kept our guests close to the entrance and had the cars ready for quick departure, saving our guests time and steps. Not only that, but they showed up early to accommodate myself and immediate family an entire hour and a half before guests arrived, and stayed while we took pictures.
