Hannah with Design the Day first provided day of coordination for my sisters wedding. Two years later, after I got engaged, she was one of the first calls I made! She provided above and beyond day of coordination services for our wedding. She was instrumental in setting up a realistic timeline for our big day! For the rehearsal, ceremony and reception she ensured we had everything covered. She was great to work with and handled all personalities within a wedding party gracefully. She remembered EVERY DETAIL from our meetings which was so helpful (as a bride, I had a ton on my mind). We would certainly recommend her for day-of coordination services.

Hannah was the single best decision I made while planning our wedding (aside from marrying my husband, of course!). There are just not words that can describe how simply amazing she is. Hannah is extremely professional and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to wedding and event planning. From our very first meeting, I knew I was in excellent hands. She took all of my visions and dreams and made them into a reality. Her repertoire of vendors was extremely helpful. She knew exactly who to put me in contact with based on my vision and price range. Once the big day was approaching, she stepped in and took over all communication with our vendors. She created an exquisite timeline that was distributed to all of our wedding party and family which made the weekend of the event run absolutely seamlessly! My husband and I had so much peace of mind with Hannah. We were able to completely relax and just enjoy every second of our day. To this day, if anything did not go as planned or was wrong, I do not know about it, which just speaks to how well Hannah has everything under control. I am honestly so thankful that I reached out to her to help design and plan our wedding. She is not only a well respected event planner, she is now considered a dear friend and someone I hope to keep in touch with for many years to come! If you do not hire Hannah, you are seriously missing out!!

If you don't hire Hannah, you're missing out. We hired her for the Day of Coordination and Design services. And we are so glad we did as we didn't have a true wedding vision. Hannah worked to understand the things we liked and what was important to us and designed a beautiful ceremony and reception for us. Hannah is simply AMAZING. In fact, words cannot adequately express how invaluable she was throughout the entire wedding planning process. Where do I even begin...?? Hannah was immediately someone who struck me as creative, go-getting, trustworthy, fun, and detail-oriented. She was also very timely on answering emails. Hannah took care of all day of details so my husband and I could enjoy our wedding day. Hannah exceeded all expectations. And that's saying a lot, because from the first time we met, I knew she was the real deal. She is focused, calm, approachable, determined, vibrant, warm, sincere, assertive and absolutely exceptional at her job. Hannah was always a step ahead in the planning process and every meeting, text or phone call put me at ease. She knew answers to questions before I even asked them, emailed vendors before I could even write a note to do it later, and is always looking out for your best interest. For example, after some conversation during a vendor meeting, Hannah challenged, "I know it would be hard, but is it possible?" Yes. This girl is your champion. She is a hard worker and a friendly hug. I was blown away by how perfectly she organized our day and it wouldn't have been the same without her!

Let me tell you about our wedding coordinator! She was nothing short of AMAZING!! In order to make our dream wedding come true, we needed someone who was detail oriented and listened to our desires.
