I drop by to get my rings sparkly clean. Emil and Armin are fantastic and I always try to search for them to do business whenever I visit. In terms of maintenance, they offer quick steam cleaning (depending on who’s there and how busy it is, it’s either immediate or about a 20 minute wait) and recommend an annual deep cleaning (takes about a week or two, usually less). I live close to the Westfield UTC mall so this is pretty convenient for me.

I will never buy jewelry anywhere else because 1) they guarantee their stuff - my engagement ring setting is guaranteed for life. If a stone falls out, free replacement (already done this once and I was only without my ring for 2 days). If you get white gold, they also provide free rhodium treatment if/when the band begins to discolor a little, which they did for me when they cleaned it before the wedding. David & Sons is NOT about making a quick sale. They are absolutely about building a lifelong relationship with their customers!

in multiple times to try to get my ring to fit perfectly---they did multiple adjustments(sizing, putting on balls, taking off balls) without a charge. I recently got married and decided to have my bands sodded together. they charged $75 and in the process replated the rodium to give the engagement ring back its shine! And they told me i can come in once a year and they will replate it for free!!! They also will clean your ring for you at any time if you just drop by! They are family owned and it shows in their customer service. I am so happy my husband went with them for my ring!
