We had the absolute pleasure of working with Denae Brennan as our wedding coordinator, and let us tell you, she was absolutely exceptional! Denae went above and beyond to ensure th...
at our special day was nothing short of perfection. From the very beginning, it was evident that she possessed an unparalleled level of professionalism and dedication to her craft. After our first meeting, we were beyond thankful for everything Denae brought to the table & couldn’t believe how lucky we were to have her on our team!
One of the many things that stood out about Denae was her fabulous attention to detail. She left no stone unturned when it came to the planning and execution of our wedding. Denae even created pocket schedules for the entire wedding party (who DEFINITELY NEEDED THEM), ensuring that everyone knew where they needed to be and when. It was incredibly helpful and kept everything running smoothly.
Denae also has an incredible talent for design. Even though we didn’t hire her for design, she helped transform our wedding venue into a breathtakingly beautiful space. Denae understood our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn't have imagined. Her opinions on design helped set our wedding apart. The ambiance she helped create was nothing short of magical and left our guests in awe. We have received SO many compliments.
Now, let’s offer one last example to detail a true testament to Denae's dedication to her job and problem-solving skills. Just one week before our wedding, I (the groom) suffered an unexpected Achilles tear. We were devastated and worried that our plans would be disrupted. However, Denae calmly reassured us that she would handle everything, and she did just that. She seamlessly adjusted the schedule, coordinating with the vendors and rearranging certain aspects of the ceremony and reception. Thanks to her quick thinking and resourcefulness, our wedding day went off without a hitch, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect celebration.
Denae is truly incredible. She was not only amazing at every aspect of her job, but she was extremely compassionate and cared about us as a couple. If you’re looking for the wedding coordinator that will make your wedding day perfect, NO MATTER what obstacles come your way, Denae is the PERFECT choice! She more than exceeded our expectations and we are forever grateful for her contributions to our beautiful wedding day.
We hired Denae as a full-service planner after being in another friend's wedding that she planned. We truly don't have words to describe how happy we were with Denae. She was beyon...
d excellent from day 1, making every step so incredibly easy. More than that, we actually had a ton fun planning our wedding, which was legitimately only possible because of Denae. Most importantly, Denae had our back in every way. Having an honest and supportive ally through the planning process was invaluable.
Cannot recommend Denae enough!!! We're truly going to miss her!!!
My husband and I can't say enough wonderful things about Denae! We were fortunate enough to work with Denae as our full-service wedding planner for our big day, and it was one of ...
the BEST decisions we made for our wedding! She was highly recommended to me by multiple friends and colleagues whose weddings she planned... and soon after we started our planning process, it was clear to see why. Denae is experienced, organized, and competent. She made sure no balls were dropped, every last detail was thought of, and all my husband and I had to do was show up and be present in the moment on our day. We are so grateful we had Denae during our planning process... she kept the process (and the whole wedding day) minimally stressful and FUN! Highly recommend!
We would not have survived without Denae! Our wedding day had extreme heat, torrential downpours, and a power outage all at an outdoor venue with practically no cell service or in...
ternet. We can honestly say that we would do it all over again rain and all! It was the best day ever and all of our guests raved about the location and how much fun they had. This positive outcome is all due to Denae and her assistant. How they did it, I have no idea! Whether your venue is outdoor or indoor you need her services. I was so calm leading up to my wedding because I knew she had thought of everything. Rain or shine, Denae is your person! :)

aid-back attitude. We also appreciated having her as a sounding board for some of the logistics and etiquette. Her day-of service is really more like month-of, and she was great about keeping us on track and helping us wrangle our vendors. It was such a gift to not have to contact any of our vendors about final coordination, and she and her assistant did a great job keeping things humming on the day of the wedding. Thanks Denae, it was a pleasure to work with you!

om our first phone call. Denae has a very structured process and collaborative tools for planning and organizing the wedding weekend that kept us on track, helped us prioritize and distribute tasks and organized all of our ideas. Denae took care of all initial vendor research and vendor follow-up, which allowed my husband and I to focus on the creative and personal details, which made the planning process fun for us and our families. Denae has great taste and wasn't afraid to offer her opinion on decisions, even if it differed from what we initially proposed, but she always made sure we made the ultimate decision. On the day of the wedding (as well as other events during the wedding weekend) Denae and her assistant, Elizabeth, took care of everything from set-up to take-down and all in between. Our moms, sisters and aunts would have been doing all of this without Denae and Elizabeth so it was wonderful that they could just enjoy the event and have fun, and of course it was also wonderful for us to be able to relax and know Denae had all the details and logistics under control. Denae also took care of managing the flow of the timeline and even helped DJ our first dances. There were also so many little things she took care of; for example, she wrote out an exact script for our MC with phonetic names of our bridal party. I honestly would never have even thought of that. And she delivered a bottle of champagne and leftover cake to the inn my husband and the groomsmen were staying at for my husband and I to take with us after the wedding. There are many more details like this I'm forgetting or probably wasn't even aware of. We have received so many compliments on our wedding - one friend's boyfriend told me it was the most well-themed wedding he'd ever attended, others told us it was the best event of the year, and others said it was the most fun they'd ever had at a wedding. Long story short, Denae will help you plan a personalized, meaningful, fun wedding weekend in a way that allows you and your fiancé to enjoy the planning process and be fully present with each other and your guests during the event.
My husband Chris and I got married in Newport, RI this August 2016. Shortly after I started wedding planning, I realized very fast that I was becoming very stressed out and that I ...
wasn't making decisions. It just so happened that my husband is great friends with Denae's husband, and quickly reached out to Denae to enlist her help. From the first phone call I had with Denae, I breathed a sigh of relief. I knew right away that we hit it off and that she would help me plan the wedding of my dreams, to the man of my dreams. In no time at all, we had hired a photographer, band, florist, make up artist and more. Denae found the very best vendors and narrowed them down for me, and together we made our choices. Denae would give advice when I asked, but was also very careful to make sure I made the ultimate decision so that I was getting what I wanted . As the months flew by, Denae was on point with every detail. She sent monthly emails outlining what would need to be done and what to focus on. She organized everything and made it all just "flow." Words cannot express how thankful I am that I had Denae for our wedding process. I received countless compliments on all of my vendors and the wedding itself, and it would not have been what it was without the most important vendor of all, my amazing wedding planner. For those of you who are starting wedding planning and think you can do it on your own, please save yourself the stress that will become the next several months of your life, and hire Denae to help. You will actually be able to enjoy the process , like every bride deserves . Of note, I live in Minnesota and our Wedding was in RI-- and Denae was still able to plan this across the country. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. The sense of calm that she brought to the whole process and on the wedding day itself, was priceless. Denae, thank you for helping to give me the wedding of my dreams! Chris and I cannot thank you enough. - Andrea Hughes Nelson
Denae did a masterful job coordinating the details of our May 2016 wedding in Minneapolis. She was an indispensable and knowledgable partner in planning the big day. I truly can't ...
imagine our wedding without her.
From the first consultation, it felt like I was planning my wedding with a trusted friend. She is organized, poised, confident, and reassuring. And, on the wedding day, she showed another valuable trait - she's calm when a mishap occurs.
I would highly recommend Denae to my friends and family. I hope we get to plan another event together...maybe a big anniversary party?!
I cannot write or say enough good things about our fantastic wedding experience with Denae. She truly helped it to be an experience...not just a day. When my husband and I booked o...
ur venue for a date just 9 months out from the day we became engaged, I knew that there was a storm of planning coming. I had always prided myself on being incredibly organized and kept telling myself that I could do it without the help of a planner or coordinator...but I knew that trying to do so would prevent me from truly relaxing and enjoying this amazing time. As soon as I met Denae, I knew that this was the woman who was going to give us the support and direction we needed to put on an event that was not only beautiful, but smoothly executed. I breathed a huge sigh of relief after leaving our first meeting with her. And she never disappointed...our day was nothing short of magnificent! Hiring Denae was the single best decision we made for our wedding day...and it was an absolute pleasure getting to know her! You will love her!
My husband and I were SO lucky to have Denae in the last month of our wedding planning! The venue we were at required many outside vendors/contracts, and they were becoming too muc...
h to deal with while working a full time job and planning a big move. On top of that, this venue was not doing a good job with getting back to me or answering my questions; this is NOT something a bride wants/needs to deal with in her final few months of planning. Thankfully, Denae was able to come in, save the day, get all my questions answered, and basically take over the whole process for me. If I could go back, I would have started working with Denae right off the bat. She knows what she is doing, has great taste, and has tons of experience in the area! Do yourself a favor and talk with Denae.
As a disorganized bride, Denae really helped me through the planning process! We used Denae for the month of and day of services. She made the day extremely stress-free and I could...
completely enjoy the wedding of my dreams!
I hired Denae as a "day of" planner as I didn't want any stress on the actual day. She was amazing leading up to the day with details and asking and figuring out things I didn't ev...
en think of, she was on all the details which helped me tremendously. So she wasn't really just a day of planner more like a week or two planner as she did work quite a bit before the day and worked on the timeline and all the changes. Denae did a lot of my decorating on the day and placed all my flowers etc and again she fulfilled all my visions perfectly. If I could be marginally critical I would say she could be a bit more assertive and direct more, (I think she is very sweet and non confrontational so this may not be her personality) but I think it's good to be assertive in a nice and respectful way, example: The day our wedding people weren't listening to the officiant and talking etc causing the rehearsal to go slower, I, as the bride had to be the bad guy and tell people to shush up and that we could enjoy drinks and food later, I think maybe she could have just told people to focus and took the role off me being the "bad guy" so to speak. Also another minor thing I was a bit sad about was on the day I was out front taking photos with my bridesmaids and the bus with guests showed up and so I had to run inside and some guests saw me which I didn't want so I wished she would have been around before to keep photos on schedule and to let me know "Ok guests will be arriving on the first bus soon so maybe do photos elsewhere or go back inside" again I'm being critical. End of the day she is great at her job and really helped take stress away from me. I am very happy I went with her as she helped me track down items after the wedding as well that went missing. End of the day she went above and beyond her "day of" role! Thanks again Denae
My wife and I signed up for Denae's Full Planning package shortly after our engagement. This was probably one of the best investments we had for our wedding. Denae Brennan's serv...
ices she provided with this package were just what we needed to keep ourselves on pace and ahead of the many items that have to be planned and coordinated. Though we had a few ideas for what we wanted our wedding to look like, Denae gave us focus so that we addressed the most important issues first and handled less important items later. Denae is very personable and brings good incite and tactful feedback on the various aspects to wedding planning. From how to set up our seating chart to contacting vendors for us, she can do it all exceptionally well and punctually. As the big day approached, we came to rely on her to handle more and more things for us so we could focus on our friends and family that were coming in to town. This took a lot of stress off our shoulders and it was great to know that we could rely on her for anything we needed. When the big day came, she was on point for us making sure everything flowed as seamlessly as possible. We were able to enjoy our wedding reception as she was tending to all of the finer details.
The best part about Denae Brennan's wedding planning is that she genuinely loves doing this work and it shows with her work ethic and her complete professional services she provides. We highly recommend using Denae to help plan your wedding.

llowed us to – quite simply – enjoy and relish every moment of our wedding. How priceless is that?
Denae was gracefully running the show behind the scenes and ensuring our entire day ran perfectly. As a result, the memories we will treasure for the rest of our lives from Oct 12th are of the most important things – each other, our friends and family, and the overall ambiance that Denae helped to craft. She allowed us and our party to focus on the fun while she took care of the rest. Seeing Denae throughout the process (leading up to the wedding, the rehearsal, and the wedding itself) always gave us such a wonderful feeling - we completely trusted that everything was taken care of...and it was. Every single detail.
Hiring Denae, without question, was a wise investment. Our wedding was perfect and we thank Denae and her many talents for helping to create an experience that allowed us to be what we were meant to be on our wedding day – bride and groom – not wedding planners.

s. Her memory and attention to detail was mind-blowing.
I was a bride who wanted to do much of the planning myself and didn't think I would ever need a coordinator. I am here to tell you today that Denae absolutely saved my life! I got pulled in to a demanding work project a few months before our wedding and was beyond thankful I had hired Denae. Without her, I don't know what I would've done.
Our venue was organized to let brides and grooms do basically whatever they wanted. While we loved and appreciated that aspect, it also meant we had to handle a lot of rentals and logistics ourselves. We also could not get into the venue before our wedding day to do a rehearsal. Denae handled it all -from vendor phone calls and emails, to payments, set-up and tear down, and even acted as our rehearsal officiant.
Bottom line, this girl was made for wedding planning. I would recommend her to my closest friend to deliver a beautiful stress-free day, that will be cherished forever. I could not have done it without her!
