As the wedding approached, Alondra ensured we had organization and she took on all communication with our vendors. When I arrived at our wedding, Alondra and her team had set it up better than I could have imagined. I have been planning my wedding since I was 10 years old and Alondra brought my Pinterest board to life. I would hire her again and again. She was truly the best wedding investment we could have made. If you're looking for a competent, proactive, organized, creative individual to help with your event - Alondra and her team are just that!

Alondra always made me feel like I could text at any time with questions or concerns and made me feel so confident that everything would turn out as I envisioned. When we got to our wedding weekend, Alondra ran our rehearsal like a pro - so quick & easy. The day of was no different, she brought 3 assistants that knocked it out of the park. My decor, layout, and everything in between was PERFECT. It was better than I ever could have imagined. The team was so responsive and always checking in on my husband and I to make sure we were doing ok. They tore down our decor after the wedding and helped pack everything away so we could go keep enjoying our evening. Even the next day, they were responsive on sharing photos and videos that they took so I could see everything again. We are so grateful for their help, and our day would not have been as perfect as it was without Desert Daisy Events!!

ng in February 2024, and hiring her was the best decision we could have made! It took a lot of stress off of all of us who were involved in the wedding planning. Before the big day, Alondra contacted all our other vendors to let them know that she was the one to contact with any issues, not the bride or me. She toured the venue with us beforehand, coordinated the rehearsal, and arrived early on the wedding day to receive deliveries. She and her assistant decorated the wedding site and reception area to our specifications, tipped all our vendors for us, made sure that people were where they needed to be at the right times, and handled the issues that inevitably popped up during the day. She also packed up our decorations at the end of the night so we didn’t have to! There is no way we could have enjoyed the day if I had had to coordinate all these things! If you DIY your wedding, you need a day-of-coordinator, and Alondra and her team are the ones to use. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

The rentals she provided were also amazing and they set up the space beautifully. I would 100% recommend getting a coordinator, and it should be Alondra! Desert Daisy Events provided the greatest value of all the coordinators I got quotes from. She was in contact with us starting 2 months ahead and made sure that we had all the details in place. She provided spreadsheets and timeline documents that we could collaborate on to keep everyone on the same page. She didn't have many reviews when I booked her for my wedding, but from our first meeting, it was clear that I made the right choice. She is incredibly professional and has all the skills and organization to succeed. From seeing her work you would think she's been doing this for 30 years! If I get married again I'll hire her in a heartbeat :)

me up that day (as they do at weddings), but she resolved each one without batting an eye. For example, the sprinklers at the golf course turned on and soaked my dj's speakers before the ceremony!! Alondra called the club and the sprinklers were OFF within minutes! (Mind you, I had been trying to contact the club for weeks to plan ahead so this very thing wouldn't happen...and I NEVER got in touch with them. Alondra is magic!) She was also working on a back-up plan with my dj just in case his speakers wouldn't work. Luckily they did! I didn't know about ANY of this until after the wedding, and I so appreciated her handling this for me because I would have been freaking out if I knew! One of our groomsmen had a fresh leaf lei that broke in half...Alondra immediately said "I have fishing line and floral wire, which one do you want?" And the groomsman was able to fix it before the ceremony. Later on, we noticed a pin in the sleeve of my dress was poking me! (Must have been left behind by accident during alterations.) But again, Alondra was prepared and had wire cutters in her magic tackle box! I could go on and on. She had multiple planning meetings with us, she responded quickly to all of my many texts, she ran our dress rehearsal, she put up all of our decor, she coordinated with all of our vendors...she handled everything! And she made it look effortless. She truly felt like a close friend or family member that LOVED me and wanted my day to be perfect! That is a SPECIAL and PRICELESS trait! I know I'm leaving so much out, and I'm probably not even capable of doing her justice. But what I can say is that if you are thinking that you might not really need a wedding coordinator...STOP! You NEED Alondra!

m SO thankful I chose to use these amazing ladies! Alondra took so much off of my plate including thrifting for decor at the best prices, making custom glasses and pjs for my bridesmaids, picking up anything we needed, and much more! She scheduled monthly FaceTime calls to put me at ease and on schedule (greatly appreciated). She even contacted all of my vendors and made sure everyone was on the same schedule so I didn’t have to! The day of.. her crew brought everything and personally set the decor up to make sure it was done exactly how I had imagined and more! She made sure I had everything that I needed, taped my dress, bustled my dress for me, and made me look and feel beautiful! She also quickly and efficiently escorted a guest that got a little too drunk out of the wedding without anyone noticing… There isn’t anything that she won’t do for you to make your special day perfect! Even if you just have them as your day of coordinators you won’t regret it! But I highly recommend having them coordinate your whole wedding! Thank you for everything!!!

edding. She jumped right in and contacted the vendors for confirmation of what time they would arrive. She was at the rehearsal and walked the wedding party through the processional three times to be sure they were comfortable. The day of the wedding would not have worked without Alondra. She worked hard getting the tables decorated. It was 84 degrees with no shade. We had an almost flawless day! One slight hiccup with the seating chart, which she handled effortlessly. She kept the day moving along the timeline. She speaks Spanish, a bonus, as most of the bride's family only spoke Spanish. Not only that, but she is also a Star Wars fan, which fits in with most of the family. She also dances country swing and danced with my nephew since no one else at the wedding could dance country swing! They were amazing on the dance floor, and she made my nephew very happy!
