My dress bundle arrived quickly after ordering and Alma was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. I'm so glad I was able to try on dresses in the comfort of my own home once I had narrowed down what I was looking for, after a few unsuccessful traditional try-ons. Dearly Beloved offers a fantastic service for brides who are not looking for the traditional dress try-and-buy experience.

I found Dearly Beloved Bridal while shopping for a wedding dress on StillWhite, and I am so glad that I did! I found the perfect dress for me at an amazing price, and their listing on StillWhite was very helpful and descriptive with clear pictures and a video that showcased all the intricate details of the dress itself. I was sold! Once I had decided that this was the dress for me, I messaged Dearly Beloved Bridal, and they asked for my measurements to make sure that the dress would fit, a very smart move considering I am buying this dress online without ever trying it on! I continued through with the payment on StillWhite, which was very easy with PayPal, BUT I had accidentally sent it to the wrong address! Naturally, I started freaking out and I ended up calling Dearly Beloved Bridal through the phone number on their website, and my mistake was fixed so easily! I even ended up calling a few more times (I started freaking out again once I got a shipment confirmation email with the wrong address) and each time they were so patient and sweet with me. Shipping was amazingly fast (maybe like 4 days?) and the dress was in excellent condition. This was such a great experience buying my dream dress from Dearly Beloved Bridal. I had gone to a few bridal shops in person before finding my dress being sold on StillWhite by them. I asked for additional information about the dress I was interested in and they sent me so many more photos and answered all questions. I bought my dress before I was out of town for a trip and they worked with me for extending the return policy because my dress was delivered while I was out of town (thanks UPS). Such a great experience overall!! Have already recommended them to some other people who are getting married soonish :)

I ordered my gown, a sample dress, from DBB through a StillWhite listing. The number of photos from all angles in excellent lighting was great, but what really sold me was the video of the dress which showed close-up detail and the excellent condition of zipper, buttons, etc. I knew this was my dress! The dress arrived in excellent condition - packaged carefully and shipped in a bridal dress bag. Communication was excellent - prior to making my purchase, I had several questions and someone from their team was quick to answer thoroughly. I can't recommend Dearly Beloved Bridal more highly and have already told other brides about them.

Words can’t express how wonderful the service was and how beautiful all of the dresses were. I had a bad experience at David’s bridal and when I reached out I was a little worried. But, Alma called and talked with me a bit to get to know me and my story. When I got there it was very beautiful and I had my own room. I felt like a queen. Alma had all my dresses ready and was super excited to meet my soon to be mother-in law, sister and mom. Alma was very kind, and helpful and was always hyping (meaning good compliments) me up! After trying on all the dresses… I said yes to the dress. I would 100% recommend Dearly Beloved Bridal!

This bridal shop is amazing. I had some setbacks with my dress originally as it was way too far out of budget however it is my dream dress. I was so hurt thinking i wouldn’t be able to get it so I started looking online and found them selling the exact dress for an almost too good to be true price. I am beyond Appreciative for their service and consistency throughout the process. It took me a few months to be able to buy the dress, but to my surprise they still had it in stock when I was able to purchase it. I received my dress in a good timeframe. And surprise surprise when I got the dress it was perfect exactly as expected except the tulle isn’t plain like the one I tried on this one has SPARKLES. I didn’t even know this dress came with sparkling tulle but it was a lovely surprise and it’s a personalization offered for this dress by the designer so the fact that this one already it made this even more a dream come true. I definitely recommend them!

Amazing experience! I was scared of ordering online and the whole try at home experience but I’m so glad I did!! I felt for this one dress that I was sure I was going to like but still when ahead and order 3 to try at home just to be on the safe side . Surprisingly I ended liking a different one . So I do recommend ordering 3 at least because once you try them on its a different feeling. Alma it’s the greatest!! So helpful and always available to answer questions. VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED! And you can have your little try at home wedding dress experience with your live ones!

Alma was so great from the very beginning! I saw my dress on Still White and I’m not a dramatic person, but my heart nearly fell out of my chest! When I realized it was in my city I had to try her on right away even though my wedding isn’t for another 16 months. Alma fit me in right away and also recommended I try on others and I did and found some things I really liked, but when I put my dress on I knew she was coming home with me. She was very professional, very comfortable to be around, getting to know a little bit about the wedding journey i was on so far. Found my dream dress on Still White on Dearly Beloved. I tried on a very similar dress at a boutique near my home for $3000. Same brand just a 2023 dress. I didn’t care what year it was from. I saw Dearly Beloved had a similar dress and I ordered it. They had a video and photos of it and were very kind and helpful. They also offered that you only pay shipping back if it isn’t for you - which was perfect. I knew it was my dress as soon as I took it out of the bag and it was $900 because it was a sample from last year - which I didn’t care! It was in excellent condition and even my seamstress said it was one of her favorite dresses of all time. Thank you for helping me find my dream dress at a price I could afford!

I am SO glad I found Dearly Beloved Bridal! After numerous trips to bridal boutiques in my area, I began to feel discouraged and started to dread the appointments. I knew the kind of dress I wanted and I knew what price range I wanted to stay within, but I wasn't finding anything that checked all of my boxes. After each appointment I would feel discouraged but always pushed myself to try somewhere else. So the process would repeat itself: I would go to a new store, meet a bridal consultant who would ask me all the questions, then stand (naked) with this new person in a fitting room as they helped me try on gowns and offered their two cents. A lot of the bridal consultants I worked with were very kind, but the process got old after a few trips. I stumbled upon stillwhite.com but was disappointed to see that most of the dresses did not have a return policy if the gown did not fit or you didn't like how it looked. There was no way I was going to purchase my wedding gown without trying it on first, so I gave up on that concept until I found Dearly Beloved Bridal. I was very impressed with the number of gowns they had on their website, particularly because I was interested in a very specific type of gown and they still had a great deal to choose from. I ordered three to try on and they were shipped the SAME DAY! Alma was so responsive and helpful throughout the process. I found myself checking their website once more as I waited for those dresses to arrive, and found a handful more that I wanted to try. I was able to order another shipment of dresses to try which was INCREDIBLE. I basically got to have a wedding dress shopping experience in the comfort of my own home, surrounded by only my closest family members and friends. It was a MUCH more relaxed and enjoyable experience to be at home rather than the boutiques where you are often pressed for time, restricted with the number of people you can bring, and sometimes surrounded by other brides/groups. I can't say enough good things about Alma and Dearly Beloved Bridal. They have excellent communication and are very transparent about their try-on process. They even sent dress clips which was SUPER helpful when some of the dresses didn't fit perfectly. It's a pretty great deal, all things considered. I am so thankful that I found Dearly Beloved Bridal and I will continue to share my positive experience in hopes that future brides may have a similar one!

I purchased my dream dress from Dearly Beloved Bridal! I could have not been more pleased by the experience I had today with the bridal consultant, Alma, whom I worked with. She was very sweet and encouraging. When I arrived at the shop today, all the dresses I selected from Stillwhite were nicely placed in my room. I came to try on dresses today with my mom and she answered all our questions and even helped my friends see the dresses over Facetime. My mother spoke Spanish and Alma did too, which made the selection process even more comforting since she was able to answer any questions we had in both English and Spanish. The level of professionalism, quick responses, and kindness from the staff at the shop and online through messages exceeded my expectations. I discovered this wonderful business through Reddit, and I am so glad I did. I walked away from the shop with the dress of my dreams, at a price that I could afford. I discovered DBB through Reddit and quickly learned that I was located in the same city at their bridal shop. After falling in love with one of their dresses online, they worked with me to schedule a time so I could try it on in person with my mom at their salon and have the traditional bridal try-on experience. It was a beautiful experience, and I got the (brand new, never-before-worn) dress of my dreams for less than a third of its retail price! I got my dress through Still White and Dearly Beloved Bridal was amazing! They were super prompt with their response and included many different pictures as well as a video showing the dress from all views. The dress was packaged very well, arrived quickly and was perfect- just as described! The seller also made sure my measurements were appropriate for the dress (smaller than the dress measurements so that the dress can be tailored) before selling to me. I'm so excited to get married in this dress!

We bought my dress last November, and to be honest, we both are in law enforcement careers and the overtime was so crazy, I got tired of planning a wedding I was not enjoying. So we Eloped! We have plans to do photos as that is the only thing I wanted was pretty pictures in a dress, so when we do those I will have to come and update. However, the dress was wonderfully made, beautiful and true to measurements! It fit perfectly and looks amazing, I am on the shorter side but my heels were perfect for making the length perfect to me! They are extremely thorough in their description of the dresses, provide videos of them on a dress form, answer questions on the messenger almost immediately, and even ask you to take your measurements to ensure you will be a good fit for the dress. I had some challenges with the PayPal app, and they were incredibly patient in making the sale go through. I am beyond thrilled with my purchase, and the dress turned out to be in far better condition than I could have imagined. Highly recommend- if I lived anywhere near their establishment, I would visit in person!

I had a great experience with Dearly Beloved Bridal. About a month before my wedding, I ended up needing to get a new wedding dress. I did not have a large budget or much time, so I decided to look into secondhand and discounted sample dress sites. I found Dearly Beloved Bridal and came across a dress on their site that I immediately fell in love with. I knew it was risky, but I went ahead and ordered the dress with the hope that it would make it in time and fit me okay. Not only did it come within just 3 days, but it was accurate to the posted measurements and fit me like a glove! I did have to get the dress hemmed and the back portion adjusted, but thankfully I had enough time to do so since it was delivered so quickly! I also really appreciated that they had a return option which allowed me to feel safer taking the risk of purchasing online. They were quick communicators and marketed with clarity. I am not entirely sure about the brand accuracy, but I was less attached to that and more attached to how the dress made me feel! If you are concerned about verified branding, I'm sure they would be glad to clarify. Overall, I would recommend this business based on my experience!
