d been emailing about an appointment and I misunderstood the email to mean we had an appointment for a certain day and time. I understand that she did not receive confirmation nor was she available, but she simply could have said that in a kinder way and asked if we could do another day rather than in a way that make us feel like we would be inconveniencing her by considering her venue. Her response to me when I called about the appointment was "uhh I never received confirmation." Nothing further. When I said "oh ok," she responded with "Well I have to see if I can find childcare." I told her not to worry and that we did not have to do that day, and she responded with attitude. The entire conversation was very uncomfortable as if I was bothering her by even calling her and wasting her time. I found myself trying to make her feel better about the misunderstanding when in no way did I say to her that we must absolutely do tonight and she must find childcare. She didn't even try to reschedule until the last minute, at which point she said, "Well do you want to do another day?" And when I said not to worry about it, she said OK and hung up. There is no way we want to spend thousands of dollars for that type of service where our business would not be remotely valued.

that everything would turn out great, and it did. Rita worked great with our other vendors and constantly kept us informed. Neville and Helen treated us as their own family. No question or request was treated as outlandish and on the day of the wedding our guests were blown away by the cocktail hour and reception. Thank you so much for making our dreams come true!

the town. We got a smashed potato bar, which people were crazy over too. I don't think people have enjoyed wedding food this much in years! We did not have a sit down dinner, we had stations and I am glad we did. The food at sit down dinners is usually just OK at best and you are already full because of the appetizers. This was the way to go. Highly recommend.
