Telly at I Do was beyond helpful. She made the experience. From the time you walk in until the time you pick out your dress you truly feel like family. They have dress options that is most likely in your time frame & makes sure it will come in before you try it on too! I 100% recommend going to “I Do” in Montgomery, AL!!

Mrs. Bonnie and Bethany were extremely helpful and professional. They truly made me feel special and I had a great experience! They had a huge selection of bridal gowns and all were beautiful. So excited to wear my dress on my special day!

I had a bridal appointment on 2/24. I arrived a little before my appointment time and we started right at my appointment time. Even when the building was full of people, the workers there make sure each customer is helped and feels special. The main bonus about booking an appointment here at I Do Bridal is that they do not require a deposit fee for a bridal appointment. Justice was my bridal consultant and she was AMAZING. She was helpful and patient from the beginning until the end. I ended saying YES to a dress, and it would not have happened if it was not for Justice. Thank you Justice and the entire team at I Do Bridal. You all are amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this place for those who are searching for a wedding dress, prom dress, or any dress for a fancy occasion.

I can not recommend I Do Bridal and Formal enough! 13/10 highly recommend going here! From the moment you walk in the doors they are so welcoming & inviting and truly just make you feel so excited for you appointment. I was going wedding dress shopping for my April 2024 wedding & decided to go ahead and book just to get an idea of what I liked to know what I really wanted, that was my only plan for the day. HOWEVER, I ended up leaving with my dream dress & veil and many many tears of joy were shed, ESPECIALLY when they dimmed the lights, I could not control my joy of finding THE dress of my dreams. I have never felt more beautiful in my whole life. Majority of the consultants were in there as well and kept complimenting me, not in a type of “we’re complimenting because we want you to buy this” but in a 100% authentic, honest, and genuine way. They truly made me feel even more beautiful & confident in it. EVERYONE needs to go here, seriously! If I could relive this day over and over again I would 🥹

my coordinator was 10/10 and fantastic, the dress selections were gorgeous and plentiful, and they were budget friendly! The rooms are well lit and everything was very nicely decorated! The prices range and are great for any budget. I'm not plus size, but I noticed that they do have a big collection for my curvy girls out there, and the dresses are gorgeous! I wasn't planning on buying a dress when I walked in that day, but I walked out very impressed and happy, and I said yes to the dress!

The bridal crew at I Do Bridal are absolutely amazing, as well as the dress selections. I came in from Central Florida to get a dress in my hometown of Mobile and happened to have additional family with me - the ladies were accommodating to this and allowed each of them to be involved. I met with JoAnna prior to my appointment to look at some of the gowns and see if I thought I could find “the one” among the dresses they offered. If I’m being completely honest I didn’t have much confidence. What I thought I wanted I didn’t immediately see, but JoAnna was patient with me and allowed me to look at all of the gowns, taking notes and listening to my vision and what I wanted. I came back a few days later with my mom, and I can now say that I believe I found “the one” with JoAnnas help! My mom and I picked out almost 10 different styles all the while JoAnna listened to our critiques of each, eventually asking us if she could pull something for me to try. As soon as I put it on I felt it. That feeling of “this is me, this looks amazing and I FEEL amazing”. I’m going to be back in a month or so when I’ve reached my goal weight, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at I Do Bridal. It’s such a lovely, chic boutique with the cutest pink fitting room and I can’t say enough about JoAnna. She came in on her day off to take care of me and make sure I found the right dress for me! If I could rate 0 starts, I would. The rudest consultants I have ever met in my life, and I have worked as a bridal consultant and stylist for 7 years. Refused to allow the bride to try on a veil after asking multiple times, despite the other bride in the same room being able to try on as many veils as she wanted. I could understand if there was a rush of clientele, however there was plenty of stock remaining on the racks, and plenty of consultants at the desk. The bride did request that one of her bridesmaids be in the dressing room to help her get in and out of gowns, for her own privacy and comfort. She was denied and told that only the consultants would help her. No bride deserves to be treated this way, and I hope that something happens within this business to make CERTAIN that no bride is treated this way again.

I highly recommend I Do Bridal! I was referred there by a friend and decided to go, even though I was sure I wasn't going to find anything since it was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses. They were so helpful, and I ended up walking out with my dream dress in no time! They were lovely to work with and helped us go through the process very quickly! If you’re looking for the TLC “Say Yes to the Dress” experience, this is your place! The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. They took the time to sit down and get to know me before my appointment, and carefully helped me choose my beautiful wedding dress. I don’t think any other store in the state carried my unique dress. My daughter and I had the most wonderful experience a couple of months ago when we visited this salon for her wedding gown. She had a very specific vision in mind for her gown and after spending hours browsing online, I wasn’t sure that we would find what she had envisioned. At “I Do”, the selection was great, the consultant went above and beyond, and she and the store manager basically custom designed her gown by selecting the skirt, bodice, and sleeves to give her the gown of her dreams! Today, we returned to shop for bridesmaid and mother-of-the-bride dresses and the owner was so gracious and helpful in assisting us to find the perfect dresses to compliment the bride’s gown. I highly recommend this salon for stress-free wedding shopping. The customer service is amazing.

I can’t say enough good things about I Do and the girls there! My experience was everything I’ve ever dreamed of. It was clean and decorated beautifully. They have a large selection of dresses to look through and I loved that I could go through and look at the dresses myself and choose ones that I wanted to try on as well as them choosing some for me. I had the pleasure of working with Sunshine and she is actually the one who chose the dress that I would end up picking. She was amazing and never once made me feel out of place. Let me just start by saying that this place made my wedding dress shopping SO fun. They were extremely helpful and they are very fair priced. I went dress shopping the weekend before in Birmingham and I left very anxious. But after I left I do Bridal, I left with not only a dress but an experience I was happy with.

Haley was absolutely amazing! I did not have a clue of what style dress I wanted. She went above and beyond to give me different style dresses, so I could figure out what I liked and didn’t like. She was so support in the dressing room really helping me every step of the way. She stated so positive and encouraging the entire process. The manager was very helpful and even made me think about removing something from the dress which will make it my own. The owner was stunning as well and accommodating. I truly appreciate her patience and helping making this decision one my close love ones could enjoy. As soon as I entered I was greeted. They were busy but everyone was receiving undivided attention. I had a great experience with I Do! I went in not expecting to get a dress my first try but I found the perfect one. I had an excellent time at I Do Bridal! The very first dress I tried on was THE dress, and it happened to fit like a glove. My consultant was so helpful and patient, and my dress actually came from her suggestion. I also found the perfect veil with them, and they were able to call the manufacturer and special order the length I wanted, as they didn’t typically carry it in store. I was slightly disappointed that I couldn’t take photos of the dresses I tried except for the one I purchased, but I understand that it is necessary for their contracts with certain vendors. I would totally recommend this shop for anyone looking for a personalized, intimate shopping experience and gorgeous dresses.

I showed the consultant a picture of what I wanted and she walked right over and pulled one that was just like it. I could not wait to try it on and I fell in love with it and said yes to that dress. But seriously could not recommend this place enough if you need somewhere to find your perfect dress. There are lots of options and styles to choose from!

I had the greatest time here. I felt very comfortable. Atmosphere was great. I had a great time picking out and trying on dresses. The ladies that work there were beyond nice and caring and super helpful. I knew for sure the dress I wanted. I got all the information I needed to get my dress and was very happy with it. They made sure it was perfect size and fit. I had the greatest time shopping here, I absolutely recommend this store!

I had an amazing experience here at I Do Bridal and Formal! My mother and my grandmother had so much fun and felt completely comfortable with browsing the store for dresses. Everything went so smoothly and I ended up finding the one on the first day of trying on! The ladies were extremely knowledgeable of all different styles and especially what I had in mind. I highly recommend this place for your dress shopping.

I had an AMAZING experience with I Do Bridal! I am a plus size bride so I was so incredibly nervous about dress shopping, but they made us feel right at home, very comfortable and easy to talk to. So many other consultants and even the owner came in to talk to us throughout our appointment and suggest things so it was definitely a team effort to find my dream dress! It's a small store, but I think it adds to that cozy and more personal feel! Our wedding is in November and I cannot wait to finally wear my dress!

I booked 2 appointments, 2 weeks apart from each other to make a clear decision and she remembered so many things that I had said in my first appointment. I have never shopped anywhere I felt so welcome and at home. Lexi is THE BEST and pretty much made the experience unforgettable. I walked in discouraged, because I had just left another dress shop where they didn't take the time to fit the dress to my body or anything.... so I walked in a little discouraged, thinking I would need to get a different style dress than I originally wanted, because of how unconfident I felt in the ones they put me in at the other place, and Lexi honestly saved the day, my confidence, and my dream to having this certain kind of wedding dress at my wedding. This is the best little place to find a wedding dress, with the best staff!

Perfect day. I came with my mom, mammaw, and two best friends and it was a wonderful experience. They were so polite and kind and really took their time helping me find the perfect dress. After I found THE ONE (yay). They let me stay in the dress and just soak it in for like 15 minutes. We all had a glass of complimentary champagne. It was a great experience!! So excited to wear my dress in January! It is seriously the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen!

Savannah was AMAZING!!! The room my family/friends were in was so adorable and I was able to try on several dresses and she even put a veil and belt on me so I could invision how i will look on my wedding day. Everyone was great and I highly recommend! Beautiful dresses :)

Experience of a Lifetime!! I am so glad I chose to make I Do Bridal the first stop on my search for the perfect dress. My experience was everything I imagined it would be and more. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I never felt out of place or pressured about anything. My consultant was AMAZING!!! She really listened to what I was envisioning. I was so thrilled that they offered plus size dresses for me to try on. I have always been worried that my wedding dress shopping experience would be limited and stressful. I feared I wouldn’t be able to find a dress in my size. But that wasn’t the case at I Do Bridal!! My absolute favorite thing about the store was that I had a separate space away from the store crowd to try on the dresses. It was private with just me and my guests and my consultant. When I said yes to the dress, my consultant gave my guests and I a few minutes alone to celebrate and just really soak in the moment. I am so thankful for I Do Bridal for helping to make my dreams come true!!
