Stress-free, last-minute, event and day of coordinator!
We decided to get married months (three) before our 10yr anniversary. After several attempts at planning our own wedding, all we managed to do was secure a venue, dress, and tuxedo. Angela came in two months to go and helped us with the venue; layout of tables, day-of needs, where to sit, and where not to sit. She coraled all the vendors from hair/makeup, cake, and florist. Reached out to each one individually to make sure we did not have to.
Angela provided our altarpiece, a champagne wall, chargers, runners, and anything that we could think of or realized we forgot she had covered. Her knowledge of vendors is amazing, she knew our DJ and helped with our music and recommendations.
On the day of she had an itinerary ready to go. Our event was five (5) hours and she had everything broken down into 15min increments. She got us hors d'oeuvres before they were gone, got our plate, first drinks. The amount of stress that she eliminated before, the day of, and after made our wedding that much more special.
We didn't even have to worry about the breakdown. Angela and her husband Jordan boxed up everything for us. We were able to get our gifts, leftovers, etc... the next day without worry. Our wedding may be over but we are happy to know weddings aren't the only events she can throw!
