If I could give Billy and Rick 10 stars I would! Billy was literally the best planner I could ever want, it felt like planning a wedding with a sister or best friend! She made all our visions come true and caused us have the best day ever. Everything was perfect and all we would ever have wanted. Indian weddings have so many moving parts, but I was never stressed because I knew she would handle all of it! As for photos, I will treasure Rick’s photos for the rest of my life. They were so gorgeous and the golden hour shots beach were especially magical, and I’m so glad I got pictures with all my family and friends. Highly, highly recommend!

Billy was beyond amazing from the very first conversation to the days past the wedding, she was always right there. Quick with a response even when she had personal plans that would have tied her up for that weekend. Lacey and Billy were absolutely amazing on my wedding day. Lacey was my main planner throughout the process and was so great at seeing my vision ad well as staying within my budget. Anytime something changed or we hut a snag she came to me with solutions as well as cost saving ideas and vendors. I would recommend this team to everyone!

We engaged DaSilva Event Design for our daughter’s wedding and everything was great! My daughter and now son-in-law researched and selected Billy to plan the wedding. At our first meeting, Billy explained her services, which is basically taking care of everything. She really worked with the bride and groom to articulate their vision and have the wedding they wanted. One of Billy’s strengths (aside from being incredibly well organized), is that she knows the right vendors to go to. She recommended the venue, the florist, the band, the portrait artist, the photographer, and the photo bus. All were exceptional! Her team even put together and delivered the goody bags for the out-of-town guests In reality, everything was perfect. One example is that friends told us that at most events when the wait staff pass the hors d’oeuvres, you are lucky if they come to you once or twice in an hour. At our wedding, they were constantly out to make sure people got what they wanted. Bottom line (and this is from someone who is good at finding fault), I would not hesitate to hire DaSilva Event Design for anything. We were so pleased we gave her a 25% tip.

I literally do not even know where to begin with Billy. Just AMAZING is all I can really say. I was a destination wedding bride in Ohio having a beach wedding down in FL. We found our venue first and I then had others telling me I needed to hire a wedding day coordinator. I had never really given this much thought until I realized how truly busy I would be and not be able to do it all myself. After looking through many different websites and not knowing who to go through for a coordinator, none of them just really "grabbed" me and made me feel like I'd want to work with them (no offense to any other coordinators). I started doing all of the planning on my own and first found my reception venue. Since we wouldn't be seeing our venue in person for several months out when we took a vacation down in FL last fall, I started to go through social media to look for reviews, videos, whatever I could find so we could get a feel for how our venue space and everything was. Low and behold, I came across a TikTok that Billy tagged my hired venue in that she was setting up a wedding at. In this TikTok her vibe, her energy, her vision, just literally everything truly made me really like her and really wanted her to coordinate my wedding. I reached out last summer and we had a zoom call and I knew instantly she was the one I wanted to hire. Even though I hired her for day of only, as I had already been doing most of the planning and decor shopping myself, when I tell you she understood the assignment, she truly did. From last year when I hired her until my wedding last week, this woman was there for literally ANYTHING I could want or ask. Not a single time when I had a question did she take more than 10 mins to respond (at most and I'm not kidding), but if she was busy and had a lot going on she let me know she got my text and it would take her a bit to reply. Not one time did I feel in the dark with not knowing something, or how something would be. If I started to freak out about something, she was right there to try and calm me down and reassure me that things would be fine and she would make sure of it. Being a destination bride is not easy when you are states away and can't be there to do certain things or see things when you need to, but she made it a breeze and was there to help with anything I could need. Getting all of my vendors on board, communicating with them for everything, and making things so much easier on our day of was such a blessing. The day of my wedding they were calling for storms, and weather had been atrocious in FL since we got into the state the week of our wedding and I was seriously stressing about rain. She knew I was stressed. She tried to make me feel at ease, and even on the day of, when the weather was being really crazy and so unpredictable, while she was at my venue setting up, and didn't get much reception in the building, she was SITTING IN HER CAR WATCHING THE WEATHER RADAR FaceTiming me, calming me down, telling me not to stress, and making sure everything was going to be good for our ceremony in a couple hours and going over backup plans with me that she already coordinated with our beach ceremony vendor. I literally couldn't have asked for anything more. Our day was BEAUTIFUL, every part of it, and I'm so very glad to have met her, and have her be a part of our day and bring my vision to life. If you truly want someone who will care and go to all ends for you, hire her people. You will not regret it.

We really enjoyed working with Billy. She was so fun and organized. Billy is exactly what every couple getting married needs. Every step of the way she took great care of us. Very thorough and detailed down to the last rose pedal. Without hesitation hire Billy for your wedding planner and you will not be disappointed. Without you Billy we would have been stressed the day of and it would have really took a toll on what we could have enjoyed having to organize ourselves. My main priority in seeking a wedding planner was someone to help assemble vendors, coordinate communication, and make our wedding day itself run smoothly. I just wanted to show up and not have to worry about anything. Billy helped us locate several great vendors (for photography, rentals, flowers, and DJ), coordinated all communication, and indeed made our big day run smoothly. Also, Billy's enthusiasm and passion for weddings in general was great to see. If I had another event in the 30A area - perhaps an anniversary? - I'd definitely hire Billy again!

So I am speaking to this from two perspectives. 1st- I’m a professional wedding photographer 2nd- I hired Billy and her team for my wedding because we wanted someone local to the Gulf Shores area It felt risky, because of all my vendors Billy was one of the only ones I hadn’t worked alongside before. But in our first interview, it was so clear how much Billy truly loves being a part of wedding days! And honestly, that’s what convinced me she was the one I wanted to hire. Too many brides overlook having vendors that really love their jobs- but speaking from experience, a vendor that loves their job, treats it as FAR more than just a job. You could tell how invested she was our entire wedding weekend! Volunteering to help pick up wedding guests who flew in from the airport, putting the decor together at home after leaving for the day, and really listening to all the things I had envisioned for the day. Billy and her entire team/family ;) were an actual dream the whole weekend and I’m still just blown away by all of the time and effort they poured into everything. They 10/10 have my recommendation as both a bride and a fellow vendor 🤍

Billy was absolutely amazing!! I hired her as our day of coordinator and it was the best decision I made. My wedding was this year in March and the amount of stress she took off my shoulders was incredible. Billy Silvia and her team profoundly transformed my wedding day experience. I hired Billy as a month before & day of coordinator. I could not have made it without her. She handled all of my vendors with such ease. I accidentally hired two bar companies , she took care of that within minutes on my weddings day , which could have turned into a disaster. She is attentive to detail, on top of things, but not overwhelming, very professional and you can tell she loves what she does, and knows how to do it well. Billy and her team(husband, son) were THE BEST choice I made in a day of coordinator. From setup, to the ceremony, to the reception, to clean up she was a huge asset and our day wouldn't have as smoothly as it did without them there. While I was very happy with everything about my wedding day, working with Billy was by far one of the easiest and best decisions of the whole process. Her first words on our introduction was "I just love love" and that is so apparent through all of her work. She offers several comprehensive packages tailored for any wedding experience, and my husband and I chose to utilize her day-of coordination services. We only expected her to be there on the day and hopefully even the week before, but she was supporting us the whole way. Starting a month before the event, she was organizing and communicating openly, creating schedules and coordinating vendors. Prior to that, she was always available for ideas, recommendations, and encouragement. She is is simultaneously professional and so full of fun and excitement . She is very easy to talk to, responsive, timely, helpful, and everything you want in someone helping you organize a big event. On the day of, I didn't have to think or worry about a thing. She set up decorations, took them down, ran the ceremony music, packed the get away car, handed out the glow sticks for send off, and everything in between. My parents, who were very worried about having to run an event and entertain their guests while also enjoy the wedding, have also said over and over how incredibly helpful she was. They were able to dance with me and my guests all night long! I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I recommend Billy as a coordinator, and how much I appreciate her as a person and as an integral part of our wedding day.

HIRE HER! Billy goes above and beyond for the packages she offers. My husband and I hired her as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in June of 2022. We are dual-military and hosted our wedding at the NAS Pensacola base chapel and Mustin Beach Officer’s Club. Coordinating any event on base is logistically challenging and Billy provided us with assistance right where it was needed: coordinating with the venue for set up, coordinating with vendors to make sure they had base access, and handing all the extra details herself. She took over all communication with vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding so I could enjoy my family coming into town and bachelorette party care-free. She made every vision I had come to life and was quick to offer recommendations for things I was not sure about. I had complete ease leaving things in her hands. From planning, to set up, to executing the event, to cleaning up she was attentive, punctual, and incredibly kind & respectful all at the same time. It is well worth hiring her - she loves her job and genuinely cares about making YOUR day come true. We look back at our wedding and think there is no way we could’ve done it without her!

I hosted my wedding on my grandparents property so absolutely NO venue crew, NO venue inventory, and NO venue decor options, and the reception building was a working cow barn normally. Everything was done by Billy and her team. She was my first wedding hire over a year before the wedding and she was hands on at the very start! She was able to get me rentals and the exact decor that I wanted for the wedding! Even at the last minute she was able to pull through with finding extra chairs and extremely adorable lanterns. Leading up to the wedding she was extremely organized but also went out of her way to check on me mentally; that is going above and beyond. The day of the wedding was an absolute dream. Her and her team KILLED IT. I ran out of time myself the day before so I left her up to all the decor and set up and it turned out better than I could have imagined. And her ability to run an event like that, especially one thats not a traditional venue, was extraordinary. Her and her team were ROCK STARS. You must book with Billy for your wedding. You will get all the bells and whistles that a coordinator should come with and more!

Billy is so full of joy and creativity. I'm pretty sure she everything last minute thing you may need in her car! She is always prepared, looks professional and can help you accomplish your dream wedding like she did mine. I had a harry potter themed wedding and she had all the house colors for me. She even officiated the wedding and was so accomadating. I can't recommend her enough!

The decision to have my wedding at the loft was by far my best decision made during that process. They took care of everything. Their packages include everything from catering to decorations to photographers ( which are amazing!) and even a DJ. This team is incredibly responsive and professional. They are also incredibly affordable. By choosing them for my venue I was able to enjoy my entire day stress free. Please consider choosing this venue for any gatherings you will have. Billy was absolutely amazing. Planning a wedding is hard let alone during a pandemic when everything falls apart. I hired her for the day of coordination and I would HIGHLY recommend. She helped run the rehearsal and made it go so smoothly and she did so much on the day of the wedding. She picked up the flowers, cake and food and decorated with all the stuff I gave her. She really made the day special given the circumstances and I can not recommend her enough!!

I absolutely loved working with billy and everything she did. We had cotton candy bouquets and a candy bar that everyone loved. The flowers for my bouquet were amazing and I was able to keep them as a center piece I still use because they are real feel flowers. My wedding ran so smooth and was beautiful thanks to Billy!
