We rented the hotel for our wedding week and also had our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception at the Crystal Ballroom. It was exactly what we wanted for our wedding day! The crystal chandeliers and the gorgeous fountain in front of the Crystal Ballroom helped create the look I wanted for our wedding day. First, Gabby was great. She is the wedding coordinator at the Delta and was very helpful. She put up with all of my questions and we had a wonderful experience with her. The check-in process was very smooth. Emily made sure that everything was amazing. We had over 50 rooms booked here for our wedding party and family. We had welcome bags for every room and Emily went and hand delivered to all of the rooms. It was super sweet of her to do and she was there to answer any questions we had with a smile on her face! Collin was great. He was the food and beverage manager. His team was so helpful! They helped ensure that we got the room set up and all of our decorations completed while we were getting ready. Ernest in the restaurant became my husband’s best friend. He was friendly, attentive and made us feel so welcome! The rooms are clean, the staff are wonderful and the experience was great. The only downfall this weekend is we only had one working elevator, which was a bit of a pain; however, nothing to complain about.

We had our wedding reception here and we're so glad we did! The event coordinators were wonderful and made planning so smooth and stress-free. The waiters/waitresses, bartenders and staff the night of the reception were so helpful and friendly. The room was set up perfectly and everything went without a flaw! We're beyond happy and can't thank Ramada enough for an amazing night! :)

The Ramada was amazing to work with when planning our wedding. They made sure to answer all of our planning questions quickly and provided several opportunities for us to tour the facilities, taste the food and meet to plan and finalize the day's schedule. The Crystal Ballrooms were decorated beautifully and the food was delicious. We couldn't have chosen a better venue with friendlier staff to host our wedding reception, dinner and dance!

We got married on June 11th, 2016 had our wedding reception at the Ramada. We could not have been happier! We worked with Emaan and Erica M. and they were absolutely fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about them, the hotel and our overall experience. Would definitely recommend having your wedding reception at the Ramada, you will not be disappointed! Not only is it beautiful, but they are there for you every step of the way, to answer questions, share information and be supportive. Just writing about this makes me want to get married all over again - absolutely perfect! <3

They were friendly and professional. If we needed to change or update they would accommodate. The hall was beautiful and the hotel overall was renovated.

I loved this venue for our reception and picked it because of the chandaliers in the ballrooms. It looked very elegant.

They really accomadated to all of your requests. Including trying out of the bow decorations--which they helped hang, etc.

Awesome customer service. They called back or emailed shortly after I called with a question. There were a number of employees that came and asked the at the reception how things were going. It was so nice not to have to worry about setting up tables and most of the clean up :) I am still getting compliments on the meal we had. Everything flowed nice. They had high tables by the bar that everyone seemed to love. Cannot say enough good about them!

This was a perfect spot for my reception! The guests all fit perfectly and were not too crowded. Decorations were nice and they provide tables and lights for us to use. The only negatives were that we couldn't get in to decorate until 9:00am the morning of the wedding and when they were serving dinner, the servers forgot one table in the back! So they started clearing out everyone's plates while they still hadn't received their food.

The room at the hotel was beautiful and required minimal decorations, which helped save money. Everything was ready to go and as we had ordered when they said it would be ready. We received a lot of compliments on the food and service. It came with a free honeymoon suite for the wedding night, which was pretty much the nicest room I'd ever seen. It was a night to remember.
