I wish we could rate this at 10 stars! We were so incredibly blown away by how amazing Sarah and her team were in orchestrating all aspects of a 3-day wedding event, every last de...
tail.
First we felt so lucky to randomly find Delilah on The Knot with little knowledge on how to select someone. We had instant rapport and it was clear that Sarah was experienced. We started to relax and could sense we were in good hands.
Second Sarah had a cadre of vendors with whom she was familiar but never pushed any one on us. She’d give us 3-4 options, we’d check them out, provide some feedback and select someone and then she was on it to make sure we were on track with them. (Btw, we loved all of the vendors we used and can’t wait to do other things with them.)
Next we set out a vision and the kind of wedding we wanted. She had an opinion when we needed one, a positive comment and excitement when we needed a little confidence builder. I always felt that she was in our corner. Now some 4 weeks after the wedding she is still checking on us and any outstanding items.
Overall we felt cared for, heard and had her competent leadership to guide us throughout. And oh my goodness, there are so many details to be managed and she never made us feel overwhelmed. She unfolded the activities at a pace and urgency that made sure we stayed on track without passing along the stress.
We feel so lucky to have found Sarah. We think she’s the best you can find. She and her team are amazing and I can’t wait for you to have the same incredible experience that we had!
Sarah is, hands down, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We booked her 3-month coordination package and it was worth every single penny — I would book her again in ...
a heartbeat and I recommend her to literally everyone I know getting married.
I am extremely type A and controlling when it comes to planning, so trusting someone else with the details is a big deal for me. Sarah earned that trust immediately. She's organized, incredibly thoughtful, and just an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. Every detail, big or small, was handled — and handled well. Leading up to the wedding and on the day itself, I never once felt stressed or like I needed to check in on anything, because I knew Sarah had it completely covered.
Because of her, I actually got to be present at my own wedding and just enjoy the incredible party we threw, instead of running around managing logistics. That is the biggest gift a coordinator can give a bride, and Sarah delivered it in spades.
If you're on the fence about hiring Sarah — don't be. Book her. You will not regret it for one second.
My husband and I hired Sarah about 1 year before our wedding (October 25, 2025) for her middle-tier "partial" wedding planning services. This may have been our single best decision...
other than to say yes to each other! Sarah is kind-hearted, punctual, detail-oriented and well-connected. She kept things moving forward and did so with compassion and so much positive energy through the year of planning! She was easy to communicate with and kept a Google drive stocked with resources for us and periodically updating to-do lists. She helped us put together the dream team of vendors, so I highly recommend hiring her first in your wedding planning process and let her be a part of each important decision. Her insight is invaluable. On the day of the wedding she was an incredible resource for our guests, along with her coordinator. Together they ran the wedding smoothly and helped us have the very best day ever. I highly recommend Sarah! As the husband in this incredible wedding, if you're thinking about it...just stop, and hire Sarah - she was incredible.

g and joyful journey. Sarah's expert guidance helped us brainstorm creative ideas while narrowing down options that perfectly matched our vision.
When one of our vendors unexpectedly fell through just one week before our wedding, Sarah's true value became even more apparent. Within 24 hours, she connected us with a replacement who delivered exceptional service. This snafu was handled so seamlessly by Sarah that my partner and I could remain fully present and just enjoy our special time.
On our wedding day, Sarah's calm, positive demeanor and flawless organization created an atmosphere of effortless joy. Our friends and family repeatedly commented on how smoothly everything ran and how much they enjoyed interacting with her.
If you're beginning your wedding planning journey, I cannot recommend Sarah Lurie highly enough. She truly goes above and beyond!
Where do I even begin with Sarah and her team? First and foremost—hire them! From the very start, Sarah thought of everything. As a couple working full-time, we found ourselves ove...
rwhelmed as the wedding approached, but Sarah kept us on track with kindness and efficiency. She checked in on what still needed to be done and ensured nothing slipped through the cracks.
On the day of the wedding, I kept thinking of little things I wanted to remember, and every time I turned to Sarah, she responded with, "We're already on it." She truly anticipated every detail, allowing me to be fully present with my fiancé and our guests—something that’s so hard to do amidst the whirlwind of the day.
Behind the scenes, Sarah worked tirelessly, and we are so incredibly grateful for her. You deserve to enjoy your wedding day without stressing over every tiny detail, and Sarah will make that possible.
Sarah was an integral part of our day and we can not thank her enough. Her professionalism and attention to detail helped our day run seamlessly from beginning to end. We opted for...
day of coordination, but Sarah did so much more than that. She went above and beyond months before the wedding to keep us on track and to make sure everything was ready to go day of. If you want a truly amazing planner and overall human, look no further because Delilah Events is your girl!

which is how you want to feel. She made sure that our needs and vision were always met throughout the planning process and reflected in our timeline.
She also has genuine connections with amazing vendors that it made building our vendor team so easy. On the wedding day, everything went so smooth! We did not have to worry about a thing besides enjoying the day and partying the night away. It is very evident that Sarah loves her job. Even our families and wedding party were constantly complimenting her professionalism, communication and dedication to making our wedding day a success. We couldn’t have done it without her and we are forever thankful 🤍🤍 we would get married again just to have Sarah! So do yourself a favor and get her as your planner!
Sarah was absolutely amazing. A true professional with the best attitude and personality for the job. She is so detailed in the planning process and thinks of everything possible. ...
She is caring and checks on every single person involved in the wedding to ensure they are doing okay and if they need anything. She is so sweet and has great advice on wedding vendors, wedding tips/tricks, and wedding advice. The day went absolutely perfectly and smoothly. I had no idea if anything was or did go wrong because she was on top of everything and I wasn’t stressed or upset about anything not being perfect or going as planned. I couldn’t believe how perfectly everything went. Sarah and her team were simply the best and I’m so happy to have found her and had her for my wedding planning and wedding day. I can’t put into words how grateful I am for her. She makes you feel so important and comfortable and you just instantly trust her with everything.

ow going into planning our backyard wedding- and it was a LOT- so she offered a lot of great ideas/suggestions), experience, and allowed us to have a STRESS-FREE DAY (not kidding), but she was so personable, kind, and clearly had that kind of personality where she can jive with anyone, which is huge. We enjoyed every planning session leading up to the wedding, and can't even express how vital she was on the day of. Choose Delilah Events as your wedding planner/coordinator!!

to detail and experience is unbelievable and she provided us with wonderful guidance in planning and logistics for our wedding day; many details of which we would have never thought of on our own. My husband and I planned our destination wedding completely from out of town. With Sarah's help we were able to plan everything with complete confidence and excitement without visiting our venue or Boulder prior to coming for the weekend of our wedding.
My husband and I unfortunately hit some very large personal obstacles during our planning process. When it looked like we would possibly have to move our wedding date due to medical reasons, Sarah was ready and willing to help us through all of the logistics and reorganizing if that was needed. We will never forget the support, patience, and kindness that Sarah showed us. She made a very stressful time so much more manageable and on the day of our wedding Sarah and her team took care of everything. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Delilah Events and never would have pulled off our wedding day without Sarah and her team!

unique way of giving advice without pushing her personal opinion, which is a rare gift to have. On the day though, she surpassed all of our expectations! She was so organized & kept us on track all day, but in a way that led to us having our favorite day ever. She is incredibly professional, smart, detail oriented and such fun to work with!! She genuinely cares about you as a couple, and she will do anything to make sure you have the best day ever. Hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding, and we couldn’t recommend her more

I honestly can’t imagine that there’s a better wedding coordinator out there than Sarah. Sarah and the Delilah Events team are INCREDIBLE. I said over and over again that the best ...
investment I made in the entire wedding planning process was choosing to work with Sarah. She is so unbelievably detail oriented, responsive, professional, smart, yet also kind and joyful to work with. Like some other brides, I wasn’t going to get a day or coordinator, but I am SO glad that I did. Sarah just thinks of things that I never would have. Her and her team made the day so smooth, magical and flawless. I was completely stress free on the day of because I knew Sarah was on top of it. We had every detail planned by the day of the wedding and I felt she went above and beyond, catering to each need we had. If you are hesitating at all in booking, I can assure you that it’s the best vendor decision you’ll make. Thank you again Sarah and Emma. I feel so grateful!

al, organized, communicative planners I’ve had the pleasure of working with in Colorado. Sarah reaches out at appropriately intervals leading up to each wedding, never missing a detail. And on the day of, she is the most calming, happy presence, exactly who you want on your team for the most important of days. I also love that she gives the tiniest farm to table microwedding the same level of care that she gives a large multiple venue wedding. I absolutely recommend Sarah, she is truly the best.

ith her from the very beginning. She is so thoughtful and detail orientated that it made the planning process of breeze. Even when we had a vendor drop out last minute Sarah easily swooped in to save the day. On top of all the great planning Sarah and her team rocked it on our wedding day! Everyone felt very supported by their presence and they kept the day running smooth. I had so many friends tell me how nice our planner was. It was a joy to work with someone who not only connected with me and my husband, but our wedding guests as well. If I could do it a million times over I would pick Sarah as my wedding coordinator every time!
Sarah and her team at Delilah Events are amazing! Like many other brides, I wasn’t really sure why I needed a day of coordinator, but my venue required one. THANK GOODNESS because ...
Sarah was everything I didn’t realize I needed. She was invaluable throughout the planning process and went above and beyond just a “day of” role. Not only did she provide amazing ideas and feedback, but she also was so kind and supportive even when I was going off the rails amidst the chaos of planning a wedding. Delilah Events is worth their weight in gold!

a and had experience with the venue. Sarah was so patient and her experience came through from the initial call. She knew about all of the little things we needed for the day to be successful and I could not be more grateful. One of the things Sarah had us do from the start was plan a very thorough timeline of the wedding rehearsal and wedding day. By the time of the wedding everything was executed perfectly. Without Sarah and her team there is no way we could have planned out wedding from out of state. She made the day perfect and we will be forever grateful.

é and I eloped and wanted to plan a reception to celebrate with friends & family a few weeks later. Hiring Sarah was the best investment we made. Sarah totally got our vision - she recommended & ran point on communication with all the right vendors, crafted a detailed timeline, and made sure everything went smoothly on the day of so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. Every single one of our vendors commented on how easy & great Sarah was to work with, and we could not agree more. I would HIGHLY recommend Sarah & Delilah Events for any of your planning needs.
Both my husband and I lived out of state while we were planning our wedding in Colorado and we simply could not have done it and would not have even wanted to do the whole process ...
over again unless we had Sarah from Delilah Wedding Planning by our side. She was EVERYTHING and more. It seemed like she worked around the clock for us - whenever we needed her she was available, prompt, professional, energetic, excited about our upcoming day, and nothing ever seemed to faze her. Through all the changes my vision took, she seamlessly transitioned whatever I needed to match the vision. She helped with everything - finding and recommending vendors, communicating with vendors (she sent all the "following up with you e-mails" so I never had to send a single one!) keeping us updated on all things budget related with a helpful online platform, creating our timeline, and SO much more. Everyone recommends getting a wedding planner for day-of coordination (very important) but we LOVED having Sarah throughout our entire process, and absolutely needed her. The best part, if I could pick one, was that I didn't answer a single question from anyone on the day of my wedding. I didn't worry about a single detail because I had so much trust in Sarah (for good reason) - and everything went perfectly. She and her team (Mikayla) handled every single detail on my big day and I didn't worry about a thing - it was glorious! I could go on forever about how much we love Delilah Wedding and Event Planning!

backbone of our wedding - helping us to be organized and on-track for months leading up to our day. She handled all month-of vendor coordination, and ensured everything was perfect on the day of. We knew we could be 100% trusting and confident in Sarah + her team—They even helped us flawlessly pivot when it snowed on our Mid-May wedding!! Plus, Sarah is just an overall great human. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, this is your sign to do it!! And to hire Delilah Events :)

rdinator and we literally could not have done it without her. Our only regret is that we didn't book her sooner in the planning process! She was incredible at helping us find vendors in the area, she kept us organized and on track throughout the whole planning process, she was very detailed and thorough, she is super friendly and communication could not have been better. We always looked forward to having a meeting with her because she always helped put our minds at ease when we were starting to get stressed out! We had quite a few ups and downs with some vendors and a few more challenges planning a wedding out of state, but Sarah knew exactly how to handle things and fix any issues that came up. She really is a wizard behind the scenes and helped everything run smoothly on the day of and everything leading up to it. My parents and our entire wedding party kept talking about helpful and friendly she was, but most importantly how amazing she is at her job. We can't thank Sarah enough for helping us make our wedding exactly what we had hoped it would be. Highly recommend!!

e was an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process; she customized a proposal to our needs, took all of the hectic communication off my hands, and made sure the day went off without a hitch. Truly... without a single hitch. Any possible hiccup and Sarah was on it before anyone could even think of it. She brought a calming energy to the day and I was able to relax and enjoy the event knowing Sarah and Mikaila had it covered.

fically day of coordination. We contacted Sarah about 3 months before our wedding and we were very lucky she was available. She set up an initial meeting with us, and from the beginning was so detail oriented. She helped us create our entire timeline for a stress free day. She thought of so many things that I would have never come up with on my own. We never felt overwhelmed and above all she was organized. She even helped us find a new photographer when we discovered ours had double booked 3 weeks before the wedding. The day of her team took care of so many things and kept constant track of the timeline, we so very appreciate her help. We would very much recommend Sarah and her Team. Thank you Sarah!

so impressed by her organization and her true willingness to take on anything we needed both prior to and during the wedding (she even got us more dessert when we ran out!). I leaned on her when we had a venue change and she bounced ideas around with me. She gave us the confidence that we had nothing to worry about leading up to the day. Our wedding flowed like a dream and honestly would not have been as amazing as it was without her. Thank you Delilah Events for EVERYTHING!

lutely delightful, but was also extremely effective. She is detail oriented, thoughtful, organized, and proactive. She was always happy to help and always shared our enthusiasm for our ideas. She made us feel like we were the only couple she was working with and always took the time to make us feel special and unique. She thought of so many details we would have overlooked, and made sure to take care of everything with a smile. We never her saw her sweat either--she makes it look SO easy. My best advice for anyone looking at hiring Sarah- hire her and sleep easy knowing everything is taken care of.

s such as where to find the right shuttle service, etc. As a couple, we wanted a laid-back feel to our wedding and Sarah helped us accomplish this in the planning process. If you are on the fence about hiring Sarah or Delilah Wedding and Event Planning let me help you jump over to the best side of that fence! I had no idea how wonderful it would be to have Sarah and her coworker Riley helping us on our Big Day! We were able to drink, talk, eat, and be married (no pun intended) while they made sure everything was in place and running smoothly. The best part about this is I was roaming around and they made sure I hit the timeline and constantly made sure we were taken care of during the night! That includes actually putting a drink in my hand because I was talking with so many people. What a fun day and I can honestly say it would not have been the same day without all of their help! They even managed the clean-up at the end and packing our cars! I know we only have five stars to give but if I could I would give them way more stars! You would be crazy not to go with this company for your special event!

ct that we would communicate with her until much closer to the date, but Sarah was a constant presence throughout our long engagement. Sarah regularly kept in contact throughout our entire engagement to make sure our wedding process was as stress-free as possible. Overall, booking Sarah and her team at Delilah Events is an incredible value and you won’t regret it!

e world slowly fell apart at the seems, and finally helped start the whole process over again for the summer of 2021. Her business was new when we started working with her, but you would never know it from her professionalism and wealth of knowledge from day one. There was never a detail that she overlooked or problem she couldn't solve, all while being a joy to work with. I would say she can plan everything but the weather of your big day but since that worked out perfectly for us, she may have had a hand in that too.
