After these were booked, I received a call saying that not only was I quoted too low, but that there was a SIX-hour minimum for both vehicles, and I could no longer book the vehicles unless it was for six hours. This policy was not mentioned to me once while communicating with this company via phone and email. The original cost of $1,300 changed to over $4,000.... The owner was not willing to speak to me about the issue to come to a middle ground in any way. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Now I'm at a loss when I thought I had this checked off my wedding planning list. I would suggest booking with another company, especially if it's for your wedding.

Denver 24/7 Limo has the best customer service and the best prices you'll find in Denver. Highly recommend!

We made it to the first stop and the driver decided he’d had enough and wouldn’t make a restroom stop so the groom had him turn around and go back to the final destination drop. We were embarrassed that quite a few guests had an expensive Uber ride home. Hire this company at your own risk, they advertise a party bus with bar set up and 4/20 licensed but the driver has the right to end the trip at any time. I did let the company know exactly what I’ve said here but no response.

last our own music so we could have fun, and he was helpful for us driving to multiple destinations during the busy downtown traffic. The party bus was clean, nice, had extra cups for drinks, and lights to help us celebrate. We had another bus take us and our guest home at the end of the night. After a night of fun we cant remember his name but he was also amazing! Made multiple trips so our guests were able to leave when they wanted. He even loaded our tubs of wedding décor under the bus. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Terrible communication, rude employees, specifically a woman named Tabitha who spoke to me like garbage every time I talked to her and called me angrily over my bad review (which is edited to be worse after our call). I got a call less than 2 days before my wedding to tell me our shuttle wasn't available. I was nervous, but understanding. They offered a different much smaller shuttle. Not good, but what can you do. The kicker- they wanted to charge me MORE for it. Lots of things went wrong during our planning process, that is part of life. But a company that does nothing to fix their mistakes (or maybe just this specific employee?) and makes it even worse for you after messing up doesn't deserve to be in business. ** after I posted a negative review an irate employee called me five times over it to let me know I have no right to be upset?… how is this company real? I also have heard many rumors about them paying people to take down negative reviews on Google.

ould have gotten STUCK going up to our venue (which happened to another couple using Denver 24/7 Limo). We called to discuss and they confirmed they messed up and booked the wrong transportation for us. They then refused to give us a refund of our deposit, had horrible customer service, we called for weeks and weeks and even spoke with the manager who said he’d give me a call back and never did. Awful experience, we went ahead with a different transportation company, but do not use this company.

last minute due to COVID, and helped organize the limos so everything ran smoothly. The drivers were professional and friendly, and all COVID precautions were taken by the company. I felt so at ease!
