Dave Grants team was absolutely amazing. We had the privilege of working with them for our wedding in August at The Garden at The Hops. Everything went extremely smooth. The guests were amazed and are still raving about the food. They were willing to accommodate dietary restrictions as well. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I would highly recommend David Grant Caterers! They were absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, our guests loved everything amd nobody walked away hungry! The staff was incredibly attentive to myself and my husband and would go out of their way to find us to make sure we ate. Our day of coordinator was Will and he made made sure everything ran smoothly. He told me his motto was "where there is Will there's a way" and he stood by that! Thank you so much to Will and the full team for making our day that much more special!

We used Dave Grant Catering for our food service, bar service, and extra rentals for our wedding and could not be happier with our choice. The team was professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the planning process. On our wedding day, they arrived on time, prepared, and had a whole staff full of smiles. The food was excellent and exactly what our guests were looking for! Massive portions left us and our guests plenty full to take on the dance floor after dinner.

The food was great! People RAVED about it! It was a treat to get the leftovers packed for us, too— fed the family for a few days, which was perfect because wedding planning is tiring!

The food was also really good and we received many compliments throughout the night and even the rest of the weekend from guests. If I had to do it all over again, I'd still choose this company, it really helped make my day much less stressful.

David Grant Caterers was a highlight of my wedding. The food was absolutely amazing, the planning was super stress free, and his staff was top notch professionals! His team constantly check in on me as the bride for food and drinks, kept the tables clear and the assisted with all the set up and break down at our venue. They also booked and set the up chair rentals for my on site wedding so it really was as stress free as possible! The price was also great!! Well worth it! Do yourself a favor and book this caterer!

In my opinion, the biggest bang for your buck for wedding catering with top notch and amazing food! Dave grant was amazing to work with every step of the way and went the extra mile to ensure the menu and bar was exactly what we want. The prime rib was such a hit and truly amazing. We hired David Grant Caterers for a wedding rehearsal dinner and cocktails for 75 guests. The food was fantastic, the service excellent and he was so easy to work with. Excellent experience.

Dave & his team were absolutely phenomenal. We used Dave Grant Catering for our August wedding. Dave was one of the most responsive vendors we worked with - answering my list of questions during our initial phone call, and responding my email always within 24 hours. Dave was flexible in creating appetizers for our cocktail that we felt fit our theme/venue perfectly. Our guests had so many kind things to say about the appetizers and dinner - everything was hot and fresh. Dave himself is excellent to work with, and his staff meet the same standard. Will was the event manager at our wedding and he made sure everything was perfect. One of the waitresses, Alexis, was an absolute gem, making me a plate during cocktail hour to make sure I ate as well. We can't recommend Dave and his team enough and are so grateful that they were available to be a part of our wedding day.

My husband and I chose the cold buffet along with a few hors d'oeuvres to be served at our wedding and it was amazing. We met with Dave in person the week before the wedding to finalize all details and he made it easy to work with him. He truly wanted to know what we wanted for our wedding and worked to make it happen. His staff arrived to the venue on time and with plenty of time to spare. The presentation was beautiful and the food tasted great! Pricing was reasonable and well worth every penny. We even had leftovers we could take home so my family could relax and not have to cook for a few days. We would recommend David Grant Caterers to anyone looking for a caterer who cares. Our wedding day was perfect and we could not have done it without him!

David and his crew were absolutely wonderful throughout our whole process, from the tasting to following up after the wedding! We did family-style meal and it went seamlessly! It was such a relief to have Dave and his staff so in tune to our needs that night, we even got to eat! We have used them for a few occasions and will continue to recommend them to friends and family!!

Absolutely horrible. Food was over cooked and cold. Staff was clueless. Ruined my daughters wedding. Monkeys could have served the food better. Steak was like shoe leather. Wouldn't feed the left overs to a dog.

David grant catering helped make my wedding the BOMB! They were such a kind team, always asking my husband and I if we needed anything and always checking in on us to make sure we were fed! Besides being so on top of everything (set up and organizing too) the food was INCREDIBLE! chicken and waffles on a stick and pulled pork slidrrs for passed apps were just a couple of delish things i snacked on. dinner tri tip steak PERFECTLY COOKED with Carolina bbq sause, yes please, and i cant forget the delicious pastas (with gluten and dairy free options), and the corn bread and sausage stuffed chicken! Yep, it was all the bomb, thanks a million dave grant catering!

Amazing food, awesome work, excellent experience. They did everything I asked for my unique wedding I closing outdoor cocktail hour and a signature drink and customizing aspect of the menu. Fantastic!

We recently used David Grant Catering for a cocktail wedding reception at the Beardsley Zoo. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They were so flexible and accommodated every request we had. The service was so friendly and professional and all of the food was completely delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests. And while I didn't eat much at the wedding (like most brides!) we had SO many leftovers to eat for a week after the wedding!

We were blown away with David Grant. Smooth, easy, straight forward process from the start. Our wedding was last night and blown away. The food was so delicious and our guests loved it too. The staff were amazing and friendly!!! Their prices were incredibly fair too. Would highly recommend.

Great food and bar. We did a BBQ theme and had an open bar. They did two signature drinks for us and met all our alcohol requests to stock the bar! It was great. Everyone loves our food and drinks.

We used David Grant Caterers for our wedding at Wood Acres Farm in Terryville, CT and would highly recommend them. Dave and his staff are very knowledgable and professional, all at a rate that we found very reasonable. They provided catering and bartending services for our wedding and also provided all the glassware and dining ware. Dave has been in business over 30 years and really knows how to run a catering service.

AMAZING. We got married at Lighthouse Point Park and two caterers were recommended to us. We checked out both and David Grant was BY FAR THE BEST CHOICE! He was great to work with and guests are still raving about the food.

We LOVED the food provided by David M. Grant Caterers. We did not want your typical wedding choices for our menu but instead wanted a buffet that matched our country theme. There were so many great choices and we ended up with items like bbq pulled pork, mac & cheese, etc Everyone loved it!! Also, the servers that were there on the wedding day were professional and friendly! Even going out of their way to find us and Congratulate us :) I highly recommend David M. Grant Caterers !

David Grant Caterers were amazing. We wanted something low key and they did a wonderful job. The only thing I was a little upset with was I told them that we wanted food ready for the guests to eat right after the ceremony. That way they could eat while we were getting our photos taken. The didn't start the food until they got the OK from us, which was much later. Other than that, they did a great job. I would recommend them for any event.

Until recently my fiancee and her mother had been in email contact and phone contact with David Grant Caterers about our wedding. David Grant had told them that they were available on the day of our wedding to cater the reception. They asked for all the details as well as ideas about the menu. Everything was given to them as asked. When my fiancee sent an email to them last week to inquire about something in the menu, she received no response. When she sent a second email, David Grant responded that they had never received the first email and that, furthermore, that date had been booked for quite some time. If they had, in fact, been books for quite some time, why did they ask for our details, let us know that they were available, and lead us to a month before the wedding to think that they were our caterer? Either they made a very bad mistake in their date book, or they are so unprofessional that they booked a more lucrative event on the same day without telling us that they would have to let us go. Either way, they acted unprofessionally and will never get my business. I will make sure that everyone I know understands that David Grant Catering is an unprofessional and untrustworthy business.

We had trays catered, of italian roasted chicked and tortellini primavera. The caterers were not available to provide other catering service on the day of our wedding, as we were planning things at the last minute. However, they delivered the food right on time, early I think, and it was delicious! everyone loved the food!

David worked with us to develop a meal that was representative of all of the food we enjoy. He David's support staff is amazing!!!!! They made our wedding spectacular and truly one to remember. We had the ceremony on the beach and the staff set up the chairs outdoors and even brought them back inside to the tables. The wedding started late (as most wedings do) so there was a rush to get the pictures taken but the staff ensured the wedding party paused and ate some appetizers. Our family style dinner went well. The staff replenished the bowls of dishes as needed for our guests. The staff was pleasant, helpful and knowlegdeable of special meal for specfic guests. The staff helped to make our wedding like a fairytale. Thank you David and your entire staff!!
