NYE House Party with Dayton Bartending Co. made our New Year's Eve celebration unforgettable! Their service was not only reasonably priced, but also top-notch in every way. Devin, the bartender, arrived right on time and kept the party energy alive well past midnight. The drinks were delicious, and having a professional bartender ensured a fun and safe environment for all our guests. I'm so grateful for their exceptional service and will definitely be reaching out to them first for future events. Highly recommended!

Our bar tender was amazing. She had no problem handling everything we had brought & even a specialty drink. We had brought in our own liquor and just left it at the bar. Shw arrived and jumped into action. She said " no worries" i've got this"

We hired Dayton Bartending Co for our June 2024 wedding and were very pleased with the results! They were easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding, provided us with a guideline for how much alcohol to purchase since we were doing it ourselves, and were great the day of the wedding as well!

Charlotte was great to work with. She was willing to call me and clearly explained everything about how the night would go and pricing. She worked with us on creating cocktails for the wedding. Our guests loved them! We received a lot of compliments from guests about how great the two bartenders were. They kept up with 215 guests and never stopped smiling. The set up and tear down after were seamless. I am so glad we went with this company!

I am the Special Events Manager at a Cincinnati, Ohio non-profit. We hosted a fundraising event where Dayton Bartending Co. came to be our bartending service. I've used other bartending services in the past, but Dayton has been the best by far. They went above and beyond expectation! We had A LOT of drink options as we had a ton donated, and they set up the bars and helped us promote the donated drinks, vs the ones we could possibly return. This was huge since we were trying to keep to a budget and low cost. They worked so hard and even helped carry in the left overs into the place where we were storing them after the event. They were professional and helped us with our shopping list too, as we were purchasing the drinks ourselves. I would definitely recommend this bartending service!

I usually don’t do reviews because I believe if you don’t have something nice to say don’t say it at all, but this was unacceptable to say the least. We used Dayton Bartending last weekend for our wedding and it was a complete joke. They arrived over 30 mins late which was 20 minutes before our Ceremony started and guests were waiting around for drinks. They were telling guests we didn’t have certain alcohol even though we abosulety did. They didn’t have “time” to look through the inventory of alcohol purchased. They handed out shots when we told them NO shots for guests. Around 8:30pm we had guests coming up to my husband and I asking why the bar was already closed. We spoke to the bartenders and they told us that a ton of people were belligerent drunk which is absolutely not true and that others were coming into the kitchen and taking bottles of alcohol, they told us they would not serve anymore guests and that they were leaving……I specifically told the bartenders through The Knot messenger that the bridal party will be coming into the kitchen to take shots of our own alcohol because we were not giving out shots at the bar. They packed up and left 2 hours early after being paid to be there for 5 hours. We were left with no bartenders on my wedding night at 9:00pm. To top it off they called our venue when they left and reported that items were being stolen and people were beyond drunk and recommend that our WEDDING be shut down. What type of people try to do this? The items that were being “stolen” were bottles of alcohol that WE purchased ourselves. Overall the company was a complete joke and I wish we would have chosen a different bartending company as the remainder of my wedding night was ruined.

Absolutely phenomenal job!! Went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Very responsive, and we loved their personality. Our wedding couldn't have been as great as it was without their help.

We got married in June and we used Dayton Bartending. We didn’t get to talk to our bartenders, but we heard they were great!!

She was so informative, so helpful, and just overall wonderful. She answered any questions I had, helped get our quantity list worked out, offered great suggestions, etc. Our bartenders the day of were equally as wonderful. So kind and friendly to all of our guests. Kept us informed on how our stock of drinks were and even offered to go out and buy more if we needed it! Its two weeks after the wedding, and our guests continue to tell me how great the bartenders were. A huge thank you to Dayton Bartending Co for being one of the best vendors we've ever worked with!!!!

We can’t thank DBC enough for helping our day/night be so perfect. Gabi and Kaetlyn greeted guests with a smile all night and kept drinks flowing. Dayton Bartending Co was very responsive when I first made an inquiry. Being unfamiliar (first time wedding to plan for) with what is required, Charlotte from DBC was very helpful in what our options were and how the process will unfold. She also was prompt with follow up. On the day of the wedding, I did not have to do anything. Charlotte was very friendly to all guests, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she was doing.

Charlotte and Dayton Bartending Co. were an absolute blessing when it came to my event. I had hired a bar tender, and last minute the plans fell through. After reaching out to a large bartending company and not liking what I was told, I contacted Charlotte. Now, when I tell you that Charlotte gave me complete transparency and honesty, I mean that 1000%. Charlotte was even kind enough to break down all of my liquor, beer, seltzer and mixer quantities so I knew exactly how much to buy. You will not go wrong when picking this company. The wedding industry can learn some things from Dayton Bartending, and the fact that they are a woman owned and ran business is even better!

Our alcohol delivery from a third party was two hours late, but despite the quick time crunch, the girls with DBC were able to still get everything set up and presentable in record time! They were great with communication and self-sufficient, which when it comes to your wedding day, that’s what you need in a vendor. Would highly recommend them!

They were on time, people were getting through the line quickly and they even offered to help with cleanup towards the end of the night, among other things. What an incredible experience we had with Dayton Bartending Co! So many of our guests commented on how gracious and on top of things they were and we couldn't have asked for a better night for our daughter's wedding! From set up to tear down and serving 130 guests, Kaetlyne was top notch. We will definitely use them again!

They were so personable and also ready to serve the next guest! They kept the line moving so most guests weren’t standing in line forever. I would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married or having a party!

Dayton Bartending Co was one of the first vendors that I put a deposit down with. They were very responsive and very nice to talk with. However, the day of the wedding wasn't the best experience. After having a final meeting with them and discussing logistics, they didn't seem to know what they were supposed to do the day of the wedding. They also did not come dressed appropriately for our style of wedding (cocktail attire) despite the mention of formal attire in their Knot description. Lastly, I asked specifically that they not make drinks that weren't on the menu provided but they ended up making shots for guests even after a reminder from my Maid of Honor that it was something I specifically asked them not to do. While they made decent drinks and were nice, they did not really listen to what we wanted as a couple which was disappointing.

I highly recommend Dayton Bartending Co for weddings or other events! With my initial online inquiry, Charlotte immediately responded to my request for assistance. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the wedding venue which helped in determining the services we would need. Our bartenders, Molly and Lisa, were prompt setting up both the bar area and our beverages before the wedding, and were very professional and friendly. They kept the lines of our guests moving with no extended wait and everything well stocked. Their service included taking care of clean up at the end of the evening with no hassles, no worries. If you need drink suggestions, she has them. If you're unsure of the quantity to buy, she can tell you how much you need!

Let me just say that the Dayton bartender company took the stress away from me. They contacted me daily and talk to me about details and costs and what I was looking for. She was on time and so professional and everyone loved her. I would truly recommend this company. Also my favorite part was the bar menu that was hand written.

Charlotte with Dayton Bartending Co. serviced our wedding on 9/19. I believe we were her first or one of her first events and you never would have known! She arrived on time at the time we agreed upon & unpacked the alcohol we had delivered. She took it upon herself to find some chalk and decorate our menu board (that I totally forgot about). She interacted all evening with our guests and the bar was an absolute hit! She is extremely personable and knows how to engage and interact with the guests. Our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about her personality and her bartending services. She was quick in serving drinks and we had zero complaints about wait time or anything like that.
