d forth with, it is absolutely not in our choices anymore. We had been emailing about an appointment and I misunderstood the email to mean we had an appointment for a certain day and time. I understand that she did not receive confirmation nor was she available, but she simply could have said that in a kinder way and asked if we could do another day rather than in a way that make us feel like we would be inconveniencing her by considering her venue. Her response to me when I called about the appointment was "uhh I never received confirmation." Nothing further. When I said "oh ok," she responded with "Well I have to see if I can find childcare." I told her not to worry and that we did not have to do that day, and she responded with attitude. The entire conversation was very uncomfortable as if I was bothering her by even calling her and wasting her time. I found myself trying to make her feel better about the misunderstanding when in no way did I say to her that we must absolutely do tonight and she must find childcare. She didn't even try to reschedule until the last minute, at which point she said, "Well do you want to do another day?" And when I said not to worry about it, she said OK and hung up. There is no way we want to spend thousands of dollars for that type of service where our business would not be remotely valued.
