DC Rental

Great customer service! We rented linens from Claudia and she was so flexible in helping with the pickup and drop off. I even changed my mind in the airport on the way to our honeymoon about the return option we selected and Claudia helped me resolve this through email in a matter of minutes! Would definitely recommend DC Rentals and especially Claudia!

This place was great. Claudia made sure that we had everything that we needed and was very responsive to emails. I would definitely recommend her (and DC Rental) for your party rental needs!

We used DC Rentals for our chairs for the ceremony and the reception (at the Hotel Monaco in Alexandria), for our table linens, charger plates, and napkins. The linens were absolutely beautiful and the napkins and charger plates they had were beautiful and worked perfectly with my color scheme and vision of my wedding. I did have a planner for the entire wedding process (Lindsey Farrell of Kelley Cannon Events) so I did not have much contact with DC Rentals, but I worked with them for the selection of the rental pieces and they were professional and friendly and the prices seemed reasonable for the quality of the rentals. I would absolutely use them in the future for any event I was hosting.

I used DC Rental for the tables/chairs and linens at our recent wedding. The equipment itself was fine, everything was exactly what I expected to be and the delivery guys brought/picked it up on time. My issue was with Jennifer who was the woman that put together my contract; she was my only point of contact. She was very unresponsive to MANY emails and it became so frustrating I had to have my then fiance step in and contact her. Additionally some very basic contract items were missed or miscalculated and had we not caught them, would have caused an issue the day of. Example; too few chairs and wrong table/linen size combinations. All of that said, the company itself is very well known, reputable, and fairly reasonably priced. I would simply advise asking for a different representative...

My husband and I are both in the restaurant industry, and DC Rental came highly recommended. At first they were hesitant to work with us (we did everything ourselves) as they normally work with caterers. However, their staff was extremely patient and helpful. They had a great selection of tableware, bar tools, linens, you name it! We worked with Kathleen who paid great attention to detail. She was always one step ahead of us thinking of details which we had overlooked. Without her we wouldn't have been able to pull off our do-it-yourself wedding so smoothly!

DC Rental had by far the lowest rates I could find on chiavari chairs: $4.85/chair, and I have read since then that some people have gotten as low as $4.50/chair. Just call them up and ask for the best deal possible on chairs. My caterer could not supply chairs for any less than $6.50/each. I also rented linens through DC Rental, and while the rates aren't AS amazing, they have a huge selection and you can visit the warehouse to look around.

DC Rental was great! I worked with Liz Waylen and she is fantastic we met a few times in their showroom to pull everything together! I used their chiavari chairs, table linens for my cocktail hour napkins and stemware for my reception. I had made numerous changes of the 2 years of planning and Liz never batted an eye at it. Very Positive experience!
