We rented the hotel for our wedding week and also had our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception at the Crystal Ballroom. It was exactly what we wanted for our wedding day! The crystal chandeliers and the gorgeous fountain in front of the Crystal Ballroom helped create the look I wanted for our wedding day. First, Gabby was great. She is the wedding coordinator at the Delta and was very helpful. She put up with all of my questions and we had a wonderful experience with her. The check-in process was very smooth. Emily made sure that everything was amazing. We had over 50 rooms booked here for our wedding party and family. We had welcome bags for every room and Emily went and hand delivered to all of the rooms. It was super sweet of her to do and she was there to answer any questions we had with a smile on her face! Collin was great. He was the food and beverage manager. His team was so helpful! They helped ensure that we got the room set up and all of our decorations completed while we were getting ready. Ernest in the restaurant became my husband’s best friend. He was friendly, attentive and made us feel so welcome! The rooms are clean, the staff are wonderful and the experience was great. The only downfall this weekend is we only had one working elevator, which was a bit of a pain; however, nothing to complain about.

gatives were that we couldn't get in to decorate until 9:00am the morning of the wedding and when they were serving dinner, the servers forgot one table in the back! So they started clearing out everyone's plates while they still hadn't received their food.

We received a lot of compliments on the food and service. It came with a free honeymoon suite for the wedding night, which was pretty much the nicest room I'd ever seen. It was a night to remember.
