We hired DBD a year in advance of my daughter's wedding. She started out strong with communication and availability. Then, three months before the wedding, DBD dropped out of contact. As one might imagine, that added undue stress to what had been a smooth and enjoyable experience. Over a period of 3-4 weeks, neither my daughter nor I received responses to our communication efforts; even when advising that the contract would be terminated if no response was received. Prior to that time, I was so confident in DBD, I paid her the final coordination payment prior to its due date. Needless to say, she retained the entire fee even after being terminated. Worse, DBD never acknowledged its professional fail, contract termination, or remorse for our need to retain another wedding coordinator and design team three months prior to the wedding. Upside: We were able to retain better professionals to give my daughter the wedding of her dreams.

Finding the right words to write about our gratitude and appreciation to Debbie Bender Design seems almost impossible. If i could give her and her team 100 stars I would! We started planning our wedding in 2019 for the Fall of 2020 every step of the way Debbie was their for us from decor, flowers, cake, vendors, etc she had it covered or knew the person for you to call. Due to Covid our fall wedding was shifted to a spring wedding in 2021 and even with that huge inconvenience Debbie was able to adjust her schedule to make it work for us. The wedding day was absolutely EVERYTHING and more then we could of imagined. Debbie and her team seriously made it perfect and everything was stunning. The attention to even the smallest of details made it a stress free day for everyone involved. I highly recommend Debbie Bender Design for your next event no matter what it may be

First, my credibility: I'm an experienced professional wedding DJ with years of entertaining sophisticated clients, hosting bridal expos and emceeing other high level events. My review: It is rare to witness such a high level of enthusiasm, coupled with expert communication and wrapped neatly with the ability to somehow be everywhere at once! My witnessed example of Debbie's service: In total 45+ people... Bride & Groom, Grandparents, Parents and Extremely Large Bridal Party. Venue staff, Caterer, Officiant, Florist, Cake Maker and DJ... We ALL became a tremendous team because of Debbie! If anyone had a question, she had an instant answer that was always on point delivered professionally. (she fielded 1000's of questions on rehearsal & wedding day alone) I also personally watched her deal with an unprofessional member of the wedding team with a perfect tactful approach and solved the problem. Her energy was high throughout the entire wedding event with a never failing and contagious smile even though her exertion level was on 11 for two days straight. All I could think was Energizer Bunny and I want some of what she's having! Debbie only hires the best to work with as witnessed with Whitney, her right hand last night. If you want experience, hire Debbie. If you want an extraordinary event experience, hire Debbie. If details are important to you, hire Debbie. I hired Debbie Bender Design for my daughter's wedding. We originally were only going to rent items from Debbie and take care of the decorating ourselves. After our first meeting, I knew we needed her for everything! The tables she designed were gorgeous and exactly what my daughter was looking for. I was truly amazed at how she transformed a simple room into a work of art! In addition to the decor, Debbie was our day of coordinator. We COULD NOT have made it through the day without her. She handled the many last minute changes, bumps, and issues with poise and grace. Debbie and her team made my daughter's wedding day perfect.

Debbie Bender Design made my day one of the most memorable ever. The creativity she added to my wedding was breathtaking. We're a military family and things are always so hectic. However, Debbie gave me a peace and confidence in knowing she was going to make our day special.

Nothing I can say could truly to translate the gratitude I have for Debbie and her team from the months leading up to and especially the day of my wedding. Even saying that Debbie is the best wedding planner that my husband and I could have ever asked for, doesn't even come close to covering it because she was and did so, so much more. From the moment Debbie came into my life, she not only made my wedding bueatiful, stress free, and more than I could have every dreamed of, but she also made the entire planning process less overwhelming and actually enjoyable! Debbie is a wedding planning life saver. I was reluctant to have a day-of coordinator because I figured that I could do everything by myself. but my mother insisted that we take that stress off of me and I sure am glad that she did. Debbie did literally everything in her power to make sure that my wedding day was perfect. She was there with me every step of the way. If I ever had any questions, I knew that I could just text her. If I wanted to change something for the wedding, she was always willing to help me make those changes. My wedding day was so stress-free because I knew that I could trust Debbie.
