She is an absolute unicorn of a human: Warm and fun with a calming presence, the perfect amount of confident and assertive with what needs to get done (without being pushy), and one of the most detail-oriented people we’ve ever met. My wife and I are both super organized, to the point where we weren’t sure we even needed to hire a day-of coordinator. We had planned everything in spreadsheets upon spreadsheets and thought we had every detail covered. But, and I cannot emphasize this enough, even the most detailed planners need a Rebecca on their wedding day. I don’t know if we would have enjoyed our wedding day as much as we did without her there to guide the whole event and keep us sane, joyful, and focused on being present. She came into the process in the month before our wedding day and jumped right in, thought of things we hadn’t thought of, proactively took over all communication with vendors, and handled all the logistics and dynamics like a superhero. She went above and beyond when it came to every single task, big and small. She set up complicated decor for us, helped us make decisions in the final days leading up to the event, and was everywhere we needed her to be (before we even knew what we needed) all day. We truly can’t imagine our wedding without her, and we can’t imagine working with anyone else but Rebecca. It’s the most important investment we made in our wedding, and it felt like we had a best friend there with us the whole time. Would recommend her with FULL confidence to anyone!

From our initial conversations, she made excellent recommendations, gracefully navigated family dynamics, and never missed a beat when it came to the important details.
