Deborah has spent her entire career in the hospitality business. Through this experience she has been able to forge relationships with some of the best talent in the wedding industry. She is a preferred vendor for the Lessings Group, but also travels and works at many different venues throughout LI, and the tri-state area. She has years of experience with catering, off-premise parties, and destination events.

I don't think I could have ever planned this wedding on my own, and hiring a wedding planner was probably the best money I spent. Becca Risi was the wedding planner for my very good friend a few years ago and highly recommended working with Becca - and what an understatement that was.
I had absolutely no idea what I needed to do, what vendors to get, who to even look at and she was there guiding me every step of the way. She sent me such a wonderful selection of vendors for flowers, photography, hair, makeup, transportation, facilitated calls and contracts and every single vendor exceeded my expectations.
Becca is so kind, puts you at ease, endlessly patient and just a lovely person overall. We decided not to have a videographer, so she made sure to take video so I could see everyone walk down the aisle.
She was by my side for the entirety of my wedding day and made sure every thing went off without a hitch. Even if something arose, to no fault of her own, she was quick to make sure it didn't affect anything.
Becca is the absolute best, and I miss her already!

I don’t even know where to begin with Deb she is truly one of the nicest people I have ever met and never left my side from the second she arrived until she left. Without her I truly couldn’t imagine my wedding day going as smooth as it did. I felt so calm the entire day and big reason for that is because Deb had everything under control.
If I could have Deb around all the time, I would. She’s professional, caring, supportive, and was always on stand by whenever myself or any of my bridesmaids needed something.
If you’re looking for a wedding planning for your wedding, hire Deb. She won’t disappoint you and will make your big day even that much better!

If you are debating hiring a planner/coordinator, DO IT and hire Deborah and her team. I don’t think I would have survived my wedding without her. She is a seasoned professional and honestly a wonderful person to be around/ work with. I just love her so much! 10/10 recommend.

Kristin from Deborah Minarik Events was amazing! We hired her as a month of / day of coordinator and she was incredible! She made sure everything went smoothly every step of the way, was the main contact and coordinator for all vendors, and overall took away any possible stress for me and husband to fully be present and enjoy the day. On top of this, she was so kind and patient. She truly was amazing! Without her, our wedding day would not have turned out the way it did. Highly recommend!

We have heard a lot of stories about day of coordinators, and were hesitant to hire someone to help us with coordination. We worked with Kristin who went above and beyond to help us with everything we could need! From 3 months out she was available, made timelines, and reached out to vendors. She was instrumental the day of, making sure we had everything with us as well as coordinating a ton of behind the scene logistics. We appreciate her hard work so much and would recommend her to anyone!

Hiring Deborah Minarik Event was the best decision we made for our wedding! We had Becca Risi and she was absolutely incredible and played a pivotal role in making our day flawless. From the moment I met her, her warmth, kindness, and meticulous attention to detail was evident. She seamlessly handled every aspect of the day, allowing me, my husband, our friends, and family to simply enjoy every moment without a single worry.

We had Rebecca Risi from Deborah Minarik Events for our 6/8/24 wedding. Becca was incredible. She started about three months out from our wedding. Throughout those few months we had numerous phone/ video calls and she was always available for assistance. She is a true professional with tons of experience. She offered solutions to every pre-wedding hiccup. On the day of the wedding, she ran the show. She arrived at our getting ready location, had her assistant Lauren transport all my personal belongings and decor to the venue, steamed the bridesmaid dresses, offered me water and snacks as needed and made sure we were on time for departure to the venue. She carried a Mary Poppins bag with anything you could possibly ever want or need. Becca set up the processional and continued to make sure things were running smoothly and on time throughout the evening. Hosting a DIY wedding, I truly don't know what I would have done without her. I will miss our phone calls and texts as she is seriously the most calming and genuine person. A presence you would be remised to be without on your wedding day.

I would not have made it through my wedding day without Deb. We used her as a day of coordinator. I wasn’t stressed through the process until the last few weeks and was beyond grateful she was there to put together the timeline and take care of all the small details that I didn’t want to worry about. When she showed up on the day of, she immediately started getting things together for the flat lay for the photographer, organizing everything I needed to bring to the venue, and helped me fix something on the seating chart. After the first look, my dress was filthy at the bottom and she had someone there with everything needed to clean it up before I even had a minute to think about it. She went above and beyond and I can not imagine the day without her, she was an absolute superstar and I can’t recommend her enough!

From the beginning about a year before our weeding to the day of the wedding, Kristin was truly unbelievable to work with. She was our day-of-coordinator, but she was with us every step of the way. From making a wedding day timeline with countless revisions as new things popped up, to bouncing ideas off of her, to keeping on us track, the wedding would not have been even close to what it was without her. She is professional yet a friend, and of everything we did for our wedding, working with Kristin was without question the best decision we made. She kept the entire day running smoothly, from getting ready, to photos at the house, to making sure the men were on time, to the first look, photos at the venue, the ceremony, and the entire reception, she was truly the hero of the day. I can't imagine having our wedding without Deb! We opted for day of coordinator but she did so much more than just day of. We met at the venue a few months before the wedding to go over things and then she was all over vendor information leading up to the day. We tied the knot last week, and our wedding was an absolute dream, thanks to our Day-of-Coordinator (actually, she was with us for the month leading up to it), Becca. She's truly exceptional. Despite my meticulous organization, I still felt overwhelmed thinking about how everything would come together on the big day. But every time I spoke with Becca, my stress visibly eased. She exuded comfort and confidence, assuring me that she'd orchestrate our wedding flawlessly. Her attention to detail is remarkable; she anticipates every little thing you might overlook in the lead-up to your wedding and liaises directly with all your vendors to ensure everyone's on the same page. We hired Kristin as our day-of planner for our wedding on June 1, 2024, but it truly felt like she was with us every step of the way. Leading up to the wedding, we had multiple calls to perfect our timeline, and she effectively communicated all updates with our vendors.

Coming from someone who was so against spending money on this, my husband and I now both say she was so so worth it and we couldn’t imagine the day without having her. With having multiple stops to make, Deb made sure everything ran smoothly & kept everyone in check & being my right hand girl. Whatever i needed she was right there & even knew what i needed before i did. Didn’t have to worry about a single thing all day & she made sure we were taken care of & there were no hiccups. She was able to fix my sisters belt on her dress within minutes. There was nothing she wasn’t able to help with that day. So so so worth the money & she’s so amazing & sweet as well. Totally recommend using her to make a stressful day worry-free! Stephanie her office manager is also SO sweet & helpful, when creating the timeline & her gathering all of the info she made many recommendations, listened to me, and provided so much support in decision making. Fantastic experience from start to finish.

Having a Day-of-Coordinator was the best money I spent out of this whole wedding! We had Deborah as our coordinator, and she was so helpful! It was nice to know that I didn't have to worry about anything on the day. She could tell when I was exhausted and needed a break, when I needed to get out of my heavy dress because I was just uncomfortable after 10 hrs. of wearing it, when my husband was hangry and to bring him some food, kept us on the time schedule she created, confirmed all the information with vendors, and was so positive and happy the whole day. She was even able to come to our rehearsal the week before, which was so lovely because she could walk us through the entire ceremony. Literally, a blessing to have her help and assistance. Even my bridal party and family loved her! Just an amazing person all around.

From the moment we engaged their services, she exhibited a level of expertise that immediately put our minds at ease. She worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of our wedding day went off without a hitch. I happened to have a blue bandana that belonged to my matron of honor's father who passed away. So, Deborah worked her magic and she SEWED a blue heart from the bandana over my heart in my wedding dress. She even ran out and bought my husband shoe inserts, because my husband's feet were hurting from his shoes. We had no idea she even left and came back, she was AMAZING!

I had Kristin as my wedding planner and she was AMAZING! She helped me so much in the process of finding vendors, making timelines, communicating/coordinating with vendors, etc. She took away so much stress!! The day of went SO smooth thanks to her. She made sure everything was going according to plan and on time. She comes fully prepared with everything you could possibly need: mints, curling irons, shout, bobby pins, and so much more! She assisted me all day whether it was holding my bouquet, fixing my lip gloss, fluffing my dress/veil, bustling my dress. She even snapped some pics and video as the photographer was working his magic and sent them to me the next day so I could have a little sneak peek! She truly saved my life! Can't recommend enough!

Working with Becca from Deborah Minarik Events was hands down the greatest decision my husband and I made for our June 9, 2023 wedding. I plan events for a living, so I was skeptical about hiring someone to run the show day of, but Becca jumped right in and from the first conversation we had I knew I could trust her with our special day. Becca went above and beyond her responsibilities and jumped right in even before the wedding day to ensure all of our contracts and timelines were buttoned up. She is so kind but assertive where she needs to be, which is exactly what you need in a day of coordinator. I was sick on the day of our wedding and she made sure that I was hydrated, well fed, and that I never got low on Dayquil, cough drops, tissues and tea. As an event planner, I thought I would want to be involved in the run of show for our big day, but from the moment Becca arrived at the venue I knew I could just let go and relax. I was so calm and relaxed and its all thanks to Becca. Becca is truly a dream to work with and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

We got married on 7/15/2023 and used Deborah and her team for our day of coordinator. They were INCREDIBLE to work with. Honestly I don't think I would have survived the day without her, truly considering naming our first child Deb. Me and my mother did not have to worry about one thing having Deb with us at my wedding. She was available to answer any question I had leading up to my wedding and was always so reassuring that I was on track with everything planned. The day of she was there for literally everything and ensured that our timeline was on track. When it was too hot during photos for my and my husband, she knew when to call it for the photographers to give us a break; had water on hand for us to recharge. During the reception I wanted to change into vans sneakers I got for the day and I forgot socks, but you know who didn't forget socks...Deb. She had an extra pair handy! I could literally go on and on forever with how helpful she was, I truly couldn't imagine the day without her. If you want to enjoy your wedding from start to finish and not have to worry about one thing, then look no further than Deborah Minarik Events!!

You must hire Deb !! She did my day of coordination and it was the best choice I made! Her and Stephanie answered all my texts and emails. The day of the wedding, of course there were hiccups, and Deb was there to handle it. She bustled my dress, kept everything on schedule, made sure all the vendors knew the schedule, and packed up all our belongings so we had nothing to worry about. We got to enjoy our day thanks to Deb. I would recommend her to anyone that asks.
She also took some pictures and videos behind the scenes that I would not have if she didn’t share them. There is a video of me walking down the aisle from an angle no one else had and it’s my absolute favorite.

Deborah is SENSATIONAL!
Let me expand on that statement. Deb is a consummate professional who is calm no matter what how hectic the detail or what chaos is surrounding a situation.
My husband and I hired Deb to be our day of coordinator for our wedding and truly her services are priceless.
We hired Deb about a year prior to our wedding and from the start she treated us with such care and kindness and sent over THE MOST detailed "to do" list. Her list put my mind at ease inasmuch as our initial conversation.
The operative words here are caring and loving as that is just who Deb is. I spoke to countless day of coordinators prior to Deb and none of them listen the way in which Deb does. Deb listens and has an actual conversation with you, treating YOU and your moment with 10000 percent attention. No matter how many emails I sent to her and her team member Steph., no detail was too small!
A week before my wedding, Deb met my husband and I at our Venue. We walked away from the venue feeling like not one detail would be missed due to Deb's wisdom and experience. We actually were walking down the stairs of Westbury Manor and stated, "Wow! Deb is incredible and our wedding day will be like a symphony due to her skill!"
On the day of my wedding, Deb was with my husband and I from making sure our cars were on schedule to really coordinating the processional. I knew that if I needed anything she would be there and that feeling is priceless.
More than anything, I have meet a friend I will have for life; thank you Deb & Steph & Team!!!!!!!!!!!

We worked with Becca from Deborah Minarik events for day of planning and coordination and she was amazing. She not only went above and beyond to make the wedding day so smooth and enjoyable - she did a lot of pre-wedding work to ensure everything went well the day off. She connected with all our vendors and the venue and established a timeline that meant our families and wedding party knew exactly what was happening prior to the wedding for amazing photos and ceremony. I’d 11/10 recommend Becca and Deborah Minarik Events for your upcoming wedding.

I hired Stephanie as my day-of coordinator for my wedding and she truly exceeded all of my expectations. In the weeks leading up, she was in contact with all of my vendors and I really felt that I was able to trust that she had everything under control. She was organized, paid attention to every detail and set up everything exactly how I described. Unfortunately, it rained (downpoured) on the day of my outdoor ceremony and reception, but Stephanie was already working on plan B and was able to take control and handle everything! She even convinced the venue to allow things that they would not have permitted otherwise. I sincerely feel that she cared about making the day special and beautiful and I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. She was a pleasure to work with and hiring her was the best decision I made when planning my wedding.

I decided to look into a day of coordinator later in the wedding planning process. Everyone online had recommended Deb and her team, now I understand why! They said she was the best of the best, especially for the Bourne Mansion! Everyone was right! Deb took time to reassure me and listen to me vent during the hectic & stressful months leading up to the wedding. She guided me throughout the planning process and always made herself available for any questions/concerns I had. When wedding day came, she arrived to my hotel room and I immediately could relax knowing my wedding day was in good hands! It was so important to my mom and me (type A/controlling LOL) that we could be relaxed and hands off on wedding day. Deb made sure everything was taken care of (exactly how I had envisioned) and we were carefree. It was easy to let go of control and stay calm once I met Deb. My mom and I both agreed—we felt like queens! Deb even held the umbrella over my head when it started raining during our ceremony <3 If you are a bride and considering a day of coordinator/planning services, hire Deb! Kristin was the best investment I made during the whole wedding planning process. Even though Kristin was my day-of coordinator, she made regular check-ins months before the wedding day to ensure everything was on track. She's personable, funny, easy-going, and organized.

I had first met Deb when she was my friends day-of coordinator a few years back. I knew that when I got married, there was no one else for the job. While I only hired Deb as a day-of-coordinator, her and her team helped me throughout the planning process. They recommended vendors, helped me think about some logistical things, and created our day-of timeline. On my wedding day, Deb arrived early and literally was like a fairy godmother/Mary Poppins. She had everything we could possible need, helped facilitate everything so seamlessly, knew what I needed and had it ready for me before I even realized what was going on, and was such a master of her craft in every way, I did not have to think about anything, except enjoying my day. Not only did my wedding day run so smoothly thanks to Deb, (there was no rushing, or searching for misplaced things, or not knowing what was going on), she also went over the top to help me and the bridal party with anything we needed throughout the day, as well as during the party, whether it was holding something, getting something, fixing something (including my bustle!); whatever I needed, Deb was there and knew exactly how to get whatever it was done. I would recommend Deb a thousand times over, I truly can’t thank her enough for how perfect she made my day!

So so happy we decided to get a day of planner for the wedding. Kristin was our day of planner, but was also so helpful through the planning process like helping us come up with a day of schedule. Kristin was awesome and took off so much stress from us on the day of. She also reached out to all our vendors the week of to make sure everyone was on the same page with schedule which was very helpful for all your final vendor calls. Def recommend!!

Deb was absolutely wonderful! We hired her as a day of coordinator and I'm so happy we did! She made a timeline that worked for us, coordinated all of our vendors and made sure everyone was on point that day of the wedding! The day ran so smoothly with her help with no stress to me and my husband so we were able to just enjoy the day!

Deb and her team were absolutely amazing leading up to our wedding and on the day of. We purchased a significant amount of decor and signage for our wedding and Deb and her team handled everything impeccably l, including packing up a uhaul of goodies at the end of the night. Deb also made sure the day ran smoothly dealing with vendors who were late, coordinating payments and keeping us on schedule so my mom and I could just relax the day of. Deb felt like family by the end of our wedding and as an extremely type-a bride I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator!

Booking Deb as my day-of-coordinator was likely the best decision I made for my wedding. Having planned everything myself, Deb and her team helped me finalize/perfect my day of schedule and they reached out to all of my vendors the week of to confirm everyone was on the same page. As soon as Deb arrived on site with us (early, while we were getting our hair and makeup done), I never had to think about anything again. I was able to be present and in the moment while Deb handled questions, coordinated with the vendors arriving and dropping things off, making sure all of the shuttles were on schedule, making sure everyone was where they needed to be, and I am so appreciative of that. If I could give one piece of advice to all future brides - it's to book Deb for any/all of your planning needs. Thank you so much Deb and team for making my day better than I could've ever imagined!!

Deb was truly the best vendor I booked! Having her as a day of coordinator was the best decision we made! From start to finish I never felt worried or overwhelmed because I knew Deb was handling it for me! She was on top of all of my other vendors all night long and made sure me and my husband were having the time of our lives!! If you have any second thoughts on booking Deb as your day of coordinator let this be your sign to book!!!

Debbie was simply put perfection. She knows exactly what she is doing. She works behinds the scenes to make the day go as smoothly as possible. She cares about the bride and groom ,as well as, their families,bridal party and guests. She goes above and beyond every time without exception. She works closely with all other vendors and I was told by these other vendors how easy she was to work with and how knowledgeable she was . I highly recommend Debbie .My daughter’s wedding was incredible and we had a wonderful time because of Debbie’s hard work and dedication.

Seriously can’t rave enough about Deb and her team. From the get go Deb was always available, resourceful, and so so helpful. My husband and I live in the city and got married in Montauk and were stressed about planning a wedding that was far from where we live - but Deb’s knowledge of the area, connections with venues and vendors, and years of experience really made everything feel seamless. We loved working with Deb and Stephanie and the team. Initially, since we had a small and local wedding, we didn’t think we’d need a day-of planner, and now I shudder to think what would’ve happened on wedding day without her!! From catching minor discrepancies in show order between the venue and the DJ, to generally keeping me alive that day, Deb made a crazy day so easy. She’s sweet, fun, and sharp. The best!!!

I am a type - A person and very organized so I was on the fence about whether to hire a day-of wedding coordinator since I was so on top of everything myself. But, I am SO THANKFUL I hired Deb. Trust me - during the day and week of your wedding, no matter how much planning you have done yourself, you will need someone to take over. Deb was just the right person. She kept me calm. I got married on June 11 and the weather was looking like it could rain and I really wanted the ceremony to be outdoors. Deb made sure that the venue set up both indoor and outdoor so we could make the call later in the day. It never rained and I had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony! Deb made sure my family knew where to be and when. My only advice would be if you hire her, if you think you're going to be a nervous bride (like I was!), consider adding hours of coverage so Deb is with you all day. Her basic package starts with her coming one hour before the photographer, and I wish she came sooner because the moment she arrived, I finally calmed down!!

Where to begin! Deb was the best money we spent for our entire wedding. Before booking, we questioned if a DOC was something we really needed and I honestly don’t know how we would’ve done it without her. Whether it was her or Stephanie, either one of them were always available leading up to the wedding to talk through anything. They also went over the timeline with me and my husband multiple times before the wedding so we were never guessing what/when was happening. The day of, she was there and took care of legitimately everything. She had drinks ready and in our hands while we were taking so many pictures, got a stain out of my dress right before walking down the aisle, and even had contact solution to give me when my contacts were bothering me towards the end of the night. She made everything run so smoothly and gave everyone sense of calmness. I could not recommend her enough, you need her!

Deb is an amazing Day-of-Coordinator and such a wonderful person. From our first phone call at the beginning of wedding planning, all the way up to the last minute before I stepped on the bus at the end of our reception, she was there for anything and everything we possibly needed. No task was too big or too small for her to take care of. She was friendly, easy-going and listened to our vision and then helped make it a reality. Deb and her Office Manager, Stephanie spent so much time and effort putting together our day of timeline. They were constantly checking in with us and all our vendors and making sure everything was on track leading up to the big day. Knowing I had her and Stephanie double and triple checking in with all our vendors put me at ease the week of the wedding. On our wedding day, Deb arrived on time and made sure we stayed on and even ahead of schedule. The biggest decision that we needed to make that day was whether or not to do our ceremony inside or outside and Deb was there checking the weather throughout the day, coming up with alternate ideas/options, and was in constant contact with our venue and florist. Other than that, we didn't have to think or worry about anything else because Deb was there already taking care of it! I LOVED working with Deb and I would highly recommend her and her company to anyone looking to hire a wedding planner or day-of-coordinator. HIRE DEB! You won't regret it!

Deborah and her team were better than I could have ever hoped for when it comes to planning our wedding. They provided us with important knowledge, helped us whenever we needed, and conducted themselves with professionalism throughout the process. During our wedding day, Deborah took care of everything. I cannot say enough good things about Deb. She was so on top of everything and great about details.

After we had a first phone call to decide if we needed a DOC, we knew it had to be Deb. When we finally met in person at our venue, my husband could physically see the stress being removed from my shoulders. Deb was a literal angel on the day of our wedding. She is the main reason I was able to remain calm and stress free days leading up to the big day. She took care of every detail and was able to answer any questions my bridal party had. She was on her hands and knees during the reception fixing my bustle. I was jumping around and dancing a little too hard and 2 of my original buttons popped off. Deb was right there with safety pins. She sewed my FIL's button back on during pictures when it popped off his tux. She boxed everything up from both the Bridal and Groom Suites. HIRE HER! She makes everything so effortless that you get to enjoy the day and not worry about a thing.

Having Deb as my day of coordinator was the best decision I made! She was truly the calmest, most helpful person ever - From setting up the hotel room for the photographer to bringing inserts for my shoes because they were a little big, she thought of it all. Being an out of town bride, it brought so much peace knowing Deb and her team went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. They contacted all my vendors to make sure they knew the game plan and would be on time. Everything went so smoothly. I would recommend Deb to every bride! My family couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved her!

Deborah and her team were amazing! I found DME through a friend's recommendation, and so grateful I found them! I was originally working with Deborah, but due to changing wedding dates (twice), we were re-assigned to Kristin. My experience with both Debbie and Kristin were excellent. Kristin was completely the MVP of the wedding day. She had all the wedding day hacks for us and our wedding party, and she has some sort of ninja-like powers where she can be in 3 places at once. Our day would not have been so perfect without her there. Truly wonderful experience, and I would recommend DME to anyone.

I hired Deb for Month-of Coordination, and truly do not know how anyone gets through their wedding day without her. I couldn’t list all the things she took care of that day if I tried. Stephanie and Deb helped us finalize our timeline, came to our final meeting, and dealt with coordinating, updating and checking in with all of our vendors that week so we were totally free from any of the logistics. Deb is so sweet and calming, and truly is the reason we were able to be guests at our own wedding. She handled bringing and packing up all of our stuff, made sure everything was set up/vendors on time, & took so much of the logistical pressure off of our photographer. I cannot recommend working with her/getting a coordinator enough. It was such a game changer to know that everything was taken care of that week and especially that day.

Deborah Minarik Events is the best! Deborah & her crew were awesome. Having a unique wedding, I never imagined it all coming together but putting my trust into DME was the best decision I made. They understood what we wanted and executed it perfectly. From vendor suggestions and as the bride, not having to worry about anything the day of. Suzanne even went out of her way to help walk and feed my dog (the ring bearer) so that I could enjoy every moment. They made my day perfect! I felt like a princess thanks to them!

We started planning our wedding pre-pandemic and had worked with Deborah to plan all the details. When our wedding had to be postponed, she worked out all the details with the vendors and switched everything around. I was really stressed about how it was going to work out but Deborah worked her magic and rescheduled all my vendors. Come wedding day. I felt like we were able to enjoy the entire day without being stressed and that was amazing! Deborah was easy to work with and reachable via email and phone which was amazing. I would recommend Deborah to anyone that's looking to plan a wedding as she is trusting, honest and organized!!

After getting engaged every couple has the critical conversation of whether to hire a coordinator or to manage the logistics themselves. As we entered the serious planning stage, it made it more apparent that a coordinator would be helpful to manage all of our day of logistics and vendor contracts. Our wedding turned out to be magical and perfect and Deborah was absolutely essential in making that happen. She is so knowledgeable, knows how to handle any situation, so responsive, and personable. She also knew the best vendors who were talented, kind, easy to work with, and the most reasonably priced. After visiting all our vendors together and going through all the planning steps, Deborah quickly felt like family. We wouldn’t want anyone else by our sides during contract negotiations, last second ice purchasing at the supermarket, or figuring out where lost family members are. It was a super smooth and enjoyable process and we would recommend her 10 out of 10 to anyone and everyone asking themselves if they need planning/executing help.

Booking Deb in May of 2019 for my Sept 2021 (originally 2020) wedding was one of the best decisions I could've made. She was incredibly supportive during what many experienced as a difficult and uncertain time, and helped me to rebook everything for a year later, resulting in the ability to perfectly execute the original plan in 2021. Despite Deb being booked for my new date, she still was part of the planning process until the end and delivered me an amazing day-of coordinator in Jenna, as well as an amazing design specialist in Janet. It can be a little nerve-racking as you're waiting for everything to come together at the last minute, but you can truly trust Deb and her team to execute everything beautifully. Deb even managed to stop by towards the end of my celebration after the event she had been booked for, which meant so much. Everyone that Deb offered to assist day-of from her team was wonderful, and our vendors were truly spectacular (all found through Deb's recommendation). Our wedding was one where everything had to be brought in, we were dealing with a variety of permits, working across multiple locations, and it really couldn't have been more perfect. I cannot recommend Deb and her team enough- they are excellent at what they do and they are wonderful people.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Debbie and her team. I worked with Becky since September 2019. Becky is the most amazing person I’ve met; she was my savior through the pandemic and was there for me every step of the way even as a DOC. I did a lot of research and found they were the best for a reasonable price. Debbie and Becky were so supportive and their experience with planning weddings is exactly what I needed. I chose to get a DOC after my sister-in-law’s wedding and realized all the help she needed setting up and ensuring the day of went smoothly and knew I didn’t want to do that nor enlist my family. It was the BEST wedding investment I ever made. Unfortunately, Becky had a freak accident the week of my wedding (the first hiccup), she’s thankfully fully recovered but meant she couldn’t work our wedding. We were both devastated, crying on the phone. Instead, Kristen was with us and I knew once Becky said I was in good hands, that I would be. Kristen was amazing from start to finish. She was there early in the morning to go over everything and from there she took control. There were moments I couldn’t find her but realized she was dealing with something I didn’t want to haha. My bridal party was obsessed with her and kept telling me all day how amazing she was to have here. She helped us pack everything up at the end of the night. I couldn’t have imagined the day without Becky or Kristen (Becky was still texting/calling Kristen to make sure it went smoothly). I’ll be lifelong friends with Becky, and they all ensured by day was perfect. PLEASE book this team!!

I have been putting off writing this review for a few weeks because it's hard to fully express in writing how amazing Deb is, and the endless gratitude and love my husband and I have for her, today and always. We got married earlier this month after 3 postponements and 4 different wedding dates, and I don't think our wedding would have actually happened without Deb's unwavering help and support. Our original wedding was scheduled for March of 2020 and we were two short weeks away from getting married when Covid decided to bust onto the scene and ruin our plans. Through the (many, many) tears shed and all the agony, stress and uncertainty we encountered, Deb was more than a wedding planner to us - she was a confidant, miracle worker, friend, sounding board, human Xanax and just the consummate professional. From emailing all of our vendors with each passing postponement to ensure everyone was still available (and re-booking/coordinating new contracts 3x), to dealing with all of my (often) absurd texts and emails promptly, in stride & with a great sense of humor, wedding planning during a pandemic was just plain easier and more enjoyable with Deb in our corner. Fast forward to our wedding weekend and seeing her in action, and my husband and I remain in awe of everything she did for us to ensure our rehearsal dinner and wedding went as smoothly, stress-free and enjoyable as possible. Naturally, in keeping with the theme of *constant good fortune* as it pertained to our wedding, it rained when our day finally arrived. And yet it almost didn't matter because Deb made sure I stayed dry (especially during the outdoor professional photos), going as far as to happily offer to crouch behind me and hold the bottom of my dress so it wouldn't get wet in true hero fashion. She did all of this with a laugh and a smile, making the most of the crappy weather in the best way possible while simultaneously helping to avoid multiple nervous breakdowns by yours truly. Deb made sure we had everything we needed, when we needed it, and kept everyone on schedule from start to finish; because of her and her alone our wedding went off without a single glitch and ended up being the best night of our lives, no question. When all was said and done, it felt like Deb was a part of the family vs. someone we paid to work our wedding... and she was worth every. single. penny. Although our working relationship has inevitably come to an end, I've gained a close friend and mentor in Deb and look forward to staying in each others lives for a long, long time. If I could give her a million stars here I would; I sincerely cannot recommend Deb and her team any higher and will continue to thank my lucky stars that I hired her back in 2019. If you are still reading this, look no further and go hire Deb IMMEDIATELY!!!! It will seriously be the best decision you make in the wedding planning process. Deb makes your day perfect. It is uncanny how much she does to make your day run smoothly, and before you even think of something, she’s done it. We each always had a fresh signature drink, she took any cards people handed us, she bustled my wife’s dress, she sewed buttons that flew off groomsmen tuxedos… what didn’t she do? Deb prepares a perfect timeline of your entire day, and keeps things running as they should. She also handles all of the vendors- need the band to make an announcement? Want the photographer to take a certain shot? Deb is all over it before you finish the sentence. Deb takes out any stress you have on your wedding day. Starting at the hotel, she ran between rooms delivering pre-wedding notes, she got lunch to everyone, cleaned up after it, had the marriage license ready, etc. Once at the venue, she was the first to direct the bridal party, the families, the officiant, etc. In our thank you text to her we called her an angel because it was like she was sent from heaven. Oh, and on top of everything- we hired her as day-of coordinator, but she was always available before and after the actual date for anything we needed. We already had vendors booked, but she confirmed everything, got everyone’s contact info in case anything happened the day of, and followed up with vendors after the wedding if needed. Hiring Deb is such a no brainer.

My husband and I had the best wedding recently! We enjoyed every minute of the day and a lot of that was due to Jenna from Deborah Minarik Events. From the minute Jenna walked into the room where I was getting ready with my bridesmaids, I felt at ease that she was there. She did so much for us throughout the whole day!
I think anyone who gets married on Long Island should have Deborah's team there. I cannot say thank you enough! I always dreamed of my wedding day since I was very little & it was all so perfect thanks to Jenna's help!
We are so grateful that we worked with Deb & Jenna for our day of wedding coordination!
