Danielle Grasso Events

We started looking for a wedding planner late in the game, not realizing how much work it was to tie everything together for our wedding… Danielle was beyond helpful with making our dream wedding come true. Not having to worry about anything the day of was Huge!!! She also brought up things that I didn’t even realize I needed to do/have. Would highly recommend her and her assistant to help you with your wedding coordinating!

Danielle and her team were, from start to finish, professional and incredibly good at their job. We were initially apprehensive about the investment in a month of/day of planner, but at every junction we thanked ourselves for doing it. Do future you this favor and hire Danielle. After many random phone call clicks or text message exchanges, my fiance turned to me and said "wow, she is the best money we've spent - hands down." Her attention to detail, her consistency in follow-up to hold scatterbrained me accountable, her tough love (in the best way!) and protection of us and our vision - all of it top notch. You'll never feel out of the loop or out of control for exactly what you want. I consider myself slightly Type A and was nervous about meshing with a planner, but Danielle was so helpful in every way. Day of alone was so worth it. DG and her team didn't feel like planners, they just felt like good friends with their sh*t together. Examples: *Photos making us miss start of cocktail hour - our favorite drinks immediately at our side for a quick slug between takes. *I wanted to change into reception dress, but did not want to leave party to go back and do. Cue them ripping a gaitor to where we stayed to gather my entire ensemble then find a safe place for me to change and then whisk my dress away safely. *Cue us dancing too hard to remember to care about the cash box. Never fear, tucked safely into where we were staying. Honestly, there's too many examples to count of how incredibly helpful and attune Danielle and her team are. Danielle was AMAZING to work with! My husband and I truly believe that we would have never been able to get through our wedding day without her! She was very organized and thorough throughout the entire planning process. She made our day completely stress-free. Danielle was a friend of a friend and came from Albany to Geneva NY for the weekend with her assistant. She did an AMAZING job and went above and beyond in every way possible! Typically she works events in the Albany area. We hired her for day-of services, but she was great and helped us to make sure everything was done prior as well. The day before and day of, she took care of things that we hadn't even thought of (like getting the hotel bar to stay open until 1am for your guests)! She made things so smooth, and we are forever grateful for the organization that she brought to our day!
