Rebecca is the BEST. It’s actually hard to put into words how valuable (and delightful) it was to work with her in the weeks leading up to our wedding — and especially on the day of our wedding. It is not an exaggeration to say we could not have pulled off such an epic event without Rebecca, and she made the entire weekend run perfectly and exactly according to our vision. She is an absolute unicorn of a human: Warm and fun with a calming presence, the perfect amount of confident and assertive with what needs to get done (without being pushy), and one of the most detail-oriented people we’ve ever met.
My wife and I are both super organized, to the point where we weren’t sure we even needed to hire a day-of coordinator. We had planned everything in spreadsheets upon spreadsheets and thought we had every detail covered. But, and I cannot emphasize this enough, even the most detailed planners need a Rebecca on their wedding day. I don’t know if we would have enjoyed our wedding day as much as we did without her there to guide the whole event and keep us sane, joyful, and focused on being present. She came into the process in the month before our wedding day and jumped right in, thought of things we hadn’t thought of, proactively took over all communication with vendors, and handled all the logistics and dynamics like a superhero. She went above and beyond when it came to every single task, big and small. She set up complicated decor for us, helped us make decisions in the final days leading up to the event, and was everywhere we needed her to be (before we even knew what we needed) all day.
We truly can’t imagine our wedding without her, and we can’t imagine working with anyone else but Rebecca. It’s the most important investment we made in our wedding, and it felt like we had a best friend there with us the whole time. Would recommend her with FULL confidence to anyone!
We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Rebecca. From our early stress (stressing about not knowing what we didn’t know), to all the final details in the days leading up to the wedding, to a million details that we’re positive we never even knew about, Rebecca was there EVERY step of the way.
From reminding us not to worry about certain things, to helping us make decisions when the time came, she completely took on our worries and stress for us -- always making us laugh and helping us stay grounded in what was important to us. She took so much off of our plate completely, and then held our hands through all the decisions we wanted to be a part of. She helped us bring our vision to life – even when we weren’t sure what exactly that vision looked like.
Our wedding was the absolute best day of our lives – full of love, joy, happy tears, endless dancing, and all our favorite people, and we truly credit Rebecca with making that happen. She went the extra mile time and time again, especially in the weeks and days leading up to the wedding and throughout the wedding day itself. We genuinely can’t thank Rebecca enough or rave about her enough. We would recommend her and Danecca & co in a heartbeat to anyone getting married in the Berkshires – she knows every vendor, she gets every last detail done, and she does it with a smile and with genuine compassion.

Thanks to the guidance and help of Rebecca and her team at Whitlock & Cooper, we had a truly wonderful and magical wedding day! Rebecca was detail-focused and organized, and I really appreciated her calm yet assertive demeanor throughout the process. Whenever there was a hiccup (i.e. when our officiant needed a ride to our venue last minute), she came to the rescue and made sure everything went off without a hitch. From our initial conversations, she made excellent recommendations, gracefully navigated family dynamics, and never missed a beat when it came to the important details. She was also super attentive during the wedding itself — frequently checking in on me and my husband to make sure we were doing okay and had what we needed. We hired Whitlock & Cooper to coordinate a 165 person lake side wedding pre-pandemic. When COVID hit, the plan changed and morphed over and over. Rebecca was patient and helpful. We wound up with 50 people at the top of a mountain, which included a chairlift ride, separate bars, rentals galore- and as you can imagine, LOTS of logistics and coordination. She thinks of every single detail and takes the reigns. I consider myself a planner, so it was hard to sit back and be told “I’ve got it” but she did. She navigated strong personalities and opinions and has the best relationships and contacts in the industry. She orchestrated the most beautiful and flawless ceremony and reception. People were blown away. We were blown away.
I know that most brides are on a budget but please don’t pass on a coordinator to save money. Hire her and trust her.
Rebecca did an incredible job as the event planner of the Hoedown Throwdown, Roots Rising’s inaugural fundraising event. She was everything that you’d want an event planner to be- detailed oriented, energetic, positive, and amazingly hardworking. Rebecca’s can-do attitude carried the day: any obstacle that was encountered along the way was surmounted with optimism, quick problem-solving, and a healthy dose of humor. Her work ethic blew us away- she continuously went above and beyond her job description to make this event the absolute best it could be. We had a fair amount of nerves in pulling off this first-time event, and working with Rebecca gave us the confidence that everything would be just fine. And it was- the event was beyond what we could have imagined. We whole-heartedly recommend Rebecca for any event, large or small. We don’t know what we would have done without her by our side.
