Property has been renovated in certain areas, but it’s still pretty run down. The staff are mostly unhelpful and unaware of the amenities in the room and onsite.

spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The room was also thoughtfully designed with plenty of charging outlets, a spacious desk, and a comfortable seating area. The bathroom was sparkling clean, with high-quality toiletries and a powerful shower that made mornings a delight. Plus, the soundproofing was excellent, I didn’t hear a peep from the neighboring rooms or the outside. The staff here truly go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. Whether it was the housekeeping team’s attention to detail or the concierge’s eagerness to assist with any request, everyone I encountered was attentive, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a welcoming environment. I will definitely be returning for my next visit to the area.

r day. Sam at the coffee shop is also fantastic—she’s always friendly, warm, and makes an amazing latte, especially when I’m in a rush.
However, the standout experience has definitely been at the bar. Kayla is an absolute gem—her cocktails are incredible, and she’s not only skilled but genuinely engaging. She’s creative with her drinks and knows how to make you feel comfortable and at ease, like you’ve been friends for years. I’ve never met someone so personable and talented at the same time.
I also highly recommend having a drink with bartender Grace. She’s everything her name suggests—gracious, kind-hearted, and so easy to talk to. Not only does she make fantastic drinks, but she’s also someone who takes the time to connect with you, remember your name, and make you feel at home. It’s rare to find bartenders who combine such great conversation with amazing cocktails, but Grace and Kayla do it effortlessly.
Overall, I’ve had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.

We had an awful experience here. The fire alarm went off 3 times. 2 of which were 3am and 4am. No one was proactive in offering a concession at all. After calling them out they offered to credit us points. It’s been 1 week and nothing. I have c...
alled and they said the amount of points I was told I would get was a lie as they don’t have authority to offer that amount. I told them to listen to our call and verify. I asked for a manager but of course they were “in a meeting”. I do not recommend this place one bit. The AC also didn’t work.

ereal, oatmeal packets and drinks. I thought i was getting a hot breakfast. Ordered the free shuttle to the airport but when we came downstairs the next day they had no record of it. The shuttle driver never showed up so one of the hotel staff Mel asked if he could take us. Wanted to get a sandwich from the restaurant before leaving but was told the hostess was busy and I had to wait. I told them I was leaving for the airport and they proceeded to ignore me. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Worst service ever. 😒
