Danielle was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so helpful throughout our entire 2-year planning process. She provided excellent guidance and helped us pick phenomenal vendors. Everything was perfect on our wedding day and none of it would have been possible without her and her team. I cannot imagine a better experience than working with Danielle!

I can not put into words just how grateful we are for Danielle and EVERYTHING she did for the wedding of Belissa and Erik, but I shall try. Planning a destination wedding is a mammoth task in and of itself but with Danielle, every single detail was addressed and many that we didn’t even think of. Her attention to detail, temperament and to truly listen and capture her clients wishes is beyond expectation. Danielle always assured us and kept us on track with all the details that goes into planning the wedding of your dreams; and that is exactly what we got. Danielle always kept in touch with emails, texts messages, zoom meetings, in- person meetings; answered all our questions, no matter how small or big our questions were. When being stuck on a decision, Danielle always suggested options and her favorite phrase was “ whatever you guys want, we can work with it”. All the vendors she suggested and contracted was truly an extension of Danielle’s professionalism and perfection in what they do. As the mother of the bride, all I wanted was for Belissa and Erik to have a beautiful beginning to their forever…. And boy did they get that. My husband and I are forever grateful for Danielle and will truly treasure October 29,2023 as THE perfect day, and it truly can not have been executed without Danielle!!!! We love you!!

We cannot thank Danielle enough for all the hard work she put into planning our wedding. Everything turned out like a dream come true because of Danielle. We never had to stress about anything, whether it be in the planning stages or our actual wedding, Danielle had it all covered and we were truly able to enjoy our day. Neither one of us had any idea of what a wedding entailed, and Danielle walked us through it all. Never once did we feel confused or stressed throughout this process. Danielle had our backs and made sure that our wedding was truly about us and our love story. We both have very busy work schedules and Danielle always worked around us and lent a supportive hand when we needed it. I cannot imagine what we would have done without her. She truly is the best, and we cannot thank her enough. Danielle made the wedding of our dreams come true, and we truly could not have done it without her.

Our decision to work with Danielle for our October 2023 wedding was honestly one of the best decisions we've ever made. Not only is she knowledgeable and beyond competent in the industry - she is also patient, understanding, and has INCREDIBLE taste! We first met Danielle about 2 years before our wedding date and the years, and really months, leading up to our wedding were stress-free, fun, and collaborative. The actual wedding day was an absolute dream and it truly exceeded both of our expectations. The hard work and dedication by Danielle, as well as her amazing team, was evident in the details of our day and certainly did not go unnoticed by our wedding guests. My husband and I were at ease knowing that Danielle and her team were there with us at every step during the day and it helped us focus on being present and enjoying every moment. Danielle was incredibly valuable in our wedding experience! As a partial planner, she helped bring my wedding decor vision to life. My mom and I really struggled with our venue decor, but Danielle was able to change the clashing ideas into a beautiful wedding day that blended so many ideas together seamlessly. Because of Danielle, I had no stress the month leading up to my wedding. And then during the wedding day, her whole team was so helpful is making sure the day ran smoothly and on time. Danielle was my planner for about a year and a half and she was always very prompt answering and never made me feel like I was never asking a silly question. She was very kind and professional. I was looking for a "day of" wedding planner and Danielle exceeded my expectations! She joined us about 3 months before the wedding and just hit the ground running. She went above and beyond and was the absolute best. My nephew spilled red wine on my second dress and her team got it out!! Miracle workers.

Danielle is amazing! She was always so on the ball and kept us on track with all of the planning. On the day of our wedding, we were able to relax knowing she and her team would take care of everything seamlessly. We loved all her vendors. Each person she brought to work with us was kind, caring and professional-amazing food, flowers, photography, music, etc. She is meticulous and creative, and worked so hard to keep everything as stress free as possible. We can't recommend Danielle Caldwell Events enough! From the first consultation (where we didn't even know where we would have the wedding) through the days after the ceremony (returning rentals, finding missing silverware and puppy cake toppers), Danielle was there for us every step of the way. Her incredible knowledge of the industry, great network of vendors, impeccable organization, and thoughtfulness helped us get through a stressful planning process in a short six month window. Danielle helped us navigate the daunting process of creating an outdoor, tented wedding at the groom's family home. She helped us create beautiful designs, delicious menus and personalized details, all while staying as close to budget as possible. The day of the wedding was seamless and we got to enjoy every minute of our wedding day thanks to Danielle's ability to execute flawlessly. Even minor hiccups were taken care of because of Danielle's emergency kit (red stains on my white wedding dress removed without a trace before first look; dress hemmed two inches with safety pins mid reception because my dress stretched .. just to name a few! Danielle is kind, patient, is able to navigate challenging family dynamics and personalities, and genuinely wants to create the perfect day for her clients. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect, and we are so grateful!

Danielle was awesome at quick responses and even being a sounding board for all our ideas. She helped us bring our ideas to fruition. They day went so smoothly! All our friends and family are raving that they had the best time at our wedding and all the details were immaculate.

If you are looking for a powerhouse advocate who is focused, communicative, creative, and has a high level of expertise, I could not recommend Danielle more highly. Our wedding was in Portland in July, and as daunting as planning a wedding would have been in ordinary circumstances, everything was made more intense by planning it during the pandemic. The state restrictions on guest count and logistical requirements changed literally every week, but Danielle took it in stride and was proactive about keeping tabs on how everything was effecting our event and what we could do to adjust. Besides that, I truly appreciated how I could ask her a question or raise a potential hurdle, and she would come up with three solutions on the spot and say it’s whatever feels best to me. Having her there on the wedding day as the day-of coordinator made everything so special, as well. We had a bunch of table decor that wasn’t labeled or organized the best, and she totally pulled out all the stops and created the most dreamy reception scape of my dreams out of the chaos. Not to mention how she calmed my nerves and helped me to focus on the really important part of the day, the fact that I was about to walk forward into a new life with my husband. There are so many more anecdotes I could tell to illustrate what an incredible asset and person she was to have on our team, but I’ll summarize it by saying Danielle will forever have my gratitude, and we were so incredibly lucky to have her.

Hiring Danielle as my day of coordinator was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. From the first meeting we had, I knew Danielle would be attentive and responsive, which she proved to be. She truly took the stress out of the time leading up to our wedding by working with all of my vendors to put together a thorough timeline of the day and doing as many meetings and walk throughs at the venue as needed before the big day. On the day of the wedding everything ran smoother than I even anticipated! We were always ahead of schedule but never felt rushed and my family and I were able to enjoy the day without worrying about any of the details. Danielle turned even my parents, who were skeptical of me hiring a day of coordinator, into believers! My parents both said after the wedding how happy they were that I hired her and how impressed they were at how well she managed the day and all of the vendors. Danielle was always pleasant and knows how to get things done. I highly highly recommend hiring Danielle, you won't be disappointed!

Danielle’s attention to detail, depth of relationships, and knowledge about event production made her the perfect choice for our wedding planning needs. The care and attention she gives her work and her clients is evident in everything she does. When we needed to postpone our wedding, 10 weeks out, Danielle was fast acting, supportive, and proved she is worth her weight in gold! In less than 48 hours we went from a 4 AM “what if” text to being fully aligned with our vendors on a new date with clear next steps, all thanks to her quick and decisive guidance. After 2+ years of planning, she and her team executed an incredible, memorable, and special day that we’ll treasure for a lifetime. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her partnership, guidance, and constant support.

I hired Danielle in the summer of 2019 for a summer 2020 wedding… you can probably tell where this is going. We postponed 2 times and ultimately had a reception August 2021. Danielle and her team helped me change course multiple times while staying on top of regulation changes and vendor options. Ultimately, Danielle helped plan a fabulous event and it led to a stress free day for me. She has great ideas and I loved brainstorming all the possibilities. Danielle is wonderful at checking in when necessary and being realistic and honest in her suggestions. Would definitely recommend Danielle Caldwell Events!

Last weekend we had the wedding of our dreams. That came after a series of nightmares in which we had to delay due to COVID, and had to part ways with our original wedding planner after they tried to charge us thousands extra midstream. We were desperate to save our wedding without being exploited and miraculously we found Danielle! She stepped right in, took over a very complicated situation, handled everything with skill and professionalism, pulled off a perfect weekend, and throughout it all was a source of comfort, kindness, and friendship whenever we were stressed out or in need of emotional support. We truly cannot speak highly enough of the service she provided, but beyond that, when you hire her you are signing up to work with a delightful person who is really a joy to get to know and spend time working with. I can't imagine how we could have kept our dream wedding alive without her by our side.

It was beyond a pleasure working with Danielle. I can only say positive things about our entire experience working with her. We started planning our wedding on our own and quickly realized we needed help to bring it all together. It was a seamless transition bringing Danielle in and we are so glad we did. The stress was gone and it was nothing but a joyous seven months planning down to every last detail knowing we had Danielle every step of the way. We experienced a fluctuating guest list that settled at 225, had a vendor that closed their doors a few short months out and a bride with an ever expanding vision! Danielle handled it all with grace and never let us experience any panic or concern. She handled every detail, reviewed every note and was so easy to communicate with. Hands down, wouldn’t have had the exceptional day we had without her. Our guests continue to rave to this day about our wedding and all the thanks goes to Danielle. She truly is one of the best things about our day, we are so thankful we got to have her join us in that season of life! She continues to connect with us and congratulates us on all of life’s greatest moments. I know she will have a budding future filled with many moments to celebrate herself and we can’t wait to congratulate her!

Everything about our experience working with Danielle was fantastic. We got married on Leap Day in 2020. From the very beginning of our partnership she was communicative, detail oriented, and creative. She has so much industry experience and was able to recommend things that were not only elegant but cost-saving. She is incredibly flexible and responsive and you get the sense that she loves what she does. I felt like Danielle and her team were very invested in our wedding and ensuring that we had the perfect experience. On the day of our wedding, Danielle & team managed everything so smoothly that I was able to relax and truly enjoy my wedding day. We had some crazy things happen (a car accident that broke a window at our venue!!!) and Danielle handled it quickly and professionally. I didn't even know it happened until later! Working with Danielle is hands down the best decision I made as a bride. Having someone on your team who is responsible for the minutiae means you'll be able to have a stress free event. I could go on and on and on about her skills! She has great taste and creates unique and elegant events.

We originally weren't planning on hiring a coordinator, but everyone we talked to recommended it and we are so glad that we took their advice! Our stress level was immediately reduced after our first consultation with Danielle and she made our wedding day (and all of the planning) absolutely perfect. Sure, we could have done it on our own, but we would have wasted so much more time, stress and money if we hadn’t have worked with a professional. Working with Danielle was best decision we made and the wedding wouldn't have been so successful without her. Leading up to the wedding, Danielle was beyond accommodating. She communicated with all of our vendors and set up a venue walk through so that they were all prepared for the day of. She even suggested we ship purchases for the wedding to her house and helped us source last minute details. She went above and beyond to help us execute our vision. On the wedding day, she handled everything –from finding misplaced corsages, coordinating last minute timeline changes, making sure we always had fresh food, and having backups of literally everything so that when MY BEST FRIEND SPILLED RED WINE SPILLED ON MY WEDDING DRESS, she was prepared and had tools on hand to get the wine out. SHE WAS AMAZING. It was truly the perfect day and we can’t thank Danielle enough for all of her work to make our wedding day so special.
