David's Bridal Greenville

The correct size was only brought to me TWICE within an hour. Very disappointing. David's Bridal in Greenville ruined my first experience of dress shopping.

Helped me find the perfect dress and fitted it perfectly.

Unfortunately, my review is for the location in Port Orange, Florida, but I couldn’t find it to review. The service, however, has been incredible. At my first alterations appointment, I fainted, and the seamstress was incredibly patient and understanding. She gave me a granola bar that she had with her and a bottle of water when I started feeling dizzy and let me sit for a bit. After I stood back up and fainted, she gave me some soda. Again, she was very patient throughout this. She talked with me and my bridesmaid about my wedding and had a good sense of humor. Excellent prices for what I am getting. When I picked my dress, the lady who helped me cheered for me and gave me a hug. Very sweet people all around and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This store is super charming and they have great customer service. The ladies are all so sweet and helpful and they make you feel as comfortable as possible for the entire experience. I just got my wedding dress here and I couldn’t be happier! And a huge shoutout to Nicole Marin for helping me pick out my dream dress!

Morgan is AMAZING. She was SO patient and not pushy. I even left and came back and she let me try on the whole dress, veil, belt, poofy slip all over again. My family was late BOTH times and she didn't seem to mind at all. The dress selection was spectacular. I had more options than I knew I wanted. I would recommend Morgan and this store to anyone who needs a wedding dress. I will definitely be going back for bridesmaid dresses! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I went in for my appointment thinking I didn’t even want to try on wedding dresses because I have a dress that I sort of like. I tried on 6 and was still not getting that feeling when you know it’s your dress with any dress, not even the one I already have. I had seen a dress when we were picking ones to try on and said can we try it I may like it (I thought it was pink which is what I was looking for). Then it got to the dressing room and it was white, so I was asked did I still want to try it and decided sure why not, i put it on and just wanted to cry. I found my dress!!! And they were so helpful and patient with me in doing so. We even found my bridesmaids dresses. I am so insanely happy I went to David’s Bridal! I never knew I could feel that way in a dress. I’m so so happy. The person I worked with was insanely patient and attentive. I felt the staff was so nice and understanding knowing this is the most important piece of clothing I will ever wear. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend David’s Bridal!

I walked in told Nona what I was looking for in a wedding dress and within 30 minutes I was walking out with the most Gorgeous dress! She was absolutely amazing! Nona made my day so relaxing and one that I will remember for sure! Thank you for making such an important and special day so amazing! One more thing off my list of worries! I had an amazing experience here! All the staff was more than welcoming as soon as I entered the building. Bailee was especially amazing the entire time! She helped me try on every wedding dress and completely understood all of my wants and needs! She helped me decide on the biggest decision for my big day & I found my wedding dress!! 100% recommended!!

Had 2 appointments with Vanessa in Austin 183 location and had a wonderful experience. She was very patient and had no trouble going back and forth to the racks to help choose the right gown for 2 indecisive brides (both myself & my aunt). I would shop with Vanessa again in the future for all my event outfit needs.

My wedding day is exactly 4 weeks shy of my brother’s 1 year anniversary of his passing. I really wanted my “something blue” to be a heart made out of my late brother’s shirt to be placed on my wedding dress. David’s Bridal in Austin (Research Blvd) is ensuring I have my brother with me. Without question, alterations immediately said yes! They were so sweet and patient! Valery even went a step further and made a tie for my brother’s only son, my nephew. I can’t help but be in full gratitude to the staff at David’s Bridal in Austin. They not only helped with my dress but took the time to ensure my moment was special! They went far beyond my expectations. I can’t thank them enough. Their attention to detail, encouragement when I needed it most, and going above and beyond for a stranger....Thank you! My dress is exactly what I dreamed of.

If you go into David’s Bridal Altamonte FL location, ask for Shelby. She was absolutely phenomenal! And of course as always Odette (alterations) was hilarious and amazing to work with.

I would not recommend the store located on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville. Sofia is excellent, but everyone else is rude. The people here act as if they are giving your dress to you for free. For the amount of money you spend on these dresses, they least they can do is be courteous. They take forever to receive the dresses you buy. You pay for them all at once, but they arrive on different days one at a time. If you call them to see if your dress arrive they are bothered but this phone call. The prices for alterations are very costly, but at least the seamstress is very pleasant to work with. Out of everyone that works there, I only like to deal with Sofia. I would never recommend this store to anyone. I went there because it’s my first time getting ready for my wedding and I just didn’t know where else to go. But if you can please do your research first.

I used David's Bridal online for my exit dress at my wedding. Though I loved the dress, they didn't have my size in stock, but I ordered hoping to exchange in store. When the dress arrived in the mail it came with a security tag still locked onto the dress. I went about a week before my wedding to get it exchange it anyway and was told that online items could not be returned or exchanged in store; not a fun policy for an item that had my size in store but not online:( Regardless, the workers were kind, removed the security tag and the dress worked out fine.

Julie from David’s Bridal Florida made my experience amazing. She honestly did not give up the search for what I envisioned was the perfect dress. I ended up with the perfect wedding dress. So thankful for such a good experience!

Chantelle and the whole team from front desk to alterations was amazing! So helpful and encouraging and insightful! I ended up going with the very first dress that Chantelle picked out for me!!!

The ladies at David's Bridal Greenville are so helpful, friendly, and encouraging! I worked with Courtney, and we loved her! The only suggestions I have: if you can help it, DON'T shop between January-April. It's prom and wedding season, and they get crazy busy. You'll have a much better experience and get much more personalized attention if you can go in the "off" season. Even if you can't, the ladies here are awesome.

It's really a shot in the dark if you will get a good consultant . The first one I had wasn't friendly at all, but the second one was. However , the dressing rooms were WAY too small, there was NO room to sit. Literally 6 chairs around the podium.

I picked out my bridesmaids dresses and everyone was fitted. As the dresses started coming in, my matron of honor didn't get a call that hers had arrived, so she called the store, only to find out that her dress would not arrive until March 17th...for my March 18th wedding! No one at David's Bridal ever called us to inform us of this situation and we would have been in a fix if we hadn't checked with them. It gets worse! By this time, none of the dresses that we liked were available for delivery in the time frame we needed so she had to take the floor sample that was two sizes too big and that had been tried on by everyone in town! They refused to reimburse her the cost of her gown AND, they charged her to alter the dress! In short, she paid over $260.00 for a gown that we didn't pick, that wasn't new, and didn't fit! I will NEVER shop Davids Bridal again and I will warn EVERYONE I know about their disastrous blunder!

I went to David's Bridal to get my wedding dress. I came twice in the same weekend and ended up finding an amazing dress that I loved and chose it. I decided to also use David's Bridal for my bridesmaids dresses. I ran into some issues though- I was not notified when my wedding dress came in so I just happened to be in the store with one of my bridesmaids and asked if they could tell me when my dress would come in since it had been 3 months already- they advised me my dress was in the back. Second, one of my bridesmaid dresses was ordered in the wrong size and we didn't find out until 3 weeks before the wedding. We were told we did not have enough time to order the correct size so David's bridal offered to pay to alter the dress to the correct size so we did appreciate that. My bridesmaid went to pick it up the day before the wedding and there was a rip in the top area of the dress and she had to wait to have them sew it back together. I love my wedding dress but we did have some issues with a few of the accents on my dress were starting to come off.

I know a lot of people are not fans of David's Bridal, but my experience at the Greenville store and with my dress was very good. The service in the store was excellent. I had several friends with me and we were never rushed or pressured to make a choice or finish our appointment. The employees were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a bad experience at a boutique store where the employees tried to bring me what they thought I should like - at David's Bridal the employees found exactly the kinds of dresses I wanted to try on. My dress was ideal for the image I had in my head of old Hollywood glamour. It arrived very quickly after ordering and required no alterations. The dress was beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

Okay David's bridal can be pricey, but the first thing they ask is what your price range. Okay their selling skills are awesome cause my limit was $500 and i left with a $700 dress. But the dress is amazing and there is no way i was going to say no for my only time of getting married. It had to be my dream dress.

I was able to find my perfect dress here! They were able to take my ideas and pictures and find the perfect dress for me! I felt as if they did an amazing job listening to me and helping me out! The process was very fun and smooth! I am so glad I chose to get my dress at David's Bridal! It was a great price and I had my alterations done there as well! Altogether, I am so happy I chose my dress there!

This is a wonderful store. You can get a dress at a great price (they always have sales) and you can get your dress altered at the same place!

Pretty good place. Got my dress and bridal party dresses there. Was told it would take at least 6 weeks to get pink and 8 to get teal, which would have been late. Dresses, in pink, arrived about a week and a half later. Still worked out though. And alterations and front desk need to get together more often. Same shop but would have thought it was a completely different store. Dress fit beautifully after alterations, but beading and edging started falling off towards the end of the wedding. Still loved my dress. And it was very very hot in store.

Such a sweet store! From the employees to the managers excellent customer service!! They found dresses within my budget and helped me buy my dream dress!

My wedding gown, bridesmaids dresses, and flower girl dress all came from David's Bridal. I looked at another bridal boutique first for my wedding dress: I wasn't in love with any of the dresses that I tried and the prices were too high for my budget. At David's Bridal, I found a dress that I loved in less than an hour that was well within my price range. David's Bridal also has fast shipping times, something that was important for me since I planned my wedding in four months. Getting my out-of-town bridesmaids fitted was simple too. Customer service varied depending on the representative I worked with that day. The woman who helped me the day that I bought my dress did a great job picking out dresses for me to try and accessories to try with them, but spent most of her time talking with other employees. Another made a better effort to connect with me, but when she answered my questions I felt like she was repeating information from a training session. Everyone I talked to on the phone was professional and courteous, but they failed to contact me when one of my orders arrived and there was a computer glitch of some kind when two of my bridesmaids ordered their dresses. They were told the dresses would arrive in late July and were later told the dresses could come in the day before the wedding. The dresses didn't come in that late, fortunately. My mother worked with a David's Bridal in Savannah with much better customer service, so the service varies from store to store. For brides on a budget, I still recommend David's Bridal. Their dresses are beautiful and they've got a variety in every price range, so you can find a dress you love that you afford. Just remember that you get what you pay for.

The customer service needs some improvement. Some consultants are rude and others are almost pushy. I walked in without an appointment and was able to try on my gown. I decided that it was the dress, so we ordered it and put down a payment on it. When my dress came in, it was 4 inches too short! It was less than a month away from my wedding, so needless to say, I was stressed! I was told there was nothing they could do for me besides give me the dress off the floor. I paid over $1100 for my gown to be BRAND NEW and not picked up and stained so I refused. After speaking to several people I finally spoke to a manager that fixed my dress and gave me a discount on my veil. My second gown came in and it was perfect!

As soon as we entered into David's Bridal we were greeted with warm smiles and great service. The lady that helped with me trying on wedding dresses talked with me about what I was looking for in a wedding dress and 5 dresses later I found my dress, and still kept within my price range!

I enjoyed my time at David's Bridal. They made it so easy to fine my perfect dress. By the 3 dress I had found the dress!

Not overly helpful, but I found what I needed. I booked an appointment but didnt' get attention for about 20 minutes while my attendant helped 2 other people.

I had a wonderful experience at David's Bridal. They helped me find the perfect dress for my big day. They also assisted me with alterations, jewelry, my veil, and shoes. The dresses are reasonably priced. I was told by one of the associates that the most expensive dress doesn't exceed $1500. Great quality at a great value!

The staff were very friendly and followed up with me during the whole process!!!
