Sydney is an extraordinary wedding planner who turned our wedding day into a seamless, joyful experience. She skillfully coordinated both our ceremony at Loggerhead Marinelife Center and our evening reception, while managing multiple vendors, both of our families, and taking in even last minute requests to blend together our Chinese and Indian traditions in a way that felt authentic to us. Pulling off two culturally distinct events on the same day was a daunting task, yet she handled it all with remarkable poise and ease.
She also kept our budget in mind at every step, suggesting creative solutions that met our needs without compromising on our end goal. Above all, Sydney is an incredibly hilarious and warm personality, and has a keen attention to detail that made planning and the day-of stress-free. She gets straight to the point, and doesn't beat around the bush on what benefits you (vs what doesn't) - and truly, we appreciate it so much as it cuts down so much noise and complications that wedding planning and execution usually comes with!
If you want a wedding planner who delivers with both heart and expertise, Sydney needs to be at the top of your list.

Sydney and her team were amazing! My wedding would not have ran so smooth without them. During planning, she was always there to give me advice and backed everything I wanted with no hesitation. She made everything perfect for me and my husband. She went above and beyond with the little things like pictures and check ins. I highly recommend her for any stage of wedding planning!

We had Sydney for our day of coordinator. She was worth every penny and looking back I couldn’t have imagined not having her help. She truly made my vision come to life. Having her help allowed me to relax and enjoy the day knowing she had everything handled. Sydney and her assistant were both kind, professional, and downright amazing to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

Hiring Sydney for my wedding was hands down the best decision I made for the whole event! From the rehearsal to the wedding day, she handled every last detail and made it the most magical day for me. I even had family members/bridal party come up to me and say how amazing she was! She made my day so relaxing and she made sure I didn't have to lift a finger. The team she brought with her was equally amazing! I promise you will not be disappointed with her work !!

Sydney is THE BEST! We managed to book her 2 weeks before the wedding due to certain circumstances and she did not miss a beat with anything. She was on top of it all, getting to know us beforehand and killing it the day of. Super professional, great communication, super sweet person and top notch at what she does. Everything went so smooth and I can’t thank her enough. 1000% recommend if you need a wedding coordinator!

Sydney is one of the sweetest and best wedding planner I could have asked for! She makes every detail feel special and beautiful. Everything was coordinated beautifully! Iam also thankful for her preparation unexpected surprises, my dress had to have a quick spot clean right before the ceremony. Sydney swooped in with tide to go and saved the day! Her team is also excellent and are wonderful people to work with! I would 1000% recommend Delightful Planning for any event.
