Well, Hello, there!! I’m Thaina Reynoso, owner and creator of DayDreaming Events & Décor Inc. I’m a hopeless romantic and always fall victim to a great love story. I love traveling, good food&wine, decorating, designing and anything that can stimulate my creative juices. Love the idea of planning a party, decorating a party, creating a theme, and making it come to life. Weddings always had a special place in my heart. Coordinating a wedding, putting it together to make it an unforgettable moment for a couple was an idea a girl can only dream of. And here I am, making those dreams come true.

I cannot recommend Thania enough! She was my month-of planner, but from the very beginning, she went above and beyond. She was always available to answer any vendor questions I had and made sure every detail was accounted for. She personally reached out to all my vendors, confirmed what they needed, and coordinated their arrival times based on setup requirements—something that took a huge weight off my shoulders for the Type-A personal I am!
On the day of the wedding, she executed everything flawlessly, handling last-minute decisions with ease and always advocating for what I wanted. Thanks to her, my wedding day was completely stress-free, and I was able to truly enjoy every moment.
If I had to do it all over again, I would absolutely hire her for the entire planning process, not just month of. She is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, proactive, and on top of every detail. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is organized, professional, and truly invested in making your vision come to life, look no further than DayDreaming Events & Decor. I would give her more stars if I could!

Thaina, i am SO SO grateful for you! Our wedding legit surpassed my dreams and you were a big part of making that happen. EVERYONE loved you and commented on how on top of everything you were. Marla said you were one of the best planners she worked with and it made me (someone who doesn’t stay calm often) feel totally at ease and confident you had everything covered. Amazing planner! I felt like I was talking to a friend but very profesional at the same time! My wedding day was perfect and the timeline went just how we talked about! I worked in the industry too and it was hard for me to trust and find somebody but Thaina made it so easy from day 1! She’s very sweet 💜

Let me just start by saying I couldn’t of made it through my wedding month without Thaina’s help and expertise. I hired her for my month of wedding planner and by the time she took over I was more than ready for her to take over. Thaina was so professional and very easy to work with. She was very reliable and responsive. I had to get my tables set up last minute because I was not thinking of chairs, chargers and decor but Thaina really helped me tie it all together. We’re really grateful for her and her team. Working with Thaina also put me at ease and reduced my stress substantially. Thaina completed our timeline, worked with our vendors and kept everyone on schedule. Thaina has the temperament, professionalism, character and expertise to take on any event. I would recommend her to anyone planning an event.

Thaina and her team were absolutely amazing! She was always available to discuss our ideas and plans, provide advice and just guide us in general. We did a destination wedding, and she was beyond awesome with coordinating with us (collecting wedding items, virtual tour of the venue with us, meeting with us the week leading to the wedding..). We trusted her 100% because she was very dependable, transparent with us and also she listened to our needs and our global vision. The team's professionalism is noteworthy and their positive energy released our stress the weeks before the wedding and the day off. As a bride, I was totally relaxed on the day off and also very pleased. Because of Thaina and her team, we were able to enjoy our day and spend an unforgettable time with our friends and families who travel from across the US and the world. Thaina was absolutely amazing helping plan my daughter’s Quince. We had 3 months to do it all. She was on top of everything helping with vendors and services. On the week of the event she called to check in and I asked her if we were having a party on the weekend because I was so relaxed. Needless to say, on the day of the event everything was pure perfection. The party was a success. Thank you and you are absolutely the best!

was hesitant in hiring a wedding planner/coordinator at first, because I thought I could do it all alone, but am I glad that I hired Thaina! Her and her team exceeded my expectations! Thaina and her team we’re absolutely, positively amazing on my daughters big day!!! The wedding turned out to be a fairy tale dream that came true. I am so happy that I chose Thaina and her team! They went above and beyond to make my husband and my day so special. I planned a wedding from another state (14 hours away) and Thaina was patient and thorough in her virtual meetings, text messages and phone calls. Even with all the changes and hiccups that happened, Thaina and her team rolled with the punches and did everything in their power to make the day a delight. She was punctual and efficient. You will not be disappointed if you choose her and her staff. Devon and myself want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the work that you did. Words cant describe how AMAZING Thaina and her crew are. Planning a wedding is extremely stressful when dealing with guests and vendors. The biggest mistake I made was not hiring Thaina sooner. As soon as I did she was on top of everything. Thaina was very organized and made sure everything happened exactly as envision. Thaina went above and beyond her duties and was very professional. All the vendors afterwards told me how refreshing and amazing Thaina was during the entire event. Thaina was very Affordable-which is a plus considering how all the expenses add up! Sometimes you need to release stress that sometimes you can't control (like the weather). I called Thaina just to vent and it was amazing! I felt like I made a friend for life and I'm so thankful that she was apart of my special day. If their was any issues with the Vendors I had no idea it was going on. Everything was extremely smooth and stress free. If you are BRIDE do yourself a favor and just meet with Thaina you will see for yourself just how gifted she is. If you are have a wedding I recommend Thaina and her crew to everyone.

Thaina is the BEST decorator and coordinator there is. She answered every single one of my emails and questions. She never let me feel like I was bothering her and always gave me her real opinion. She went above and beyond what I could have ever asked for. She is so passionate and truly loves what she does. My wedding day was everything I could have ever asked for and more. I loved every minute of it. She made sure I was always have a great time and that I didn’t need anything. She kept my bridal party on track and remained professional throughout the entire day. I honestly recommend her to everyone and I will forever brag about everything she did.
