Come Spring time communication started lacking, there was about 2 weeks that I was trying to get ahold of them regarding changes on our contract that I received nothing back from them. I get being busy and having a lot going on, but I feel as a business owner myself, it is crucial to get back to people ASAP. Fast forward to the week of the event, half of our stuff arrived on Tuesday, the stuff that did arrive came straight from another event. So it was filthy, tape all over stuff, things full of sand, and just in generally very poor condition. I immediately reached out, they said the rest of the stuff would come the next day and they would clean the stuff for us, which she said they generally do but didn't have time that day. However, that was not communicated to us. The next day the rest of the stuff arrived, they did an alright cleaning stuff up. Come the day we were putting up the tables, we had SEVERAL tables we had to completely rescrew/reassemble because they were literally falling apart. As well as continuing to need to clean them up. We are very fortunate this event was held at our property and we had access to all the tools (and skills) to fix these tables. The farm tables were extremely unsteady, which I get that is part of the look but it was pretty hard for our vendor to set up the grazing table on due to this and them not lining up. The heating lamps, honestly we saw them upon delivery and just put them in the garage and did not use them because they were in such poor condition. The clips for all our skirting were too small. We did use some of our own tables but the tables we used were the exact same as the ones we rented. Another huge negative for me, was you could never call and immediately talk to someone, the number would always take you to VM which was generally full and they wanted you to email them. Overall, we were very excited to use D&S but as they got into their busy season their customer service went way down.

When it came time for our Saturday wedding we were able to get the tent set up starting on Thursday and they even came back on Friday to ensure everything was completed. Her set-up team helped with additional tasks to support our décor vision and were so wonderful to work with. They all had positive attitudes and were so kind to all of us (even as we sat there and watched them set up!). It just goes to show their service goes above and beyond! Anyone in the Wisconsin Dells area that needs a tent rental, tables/chairs or linens, D&S Tent Rental is the way to go!

and they were flexible and understanding when we had to downsize our wedding due to COVID-19.

&S Came to set up they literally came with the complete package they put up this beautiful white tent had white chairs which where emaculate, decorated the poles down the aisle, put flooring down for the middle for the aisle, brought their sound system and played all the music that was requested by the bride and groom it was absolutely amazing! They were so good at reassuring us everything will be perfect which made us feel so good ! They were so professional with everything they did. We couldn't of asked for anything more perfect! Thank you D & S for making this day extra special!
