    Ten years ago, David and I started D&S Party Tents with two small tents, 30 chairs, and 10 tables—just a dream, a lot of determination, and the desire to help people celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. Since then, we’ve grown into one of the top event rental companies in the area, proudly serving couples across Wisconsin and bordering states. Before diving into the wedding and event world, David worked as a UPS mechanic for 16 years, and I spent 15 years teaching in the Adams-Friendship School District. Together, we brought our backgrounds in problem-solving, organization, and service into building a company we’re incredibly proud of. Our business is a true family affair—our three kids help out on rentals, and our small dog tags along as our unofficial mascot. We genuinely love what we do, and nothing makes us happier than helping couples create unforgettable wedding days.

ell with a dancefloor, buffet tables, and guestbook tables. Sada and her team were so responsive with my endless questions and changes to our order (thanks again guys!!). It worked out to have them stop at our venue for a site visit which was a huge help, too. We ended up renting tables, linens, chairs, our bar/coolers, dancefloor, lights, patio heaters, a tent heater, and of course the tent & clear sides. I can't say enough about the entire process from coordination to execution and take down. They made my vision come to life! Highly recommend!

I will start by saying I did wait a while to write this review to make sure all my feelings were straight. When we started contact with them back in January, they were nothing but ...
amazing, quickly responding, extremely helpful, organized, etc! Come Spring time communication started lacking, there was about 2 weeks that I was trying to get ahold of them regarding changes on our contract that I received nothing back from them. I get being busy and having a lot going on, but I feel as a business owner myself, it is crucial to get back to people ASAP. Fast forward to the week of the event, half of our stuff arrived on Tuesday, the stuff that did arrive came straight from another event. So it was filthy, tape all over stuff, things full of sand, and just in generally very poor condition. I immediately reached out, they said the rest of the stuff would come the next day and they would clean the stuff for us, which she said they generally do but didn't have time that day. However, that was not communicated to us. The next day the rest of the stuff arrived, they did an alright cleaning stuff up. Come the day we were putting up the tables, we had SEVERAL tables we had to completely rescrew/reassemble because they were literally falling apart. As well as continuing to need to clean them up. We are very fortunate this event was held at our property and we had access to all the tools (and skills) to fix these tables. The farm tables were extremely unsteady, which I get that is part of the look but it was pretty hard for our vendor to set up the grazing table on due to this and them not lining up. The heating lamps, honestly we saw them upon delivery and just put them in the garage and did not use them because they were in such poor condition. The clips for all our skirting were too small. We did use some of our own tables but the tables we used were the exact same as the ones we rented. Another huge negative for me, was you could never call and immediately talk to someone, the number would always take you to VM which was generally full and they wanted you to email them. Overall, we were very excited to use D&S but as they got into their busy season their customer service went way down.

ltiple times (even in the heart of winter) to measure the layout, think of creative solutions, and answer all of our questions. When it came time for our Saturday wedding we were able to get the tent set up starting on Thursday and they even came back on Friday to ensure everything was completed. Her set-up team helped with additional tasks to support our décor vision and were so wonderful to work with. They all had positive attitudes and were so kind to all of us (even as we sat there and watched them set up!). It just goes to show their service goes above and beyond! Anyone in the Wisconsin Dells area that needs a tent rental, tables/chairs or linens, D&S Tent Rental is the way to go!

our outdoor wedding from them. They were quick to respond to questions and changes we made to our rental. Everything was delivered, set up and picked up as agreed upon. On top of all of that their prices are very reasonable. If I have party rental needs in the future I will be using them!

ad their wedding June 17, 2017 on beautiful country land. When D&S Came to set up they literally came with the complete package they put up this beautiful white tent had white chairs which where emaculate, decorated the poles down the aisle, put flooring down for the middle for the aisle, brought their sound system and played all the music that was requested by the bride and groom it was absolutely amazing! They were so good at reassuring us everything will be perfect which made us feel so good ! They were so professional with everything they did. We couldn't of asked for anything more perfect! Thank you D & S for making this day extra special!
