Holly did an amazing job navigating the often choppy waters of our wedding plans. After a change in venue, and multiple other crazy shifts, we had a wedding that was not only beautiful, but also fun!!
I’m amazed at how well Holly can get events in tip-top shape. I’m very thankful that she knew all the ins & what needed to be done, and when. She is very kind, and was great to explain things to my husband. She is able to coordinate event staff, stick to a schedule, and seem unphased by all that is going on. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to planning my wedding. I had 8 months to figure it out. Holly offered her services to me at the very beginning, and I happily accepted. I had no vision for what I wanted, only a theme. She took y theme and RAN with it. From centerpieces to flowers, she was immensely thorough in making sure I had the dream wedding I didn't even know I was dreaming of. In the meetings with her, we hashed out all of the details as she she made sure I was prepared for the craziness that was my wedding. I felt little to no stress on my day as a result of this. I am exceptionally greatful to have had her by my side through this process.
Holly was an essential part of my wedding day! We hired her to be a day of event coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made. She made sure everything was set up and perfect at both our wedding ceremony and at our reception. She even went out and bought towels and umbrellas when there was a last minute change to the weather and there was a strong chance of rain during our outdoor reception. If you want everything to be taken care of and perfect so that you don’t have to worry about anything on your wedding day Holly is your girl! Definitely a true asset!
Holly was a classmate of one of my daughter’s at college. She showed up early (as a guest) for my daughter’s wedding and helped in many ways to smooth out areas that were unforeseen as needs. She was willing and able to step in and all that she did was extremely appreciated. So much so, that we hired Holly to be a wedding coordinator for my second daughter’s wedding reception. She was in charge of coordinating the setup of 4 independent vendors who were hired for the reception. Because of the venue, there was a very short time period for set up of these 4 vendors at the reception. She made sure that the tables were set up according to our layout and decorated and laid out the cake table and the guest sign in table herself. She made sure the DJ setup in his designated area and that the tables were laid out with the clothes and floral arrangements as planned. She coordinated with the food vendor for the opening of the buffet line and timed it according to the wedding party’s arrival. She was dependable and very pleasant to work with. She ran last minute errands and filled in where needed which took all the worry off of my shoulders. She went above the call of duty and helped to ensure that we had some alternative measures taken in the event of rain at our outdoor reception. During the reception, she kept the festivities moving and running on schedule, so that we were able to be in and out of the venue according to our pre purchased time slot. She took away all the stress that normally accompanies a wedding reception and allowed me to thoroughly enjoy my daughters’ wedding and reception. I would highly recommend her to help make your day special and all it should be!
