I had a bridal appointment on 2/24. I arrived a little before my appointment time and we started right at my appointment time. Even when the building was full of people, the workers there make sure each customer is helped and feels special. The main bonus about booking an appointment here at I Do Bridal is that they do not require a deposit fee for a bridal appointment. Justice was my bridal consultant and she was AMAZING. She was helpful and patient from the beginning until the end. I ended saying YES to a dress, and it would not have happened if it was not for Justice. Thank you Justice and the entire team at I Do Bridal. You all are amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this place for those who are searching for a wedding dress, prom dress, or any dress for a fancy occasion.

From the moment you walk in the doors they are so welcoming & inviting and truly just make you feel so excited for you appointment. I was going wedding dress shopping for my April 2024 wedding & decided to go ahead and book just to get an idea of what I liked to know what I really wanted, that was my only plan for the day. HOWEVER, I ended up leaving with my dream dress & veil and many many tears of joy were shed, ESPECIALLY when they dimmed the lights, I could not control my joy of finding THE dress of my dreams. I have never felt more beautiful in my whole life. Majority of the consultants were in there as well and kept complimenting me, not in a type of “we’re complimenting because we want you to buy this” but in a 100% authentic, honest, and genuine way. They truly made me feel even more beautiful & confident in it. EVERYONE needs to go here, seriously! If I could relive this day over and over again I would 🥹

my coordinator was 10/10 and fantastic, the dress selections were gorgeous and plentiful, and they were budget friendly! The rooms are well lit and everything was very nicely decorated! The prices range and are great for any budget. I'm not plus size, but I noticed that they do have a big collection for my curvy girls out there, and the dresses are gorgeous! I wasn't planning on buying a dress when I walked in that day, but I walked out very impressed and happy, and I said yes to the dress!

The bridal crew at I Do Bridal are absolutely amazing, as well as the dress selections. I came in from Central Florida to get a dress in my hometown of Mobile and happened to have additional family with me - the ladies were accommodating to this and allowed each of them to be involved. I met with JoAnna prior to my appointment to look at some of the gowns and see if I thought I could find “the one” among the dresses they offered. If I’m being completely honest I didn’t have much confidence. What I thought I wanted I didn’t immediately see, but JoAnna was patient with me and allowed me to look at all of the gowns, taking notes and listening to my vision and what I wanted. I came back a few days later with my mom, and I can now say that I believe I found “the one” with JoAnnas help! My mom and I picked out almost 10 different styles all the while JoAnna listened to our critiques of each, eventually asking us if she could pull something for me to try. As soon as I put it on I felt it. That feeling of “this is me, this looks amazing and I FEEL amazing”. I’m going to be back in a month or so when I’ve reached my goal weight, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience at I Do Bridal. It’s such a lovely, chic boutique with the cutest pink fitting room and I can’t say enough about JoAnna. She came in on her day off to take care of me and make sure I found the right dress for me! If I could rate 0 starts, I would. The rudest consultants I have ever met in my life, and I have worked as a bridal consultant and stylist for 7 years. Refused to allow the bride to try on a veil after asking multiple times, despite the other bride in the same room being able to try on as many veils as she wanted. I could understand if there was a rush of clientele, however there was plenty of stock remaining on the racks, and plenty of consultants at the desk. The bride did request that one of her bridesmaids be in the dressing room to help her get in and out of gowns, for her own privacy and comfort. She was denied and told that only the consultants would help her. No bride deserves to be treated this way, and I hope that something happens within this business to make CERTAIN that no bride is treated this way again.

I highly recommend I Do Bridal! I was referred there by a friend and decided to go, even though I was sure I wasn't going to find anything since it was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses. They were so helpful, and I ended up walking out with my dream dress in no time! They were lovely to work with and helped us go through the process very quickly! If you’re looking for the TLC “Say Yes to the Dress” experience, this is your place! The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. They took the time to sit down and get to know me before my appointment, and carefully helped me choose my beautiful wedding dress. I don’t think any other store in the state carried my unique dress. This place is very special! I can’t say enough good things about I Do Bridal & Formal. We loved them so much, we went back and purchased accessories, a bridesmaid dress, and two tuxedos from them. My daughter and I had the most wonderful experience a couple of months ago when we visited this salon for her wedding gown. She had a very specific vision in mind for her gown and after spending hours browsing online, I wasn’t sure that we would find what she had envisioned. At “I Do”, the selection was great, the consultant went above and beyond, and she and the store manager basically custom designed her gown by selecting the skirt, bodice, and sleeves to give her the gown of her dreams! Today, we returned to shop for bridesmaid and mother-of-the-bride dresses and the owner was so gracious and helpful in assisting us to find the perfect dresses to compliment the bride’s gown. I highly recommend this salon for stress-free wedding shopping. The customer service is amazing.

I would also like to say that I did not come in wanting a veil because I have never liked tulle. Olivia went and got one and as soon as I put it on I cried. Absolutely fell in love. I can’t say enough good things about I Do and the girls there! My experience was everything I’ve ever dreamed of. It was clean and decorated beautifully. They have a large selection of dresses to look through and I loved that I could go through and look at the dresses myself and choose ones that I wanted to try on as well as them choosing some for me. I had the pleasure of working with Sunshine and she is actually the one who chose the dress that I would end up picking. She was amazing and never once made me feel out of place. They are all very helpful and informed about the dresses and accessories that they carry. They were such a huge help through this process and I can’t thank them enough! Such an amazing experience!! Olivia and Jessica were absolutely phenomenal!! I went in wanting a specific type of dress, but ended up not finding one that I truly loved in that style. Jessica had picked out an absolutely gorgeous dress that I loved, but I still wasn't 100% sure. Then I tried on the last dress that Olivia had found for me, and I fell in love with it!! I had the best experience at I Do Bridal! My appointment was with Olivia who was so sweet and listened to all of my concerns and comments. She helped calm my nerves, and I felt myself and my guests could be ourselves with her. All the staff was popping in from time to time, listening to what I didn’t like about a dress, and going to pull more options for me according to what I did and did not like about a dress. Very attentive! They even stayed past closing time to make sure I didn’t feel rushed and got to find my perfect dress. Best experience ever!
