munication was minimal. She failed to respond to my emails and did not communicate in a timely manner with my vendors. She informed me her notes for our wedding and florals “had not saved” five days before our wedding. The florals were nothing like what I asked for or the inspiration I had shown her, some of which were from her own Instagram page. She failed to complete our main floral arrangement because she “didn’t have a tall enough ladder.” She showed up just prior to the ceremony after the photographer, videographer and other venders had already arrived. After botching our wedding, she admitted to being short staffed, overwhelmed and overbooked, yet never expressed this to us beforehand or asked for our help. Save yourself the heartache and find a different vendor.

and provide her all our vendor information. Our wedding was at Stoney Ridge Villa with all outside vendors, so having Landace was essential. She reached out to all our vendors leading up to the wedding, helped answer their questions and ultimately saved me so much time as she coordinated the timeline with them. She also attended our ceremony rehearsal giving me even more peace of mind. On our wedding day Landace was a superstar!! She was on top of every detail from when she arrived until after the reception ended. Our ceremony was offsite in a church and she took all our flowers and set them up. And afterwards she took them all back to the venue and used them to decorate. She was always available to answer questions, in english and spanish, from our wedding party, ensuring that no one every came to me. My husband and I wanted a private balcony dinner and she made sure it was set up perfectly/romantic! She moved decorations from our dinner to dancing area, helped bus tables, kept us on our timeline, coordinated our sparkler exit and made sure my husband and I had food/cake in our getaway car. I'm sure there were so many other little details that she took care of behind the scenes that I didn't notice and that within itself is what made her the best coordinator! I went into my wedding day relaxed and ready to enjoy it because of Landace, and as I reflect, it was truly the most perfect day. I can't thank and recommend Landace enough!!

Landance cleaned my dress after getting makeup on it, served our drinks at dinner, and even packed our car for the big send off. beautiful as it was! A week before the wedding we found Landace all I had to do was show her a couple pictures of what I was thinking I wanted and she did such a beautiful job. She actually did way better then what I had showed her in such a short notice as well!! She was there on time and set up all the floral pieces up for us beautifully! Had so many compliments about my florals! My bouquet was so gorgeous!! If you use Landace as your floral vendor you won’t regret it!!

I was able to send her pictures of what I was envisioning, and she gave helpful feedback about what combination of flowers would look best. I absolutely loved my bouquet! We decided to make our own table arrangements, but I know she would have done an excellent job if we could have afforded to use her floral services for that as well. The only negative comments that I have is that we did not have a good understanding of what her day-of responsibilities would include. We only had a brief 30-minute meeting about a month before the wedding, which felt very rushed and standardized. She had worked at our venue so often (which was initially part of why we hired her) that she seemed to have a standard timeline and floor plan that she always used. It seemed like she simply filled-in the blanks with my wedding information instead of allowing me to voice and implement new ideas. We learned at that meeting that she would not arrive at the venue until the afternoon on the wedding day, which left us to do all of the day-of decorating ourselves. Thankfully, we had several family members volunteer to help us set everything up. We purchased her month-of coordination package, but if we had had extra budget funds, we would have purchased her partial planning package to make the wedding day less stressful. At the end of the night, Landace and her assistant helped pack up the decorations so that my family was able to enjoy the send off. This was a nice surprise and a huge help at the end of a very long day. Overall, Designed 2 Perfection did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend her for beautiful florals and smooth coordination!

tifully arranged and also less expensive than other places I had looked at. As for the day of coordinating we quite literally would NOT have had a wedding without her. We were married on my husbands family ranch so we didn't have typical luxuries a normal venue would have. Landace thought of EVERYTHING we may possibly need. The wedding was outdoors with a million little details and touches that needed to be set up. The wind was HORRID the morning before and my mother was so stressed we wouldn't have it set up in time. Let me just tell you - without the help of designed to perfection there's no way it would have been pulled off. Everything I wanted set up was up, and exactly the way I wanted. She and the rest of her team are incredible. The entire evening ran smoothly thanks to them. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. Look no further - your big day is safe in her hands :)

said she would, she didn't have everything set up by the time people started arriving and she didn't put away the cards/gifts and we had at least $500 stolen out of there that we know of. The bar wasn't set up by the time the ceremony was over and they were a huge mess all night serving people vodka with lemonade and pickle juice and telling people it was our signature cocktail. That was really the bartenders fault but I felt like she should have stepped in. I keep hearing about more and more things from guests that fell through or weren't how we discussed them and I really don't know what happened but I wish I would have just gone with one of the more expensive coordinators out of Dallas.

The day/evening of the wedding she was everywhere handling everything without becoming a part of the event. Somehow, she handled all of our needs without imposing on the event itself. She even handled a sticky situation we had with one of other vendors so that we did not have to interrupt our celebration! We hired her as a Day of Consultant but she was so much more!
