Design the Day

ed without her that day, I mean it. It is the one piece of advice I give to every future bride- HIRE a day of coordinator. She was so warm and friendly. She was also so professional and calm starting at the rehearsal dinner (where my groomsmen were late and I WAS STRESSED) to the wedding day when we didn’t have enough tables- which I didn’t know about until the day after because Hannah just made sure everything was perfect. What I loved most about Hannah is that she took care of all the behind the scenes, timeline, and made the wedding weekend move as smooth as possible for us, family, and the guests. If there were any hiccups, I didn’t know about them or my mom, which, to me, meant the world. She did whatever she needed to and fixed anything without worrying me, my mom, or bridal party. To give us the peace and pure joy of just enjoying every minute of the wedding day without any worry that day, meant more than I could ever imagine. She was truly an angel for our wedding weekend and one of the most amazing vendors we hired. She did so much before, during, after, and even day after while having the sweetest soul the entire time. I couldn’t praise her more. If you are thinking about it, I would recommend her 10000 times.

ove and beyond day of coordination services for our wedding. She was instrumental in setting up a realistic timeline for our big day! For the rehearsal, ceremony and reception she ensured we had everything covered. She was great to work with and handled all personalities within a wedding party gracefully. She remembered EVERY DETAIL from our meetings which was so helpful (as a bride, I had a ton on my mind). We would certainly recommend her for day-of coordination services.

e is. Hannah is extremely professional and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to wedding and event planning. From our very first meeting, I knew I was in excellent hands. She took all of my visions and dreams and made them into a reality. Her repertoire of vendors was extremely helpful. She knew exactly who to put me in contact with based on my vision and price range. She was there step by step throughout my entire planning process. Her creativity is a true blessing. It is clear to see that she has truly found her niche! Once the big day was approaching, she stepped in and took over all communication with our vendors. She created an exquisite timeline that was distributed to all of our wedding party and family which made the weekend of the event run absolutely seamlessly! My husband and I had so much peace of mind with Hannah. We were able to completely relax and just enjoy every second of our day. To this day, if anything did not go as planned or was wrong, I do not know about it, which just speaks to how well Hannah has everything under control. I am honestly so thankful that I reached out to her to help design and plan our wedding. She is not only a well respected event planner, she is now considered a dear friend and someone I hope to keep in touch with for many years to come! She kindly stepped in when I was frustrated with a vendor and facilitated a tough conversation. I always felt like she had my back and best interest at heart. nt, warm, sincere, assertive and absolutely exceptional at her job. Hannah was always a step ahead in the planning process and every meeting, text or phone call put me at ease. She knew answers to questions before I even asked them, emailed vendors before I could even write a note to do it later, and is always looking out for your best interest. For example, after some conversation during a vendor meeting, Hannah challenged, "I know it would be hard, but is it possible?" Yes. This girl is your champion. She is a hard worker and a friendly hug. I was blown away by how perfectly she organized our day and it wouldn't have been the same without her!

hospitality industry for years, I felt confident I could plan and coordinate most of the logistics on my own and initially didn't feel hiring a professional would be necessary. It wasn't until the final months and weeks of planning that I realized we wouldn't be able to fully enjoy our wedding weekend if vendors were relying on me, my husband and our families as their primary points of contact. I really wanted to soak everything in that weekend and I wanted my family and husband to do the same. Enter Hannah! After our first consultation, Hannah stepped in to manage all vendor communication. She built a relationship with each vendor, thoroughly reviewed and confirmed details that we had previously planned, and on our wedding weekend worked with all of them seamlessly to execute our vision. I can't explain the sense of relief I felt when I passed things off to her - knowing everything would get executed just as planned. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, I hope this sways your decision making. So much work goes into planning a wedding and you deserve to enjoy it! Hannah and her team brought our vision to life and we can't thank them enough.

ng process, has become a forever friend. At the beginning of our wedding planning journey, I had no idea how necessary a day of coordinator would be for our big day. Hannah went above and beyond, taking care of every detail for the day, both big and small, coordinating all vendors, and keeping our day running smoothly. But, Hannah did so much more than those things. She took all of our ideas and visions and brought them to life, creating a beautiful day; our best day ever. Our day truly could not have happened without Hannah at Design the Day and I could not recommend her enough!

ision we made throughout the entire wedding process. She allowed for us to truly enjoy planning our wedding by taking so much of the stressors of the little details from us. She is extremely knowledgeable on all things wedding, and if she doesn't know, she immediately finds out. Our wedding day could not have run more smoothly and perfectly...and I know that Hannah played a very large part in that. Most importantly, Hannah is so very kind, which makes working with her an absolute joy!

ed to our desires. Hannah, at Design the Day, came through for us in big ways!! She went above and beyond, connecting with our vendors, putting together our table decorations, setting up a timeline, ceremony order, and much much more! We had numerous emails flying across, almost daily (I miss those!), and she was always quick to respond, giving us options, taking our thoughts into consideration, or letting us know it would be taken care of. That gave us relief, amongst all we had going on, and trying to plan a wedding in 5 short months! We wouldn't have had it any other way! A HUGE thanks to, Hannah! We loved working with her, and getting to know her along the way! She truly made our dream fairytale wedding a reality, at the most beautiful Laurel Hall!
