Working with Dapper Event Co. was an amazing experience! We handled the wedding planning ourselves but brought Sophie on for the weeks leading up to the event and day-of coordination. She became our go-to person for any last-minute questions and helped everything run seamlessly. Sophie’s deep knowledge of the Savannah area and local vendors was invaluable in coordinating everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner for our big day. Highly recommend!

Wow. Absolutely the best.
We had an interracial wedding, with so many demands…-and she made them all come to life (exactly how I imagined) with her hard dedication.
We hosted our wedding after the hurricane Helene, she lost power for days as we all did during this hurricane. She continued to work hard during all of the hurricane chaos to ensure our day went smooth. She was absolutely the calm, authoritative and person in charge I needed this weekend. We had guests that had change in plans and had to bring kids and so many last minute changes that I didn’t even notice as she managed it all without any issues. It was like magic!
Vendors she brought to me were all so responsible and gave us the wedding we requested.
We had 2 night events for Indian part of the wedding and she handled both nights with no issues.
It’s not easy handling 150 guests, days after hurricane. I was speechless for 48 hours shirt the wedding as it was just magical.
I can’t recommend Sophie and Dapper Events enough! We were planning destination - we were in the Chicago area and planning our wedding in Savannah - and we had Sophie as our partial wedding planner! She was on top of everything! Giving us suggestions, reaching out to vendors, scheduling meetings, keeping track of contracts and payment dates, she did it all and helped take so much stress off of my shoulders! We went down to Savannah a few days before the wedding and Sophie took care of everything - handled our walk through rehearsal, did AMAZING setting up for day of so we could spend the whole morning relaxing and getting ready - everything was even more perfect than I could imagine! I can’t thank her and her team enough!!! I would definitely recommend Dapper Events!
Our venue required a day-of-coordinator, which we had not planned on or knew anything about. We were doing a very simple vow renewal with family + friends that was more of a reunion, without a rehearsal. We were moving around the East Coast for the year leading up to our celebration so I was remotely researching Savannah vendors.
What we liked about Dapper is that they would deliver our supplies to where we were staying after the event. Even though Dapper was a more expensive planner, this service is priceless!
As I planned things on my own, Sophie was always quick to respond to emails and offer advice. She was always very friendly and polite. She helped navigate work with the venue when we didn't get responses back.
Her true expertise and professionalism shined on the day of!! She had everything perfectly set up, made sure everything flowed. Most importantly, she caught and resolved a mistake by the chef, saving multiple guests from allergic reactions!!!
She was so chill and non-judgmental. I absolutely recommend Dapper Events!

I wish I could give Sophie and her team 10 stars! I was so glad to have chosen Dapper Event Co. to help me with my wedding. I opted for a partial planning package, and Sophie was with me every step of the way helping me organize my vendors, and offer her own recommendations whenever I had questions. My husband and I live over 1000 miles away from Savannah, and Sophie was key in the planning process and helping our wedding go smoothly. The main goal at our wedding was to have a ton of fun celebrating with our family and friends, and Dapper Event Co. was a huge factor in making that happen for us. I truly felt like Sophie and her team had everything handled, and I did not have to worry about anything during planning and the wedding day. If you are a local or traveling in for your wedding, I highly recommend Sophie and Dapper Event Co.!

Sophie went above and beyond to make our wedding special; in the face of every bump in the road, she graciously navigated problems for a better solution. I am extremely glad I went with Dapper Events! Sophie was SO helpful throughout the entire planning process. We had so many last minute changes come up, but she was flexible and understanding the whole time. She has the perfect demeanor for this job - relaxed, fun, and firm! We initially hired her for the day-of coordination but quickly realized we would need more help. We switched to the month-of package, which was perfect for making sure she had all the details to help everything run smoothly! She was able to help with venue set-up and even came to visit me while I was getting ready. I highly recommend having Sophie and her team by your side on your special day!
Dapper Event Co. and Sophie were so incredible to work with for our wedding. We used the month of services, and Sophie went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. She helped coordinate absolutely every detail-from ceremony timing, place settings, vendor contracts, and day of scheduling- and did so with such a sense of humor and professionalism. I absolutely loved working with Sophie and am so thankful for her and her team. Every single detail was thought of, and as the bride, she always made sure I was comfortable and having fun. I cannot recommend Dapper Event Co. enough, and I will genuinely miss getting to work with Sophie!
I hired Sophie off of my venue's preferred list and I'm so happy I chose Dapper Event Co! Sophie and her assistant made sure my wedding went smoothly and executed my vision perfectly. As a Type-A bride, I was worried about letting go of control but I'm so glad that I did! I could write for days and days and days about how amazing Sophie is. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the most perfect wedding day. Sophie's calming disposition, incredible organization and get-stuff-done attitude let us rest easy when the forecast took a turn for the worst the week leading up to our outdoor wedding. Sophie is a gifted event planner and a true pleasure to work with. We felt so lucky to have Sophie on our team during the hectic season of engagement and she truly played an essential role in the best day of our lives.
Sophie is an absolute SAINT! She was so amazing and easy to work with. From the day of to all of the millions of questions and things leading up to our wedding. She is as cool as a cucumber and totally eased all nerves. We had to postpone our wedding, twice, because of Covid. Sophie and her team were as easy going and go with the flow as possible. I had an exact vision of how I wanted things to look, she nailed it. I felt totally comfortable with her putting together the tables and decor. She was organized and efficient, and kept our day moving along. I’m a very “do it all” type of person, but I am SO GLAD we had Sophie and Dapper Event Co. to help us every step of the way. I can not put into words how grateful I am to Sophie and her team at Dapper Event Co. I was planning my Georgia wedding from Florida and was so nervous about how things might turn out from afar. Sophie was quick to answer all of my questions and helped guide me to the perfect vendors. She made the month of my wedding stress free by making a complete wedding weekend timeline. She was in contact and organized all of my vendors arrivals and even set all of the tables with my personal items. Multiple people in my familly and bridal party commented on her perfessionalism. I could go on and on! If you are debating having a coordniator for your wedding ... DO IT! If your looking for one around Savannah Georgia... Choose Sophie at Dapper event co. You wont regret it!
Sophie went above and beyond for us. She set up all of our decorations s beautifully and broke them all down at the end of the night and delivered them to us the next day. She kept everyone calm and everything orderly. She and her assistant were extremely sweet and friendly. I don’t think you’ll find anyone better.
Dapper Event Co. is great! Sophie was very helpful and was always able to answer our many questions. She helped to make the planning process completely stress free. We can’t imagine our day without her help. Her day of team was excellent, too!
We hired Sophie & her team at Dapper Events for our day-of coordinator and let me just say...they were absolutely WONDERFUL. My husband and I both agree their service was worth every penny we paid! Sophie and her team were a complete Godsend to us on our wedding day! My husband and I wanted to make sure that everyone (especially our mothers) were not stressed on the wedding day with last minute things to do. Sophie handled everything so effortlessly. Sophie truly went above and beyond to make sure all the plans I had in place went off without a hitch! And they definitely did! We had the most perfect day which is in part because of Sophie & her team!! Sophie handled everything day of and two weeks prior with all of the vendors. She coordinated last minute phone calls with the DJ, florist, photographer etc. to confirm all plans were in place. I also had a glass of champagne in my hand all night thanks to Sophie :) The bottom line is that Sophie and her team are the BEST of the BEST. Look no further for a wedding coordinator!! 5 stars are not enough to rate Sophie and her team. Sophie and her amazing team did a marvelous job planning and executing every detail for my daughter’s wedding at HollyOaks on the Marsh. She tirelessly and effortlessly worked her magic to bring my daughter’s vision to light. Fabulous!!
Hiring Dapper Event Co. as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. Sophie and her team took our ideas and transformed them into reality. They were patient - an extremely valuable trait in our planning process. They were helpful - Sophie and her team knew what we needed before we even thought about it, (ie. scheduling, communication with third party teams, even basics like getting us a drink right after the ceremony). They were super flexible - being a somewhat indecisive person, the wedding schedule changed a bit the day of and the Dapper Event team kept me informed and on schedule yet understanding if I last minute changed or eliminated something.
A few examples of how Sophie and the Dapper Event team were truly the best thing ever:
The day before the wedding, we were at the venue setting up. My fiance and I were overwhelmed. When I first started to speak to Sophie,, I spoke to her in a panic, rambling and over-excitedly expressing even the tiniest of concerns. (I would say I was less of a Bridezilla and more of a hot mess riddled with worry). Anyway, she listened to me, and her response was SO CALM. As soon as she spoke, all the burden and grief we were feeling was lifted. She knew exactly how to react to put us at ease, her body language spoke of confidence, and from that point on I realized - I don’t need to worry with Sophie and her team. They knew what I wanted, and they executed everything BEYOND our expectations. An extremely trustworthy team.
As expected, during the process of the wedding, some unavoidable blips happened. The Dapper Event team immediately had a solution and resolved everything before we even knew about it. Their proactive management and quick action allowed us to have fun. We didn’t worry about the small things.
The layout they suggested was so much better than what we were originally thinking. The functionality of the floor plan utilized all the available space and allowed for optimal use by our guests, ourselves and the vendors.
Overall, Sophie and the Dapper Event team was a Godsend. They allowed us to enjoy our wedding and all the goofy traits of our friends and family added a charming character to our wedding. We had the best time and more importantly, our guests had a wonderful time sharing this journey with us.
You will not regret hiring Dapper Events! Sophie and her team were amazing! I hired Sophie as our day of coordinator, but I think she did way more than what a day of coordinator normally does!! She answered all of my questions very quickly and started organizing everything like 2 months ahead of the wedding, which I did not expect at all!! Her and her team made our wedding day stress-free and sooo perfect! Our wedding was everything I could've imagined and more, it was an absolute fairytale! I am so glad I found them! You will not be disappointed if you choose them!
Sophie was the best decision I made in planning my wedding! She was so responsive and answered every question I had! She saved my wedding day when my flowers were backordered and went above and beyond to find flowers the night before!! If you are looking for a wedding coordinator look no further than Sophie!!
I don't think I can truly convey how incredible Sophie and her team are. We had a destination wedding and even living four hours away, she made the process so smooth. She was such a pleasure to work with, very organized and understood my vision. I would absolutely recommend Dapper Events to anyone looking to get married in Savannah.

We hired Sophie as our Day-Of Coordinator and we couldn’t have chosen anyone better. From start to finish, her and her company were nothing but professional and made our day everything it could’ve been and more! Throughout the entire year leading up to our wedding, she was more than happy to answer any and all questions we had, take meetings when the day drew closer, and was willing to help with whatever we needed. On the actual wedding day there were some vendor issues and Sophie went above and beyond to resolve the issues and make sure everything went off without a problem. She reassured us that everything would be in place and nothing would go wrong.
