I wanted to write a great review, but sadly I cannot. After showing Mindy pictures of my color scheme and flower choices, I was hopeful my flowers would come out beautifully! On the day of the wedding, I had a friend oversee set up and send me ...
pictures. As the pictures came rolling in, I noticed many of the roses were the wrong color pink. Also none of the center pieces looked uniform. I asked my friend to have Mindy call me, and she did not call. I tried calling her myself, and she did not answer. So I had to show up at the venue on the morning of my wedding to clarify the issue. Mindy immediately told me she would not adjust anything on site and that was “just the way they came in”. I explained I would fix the arrangements myself and move a few things around, and she said there was no time and she had to leave and lock up. She was unwilling to help me fix the issues despite it being my wedding day! Every other vendor we worked with for our day was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Unfortunately Mindy was unwilling to accept any feedback or help to make simple corrections until I insisted. I adjusted most of the arrangements myself in 20 minutes and it all looked beautiful in the end, but I was very disappointed with her unwillingness to make her customer happy and stand by her work. The flowers were decent quality, but the way we were treated on our wedding day was very disappointing.

ke any adjustments the Friday before their wedding . When you placed your wedding order with us , you were given the option to come in to the shop and check out all the bouquets and arrangements. We also told you given time restrictions she would not be able to design on site. Even with this information You chose not to take advantage of this . You paid for 1 hour to set up your venue, ( she stayed for an extra 1/2 hours to help you ) When she was asked to call you she was just getting at the venue and it was not completely set up, she didn't have a chance to call before you chose to arrive . We take great pride in our wedding designs and are fortunate to have such a talented designer as Mindy. Others in the room commented on how beautiful the flowers were. Remember there are two sides to every Story.
Mindy has been so helpful to us throughout the whole process. She offered her professional opinion respectfully, and wasn’t frazzled when I had a change of heart for our arrangements.

er creative ideas are so similar to mine, once I gave her our colors she instantly started seeking out ideas that were just what I was imagining. When shipments of flowers didn’t come in properly just days before our wedding I started to panic, but Mindy immediately put together a bouquet of my dreams. I don’t know what she had in mind prior, but this was absolutely perfect. I’m pretty sure the flowers just speak for themselves. Thank you immensely Mindy for making our wedding day so special!!
