I unfortunately was very displeased by my experience with Decor One. They initially made it seem as if they would put so much thought and effort into my wedding when they were trying to make the sale. However, after my deposit was received, it ...was nearly impossible to get a timely response from my point of contact, Rohan. My wedding count dropped by 1/3 and I asked about if my final payment could be reduced since they would be doing 2/3 of the originally decided number of centerpieces (which I assume cost at least 25-50 dollars each), they said "Oh we will add more fresh flowers to make up the difference." Did they? No. We didn't even get to keep any of these flowers I paid for. I asked for a certain color scheme for the wedding ceremony and exactly what I said I DID NOT want is what they put up. I will say overall the reception decor was done well and we received many compliments. However again, I had asked for a backdrop for my guests to take photos in front of, and this was never provided. The entrance linens were not arranged the way we had discussed. I had no say in the gift box they provided. The chairs during the ceremony in the mandap were not at all what we were told they would be. I booked them almost 9 months in advance and many times had to persistently call and text Rohan for him to respond weeks later, if ever. He NEVER showed me what my decor would look like put together. He only showed me a few bits and pieces and a few scribbles on a piece of paper he drew when I begged him to call me 5 days before my wedding. I honestly felt that if I had more grand wedding and budgeted 10s of 1000s of dollars on my decor, I may have received more attention from the staff. But since I had a smaller wedding, I felt like their lowest priority. Overall, I would not recommend this company if you are planning on having a smaller wedding. You will be paying for a lot more than you receive.
