Dazzling Prom and Bridal Collection

om slapping his face or cussing him out. My niece said dont you think I know I am big. She was about to cry.He left us with another man that never said a word to us and we had to help ourselves. She tried on several dresses but she was Soo hurt she could not enjoy her experience. We went to Dream Gowns in PC and found the dress. I would never recommend this store to anyone. We wonder why our girls have self esteem issues. I don't wish bad on people but carma is a B.

sses and was walking around in a dress to see how it felt AND THEM we heard "She's gotta get dressed right now! We have a funeral to get to and we are gonna be late. If she wants the dress she needs to decide now so I can write it up." I told my daughter to go inside and change and then the Owner said - "where are you from" - I told her...."does she want the dress" - I told her we would not be making a decision that fast. I guess she was willing to be late to a funeral if someone wanted to pay for a dress right away....SHE WAS HATEFUL AND RUDE. She had seen us in there for 30 minutes and NOT ONCE did she or anyone say you only have 30 minutes to shop - we are closing. She apparently does not trust her staff to keep the store open....she was HATEFUL. I even spoke with her husband about ordering a dress in a different size and NEVER ONCE did he or anyone else say you only have 30 minutes to shop. An event such as shopping for a prom dress should be special for a child.....NOT have to deal with RUDE people....especially and owner or a shop. This is a local shop and you would think that she would have more manners but I WILL NEVER, NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!! I will certainly not be returning. She didn't ruin my child's complete day but for those moments it was not a pleasant experience for a day that was to be special. BUT.....GUESS WHAT.....IT WORKED OUT GREAT!!!! WE WENT TO A LOVELY PLACE IN DOTHAN.....FORMALLY YOURS WHERE THE STAFF WAS AWESOME. They helped pick out a beautiful gown which we purchased! Thank you!!!!!!! I should have looked online before I went to the shop in Bonifay. Apparently I am not the first one to experience this. How do you stay in business when you are RUDE.

to a man who i am assuming is the owners husband, the lady comes out and tells us that bridal dresses are by appointment only and that we would not be seen today even though there was absolutely no one in the store at the time. when asked about my budget and what style i was looking for she laughed in my face and said that there was no way i would ever find what i was looking for in my price range and told me the cheapest one in the style i am looking for is twice what i able to spend and told me that i would have to do layaway. i was also told that they do not do any bridal appointments on weekends and when i made a comment about not being able to get off work during the week she quickly changed her story to "i guess we can work with you on a saturday", yet would not unlock the doors after making the phone call to even let us look at a single dress.

oke! She offered to take $3.00, yes I said it, for multiple dresses that cost over $1400. That wouldn't even cover the taxes! She asked one of my daughter's friends what her mother did for a living, NONE of her business! Not only that, but the sales consultant only gets $5. commission per dress! DO NOT visit this shop! It is over priced and ridiculous. I don't even want to give her a star, but it is required.

I needed to have one and it wasn't on their website. So she got an attitude about that. she insisted on being the one to help me into the dress I tried on and even unbuckled my bra for me without asking which I found very inappropriate! As I was viewing myself with the dress on in front of the mirror and critiquing it, she was strongly trying to push her opinion on what I should get and made me feel like I was being too picky in a very rude way. Overall the selection was horrible, as the customer doesn't get to look at the dresses, she just went and got some dresses for me. She doesn't allow photos so you can't compare the dresses you try on there to other dresses you try on somewhere else which I found very unhelpful.Overall, a HORRIBLE experience with HORRIBLE service and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!
